Thinking of Selling

Hello!
We are thinking of selling our contract and have a question. We have 2 contracts, one at BLT and a add on at VGF. We were thinking of selling BLT but only wanted to sell a portion....is that even possible? We have no loan on it. If that matters.

I really do not want to sell it all. Although I guess we could ( if we have to ) sell the entire amount and then turn around and buy the amount we want?

You can't split up a contract. If your BLT points are all on a single contract, you would have to sell all of them.

Yes they are! We actually added 40 points to it but it was so recent to the original purchase that we had not closed yet....so they wrote a new contract!

That stinks! I would have loved to sell 50 or 75 points!
Oh well!
