Thinking of going to Chuck E Cheeses? May want to think again!

No CEC's in PA serve beer.. trust me I'd go more often if they did..

I don't know...the last time I was there, I was fearing for the future of our youth and country. :scared:

I would also recommend a dress code--for the parents! Chuck E. Cheese is NOT the venue to wear your best "Hootchie Mama" outfit! :scared1:

Ugh...we haven't been back to CEC in like 10 years. Ever since DD got salmonella that the health dept traced to the CEC ball pit. She was soooo sick. Scary scary:scared1:

I never did understand that logic....any place that is geared to kids or being advertised as such has no business selling alcohol of any kind in my opinion.

including Disney? I'm just sayin'......

Damn! Wish our Chuck E Cheeses served booze.....might make those damn parties tollerable.

How can any parent survive sitting in that place without a beer? I still shudder when I think of it. After all, they have rats! (No way that's a mouse.)

We have a huge Gattitown nearby and that place is so much nicer! We still go there occasionally even though DS is way beyond the Chuck E Cheese stage.

We just got a brand-new Gattitown where I live. It looks super nice.:thumbsup2

I can't believe Chuck E. Cheese is still operating. I thought the idea was dopey back in the 80's and would be short lived. Interesting clientele they attract though...
...listen, i know that Chuck E. Cheese isnt good nowadays, but... look, i spent a lot of time there back in the 70's and 80's... and back in the day, it was awesome... people would come from miles around to see the SHOW. and i know this is gonna sound dopey, but Chuck E. Cheese is one of the only reasons i haven't jumped off a bridge yet.

In the 80s in my area we had "ShowBiz Pizza". I had never seen a Chuck E Cheese until I was older. I figured they just bought out ShowBiz but it seems they are two separate entities. I will say ShowBiz was far superior and had a better "show". However I was 8 so my review probably doesn't count for much.

No man, your totally right.

I used to go to Showbiz as a kid too. I loved watching The Rockafire Explosion, they were so life like... My brother, on the other hand, looked the other way when the curtains opened.
