This is total uncharted territory for me, so any pointers/posts/FAQs I can gleam over, if you'd care to suggest, would be great. :thumbsup2

After staying in a LK suite a week or so ago, I've found that yes, I'm officially one of those people who definitely wants a kitchenette for my stays. Which means my selection of places priced right goes down a ton, and higher priced places goes up a bunch. The idea of renting points for a place like AKL Jambo or Kidani came about, and I started looking over ************** (website) for information on point costs, what it would run, etc.

Questions:

1- If I want to stay mid or late October 2014, how soon do I need to go about the point purchase/contract?

2- How do contracts work?

3- Can I link a DVC resort stay to Magical Express for transport to/from the airport?

4- What kind of price per point am I looking at? The site says $14/point.

And of course, the super opinion question-

5- What place with a Queen or King bed, and kitchenette, would be best for me? I do not need a full kitchen, strictly a kitchenette.

Thanks for the help!

1 - The early the better if there is a certain room and location you want. Oct is busy for DVC and getting a resort close to Epcot is tough

2 - Each rental person is different, but most want full payment at the time reservation.

3- The person/company you rent from have to link for you

4 - anywhere from 10-14 with the high end being from the better companies
but worth it

5 - Not sure if any have king beds in the studios, but all have Queens

No kings in studios, only queen beds and either a second queen bed (OKW only) or a double sleeper sofa (all the rest).

That's alright. :) A queen or king is fine, so long as it's bigger than a twin bed, haha.

Thank you for the responses!
