Hi
Thinking of booking a cruise and stay package for the end of next year to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary(november time).Have never done a cruise before but would love to do the disney cruise.I know a lot of the cruise and stay packages I have had a look at are 3 and 4 nights or the other way round.Ideally we would like to do 14 nights on land and 4 cruising or a week on land and a week cruising.Where are the best places to look and approx how much am I looking at?What is included in the price of the cruise(tips food etc).Don't mind where we travel too (east or west carribbean on the 7 night),don't mind off site or on.There will be 2 adults and dd who will be 6 then.May take my mom(depends if DH allows:scared1: ).Our flights I will book through VA with M+M.Any help appreciated.Thankyoupirate:

to get a good idea of the cost of any disney cruise, just go to the Disney Cruise Line website and you can get a quote there and then for any length/date for next year. We recently booked a 3 night cruise in May for myself, DH, DS4 & DS8mths and it will cost roughly $2000 - this is all food, non-alchoholic drinks but not the tipping. This was over £1200 cheaper than if I'd booked through virgin.

The other thing to bear in mind is when you go, we priced it up for 25th May 2008 originally (as it our wedding anniversary) but as that is into the US School holidays it was alot more expensive, so we opted for May 15th instead. So if you can be a bit flexible with dates you could get a better rate.

We did book direct with DCL, but I have read that it can be cheaper with Dreams Unlimited - so that might be an option for you as well.

Happy planning!!:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

You will love DCL. We thought DisneyWorld was the best place on earth until we did a Disney cruise.
I would book everything seperate yourself, Flights are about the cheapest of the year in Nov, this Nov you can book now for £886.40 +6,000 miles. for all 3 of you.
Cruise, just priced up 7 night Cat 9 ocean view $2,875 you can get cheaper inside or more expensive with balcony, thats direct with Disney, I have never used them but Dreams Unlimited are supposed to be very good, better prices and onboard credits. Different dates vary in price.
If you can afford a 7 night cruise I would do that, 4 night if you want to cut costs. We have done both East and West, both are great. All your food is included, even 24 hour room service, just tip them a couple of dollars for bringing it. There is Ice cream, fruit, sandwiches, chicken strips, burgers, the list is endless.
Tips are not usually included look here for a tip calculator, works it all out for you http://cruisetip.tpkeller.com/
For hotel, we love offsite, Courtyard by Marriott is available this Nov for £26/night with Alpharooms. 3.5% discount if booked thru rpoints account.

You should be able to put a package together from around £2,500 including flights, car, 7 night hotel and 7 night cruise.

Check out dreams unlimitedtravel

and get quotes for each part
usually works out cheaper then booking a land / sea package
