I know a lot of girls who are really materialistic. I also know a lot of guys who are really materialistic. I'm not blonde, I'm not super thin, I'm just not your stereotypical mainstream girl, and I don't want to be. I've come to realize that for some guys that's just not good enough. I never liked it when people's first concern was getting a car, clothes, money, whatever. I once heard a girl in my class say "I love being mean, it gets you so far in life." I don't think so. My first concern was always about the people around me, it still is.

I am materialistic, sometimes. I mean, I want alot of things but it doesnt mean I am always going to get them, but I do get 99.9% of what I want b/c I am very spoiled. but that doesnt mean that I am a mean person. I am actually very caring. I know some people do like to be mean, but not all materialistic girls are mean. I am a very sweet person if you get to know me.

my dog did once. There was a big hunk torn out of it. I left it down where she could get to it and she nibbled at the edge and got her teeth caught in it. she tore the corner off of it. The teacher laughed so hard at me. "You're not gonna believe this, but my dog actually ATE my homework" and I showed her the paper.

correction. I USED to talk to him. we were pretty close last year, but got into alot of fights. but this year we barely ever talked and then he left the school and I havent heard from him since. I kind of miss talking to him though, he always made me feel good but not at the same time, i cant really explain it. But i liked it.

Okay, Where to begin. Well, at least I actually read this entire thing. Okay, about the whole girls not dating nerdy guys, just know the kitchen door swings both ways. Guys won't always date nerdy girls either. They take a look at a nerdy girl and the wenchy blonde and go for the wenchy blonde. What's sad is, sometimes, the nerd would be even prettier than the wenchy blonde if she went through the same trouble to be considered lovely. As far as the whole women being self centered thing, well, a lot of us are. That doesn't mean all of us are and just remember, its just as hard for us to find a good man as it is for you all to find a good woman, even if who you're looking for is right in front of you. Now that I'm done being all philosophical, I hope I helped. Just keep looking. You'll find the girl who's the one someday.

umm...I feel like it doesnt...

I feel like girls would just as much be with a hot guy as a guy would want to be with a hot girl. but in my case...I'm both smart and good looking. lol.

Well, seeing as how I'm in the minority, and I'm not winning over any opinions, I'll just state mine one last time and be done with it.

I think in general, once again, thats generally, not all, women are more shallow and materialistic than guys. Especially in HS.
