Hey everybody we have eaten at about 40 Disney Restaurants. Every time we go we like to try some new ones. I would like to get some opinions as to if they are a good idea. It will be 2 adults and 12 yr old and a 9 yr old. The ones we are thinking of trying are

Kouzzina

We have already tried the following, but are open to suggestions if I have not mentioned them as ones we have done or ones we are thinking of...

Hollywood Vine Breakfast and dinner
Sci Fi Dine
50's Prime Time
Mama Melrose
Akershus
Biergarten
Teppan Edo
L Cellier
San Angel Inn
Chefs De France
CRT
Liberty tree Tavern
Crystal Palace
Tonys Town Square
Boma
Sanaa
Chef mickeys
Hoop De Doo
Kona Cafe
Ohanas for Breakfast and Dinner
1900 Park Fare breakfast and dinner

PH
Trex
Raglan Road
Spirit of Aloha

We've eaten at a few of those--brown derby was good, would go back for a nice sit down, rose and crown is a family favorite, but for nostalgia more than food quality, and kouzzina is Greek, which some in my family didn't like but I thought it was pretty good

Have you tried Via Napoli? We thought it was really worth it! I absolutely love their pizza and their calamara is also really good! Also, what about La Hacienda? That is the new restuarant at the Mexico Pavillion. We thought the food tasted better than San Angel Inn.

I love the Cape May Clambake! It has a big variety and the food is very good! I would definitly try it.

Have you tried the Yak & Yeti? It is also really good food

We have done them all. The only one I would not do is Kouzzina. We've dined at all but 5 of the TS on property and Kouzzina ranks at the bottom along with Whispering Canyon Cafe.

Jiko has a free tasting tour. When you get to Disney you can call AKL and ask about the tour.

We loved the Cape May clambake. We went the first night of our last trip and loved it so much that we cancelled an ADR for our last night to go again.

I also agree with pp that Via Napoli is great, also. :thumbsup2

The first two on your list I would highly recommend. HBD is the best in-park restaurant outside of Epcot and Jiko is our favorite restaurant in all of the world.

We have been to Cape May Clam Bake and Rose and Crown off of your list...we loved Cape May and thought Rose and Crown was O.K. We will be trying HBD on our next trip and are excited about it :goodvibes.

Of the ones you had on your short list I can HEARTILY recommend the Cape May dinner. :thumbsup2:thumbsup2:thumbsup2 I think everyone in your family would have things they likes and leave quite full. :) My DS 11 hasn't been there in quite a few years (4 I think or more) but he still talks about loving it. My DH and I were just there a month ago and were happy as we always are. It's the ONE place we loved when we first started coming to WDW and still do today. DS11 (will be 12 shortly) is excited to go back this fall. :) That said, only one of us in our party likes seafood, the rest of us love the other offerings. :)

Rose and Crown is very good IMO. Cape May is good if you like seafood.

Brown Derby - it's pretty good. If you are going OOP, I would just get the Cobb Salad and the Grapefruit Cake. Those are considered the house dishes.
Jiko - have not been. Really want to though.
Cape May Cafe for Dinner - It was pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way for it since it's so close to the great dining in Epcot.
Marrakesh - have not been. Love the Tangeriene Cafe, but worried my son would not like anything on menu.
Rose and Crown - it if weren't for the view of Illuminations, I wouldn't have anything good to say about it. Well, that and the Leaping Leprechaun. Bland food, just meh. And the service was spotty.
Kouzzina - haven't been yet.
