Thinking WAY ahead - Easter 2013

Yes, it's early, but not too early to think ahead (so much fun to anticipate and plan)! Any ideas for a good TS restaurant for Easter dinner in 2013? I don't want to feel rushed so am not opting for a 'brunch'. This past February we did Le Cellier; La Hacienda; Yak & Yeti; Liberty Tree Tavern; Mama Melrose's. All were great, but perhaps something new?

Do you want traditional easter food or just a restaurant where you're not rushed? We were just in disney over easter last month and booked a meal in Norway with the princesses on Easter Day. Ours was lunch though, not dinner, and the food was great. Not sure if you have kids, but we enjoyed easter sunday at the easter egg hunts in Epcot, then a nice TS meal afterward in Norway.

Our favorite dinner is at O'hana at Poly. Not sure if they do anything traditional for easter, but we love their normal dinner. Other dinner spots we love include California Grill at CR and Tepan Edo/Japan in Epcot.

Nope, it doesn't have to be a traditional Easter ham - just a restaurant where we're not rushed in and out. I liked the idea of Norway - a place we've never tried. Japan might work, too. We love EPCOT so that may be our park of choice for Easter anyway. Thanks very much for the suggestions.

Hey everyone! My in laws decided we are going to WDW next Easter (I don't know why they want to pick the busiest weekend of the year to go but we will just go with the flow.) So we need to plan ahead for the Easter meal that Sunday also, any suggestion would be great! They are staying at Shades of Green, we are staying at AKV. Does anyone know which restaurant has Easter menu (brunch or dinner)?
