Thinking of going July 7th and 8th, Fri/Sat. Thoughts?

Going down to visit some family and figured we could hit Disney for 2 days.

We have 2 free nights and Park-Hopper passes for the whole family for 2 days, so we would only be spending money on food and drinks.

Think that Friday July 7th and Friday July 8th will be too crowded. Kids are teenagers looking for thrill rides, so we will do not have to worry about the kiddie rides or non-thrill rides.

Thoughts?

I have been there these dates for the last two years, (2015 & 2016). Both times we have had a fantastic time. It was super hot (talking sweat in places we didn't know was possible) in 2016 and hot in 2015 and fairly crowded but we were still able to get tons done and have a great time. Our best plan of attack was hit rope drop, go go go until a nice air conditioned lunch ADR to rest and regroup then fast passes after lunch for the big attractions we hadn't hit yet then a few more attractions, night time entertainment and close the park down.

We were there July 8-12 of this year and it was so hot. We're from a very humid area and used to it, plus we had spent the previous two weeks camping around FL so we had gotten used to the heat but there is just something different about Orlando. It's deadly.

We had a wonderful time though.

I recommend you get breakfast ADRs so you can get in early and get out for a break. We also did lunch ADR so that we could rest but even after lunch it was hard to make it to that parade.
Just know it's going to be hot. Like really hot. And humid. And pretty crowded.
