I have gone back in forth with the idea of visiting Aquatica on our visit to IOA / US. We will be there a week staying at the Hard Rock. ( our 1st family vacation to this area) been to Dinsey lots...
Anyway, after seeing the special on Seaworld on the Travel Channel this pass weekend :happytv: I really, really wanna go now... just have to convence the DH we need too... :wizard: if I can get him to agree... where is the cheapest place to get the tickets, the hotel or Seaworld or on line (Mapleleaf)???? and does anyone know of they have an AARP discount? as the other family is retired that we are going with..

Have to decide quick, we leave in less than 10 days :woohoo:

Definatly fun. I stopped by for a couple hours today and I'm glad I did. Of course I left because of thunderstorms coming in. I had about 20mins to take a shower and pack up. And right as I got to the car it started to come down. No one seemed interested in leaving till the made the announcement, which was funny because the storm clouds were dark and moving fast. I'm a passholder, so I can go whenever. But I love aquatica more than the disney ones. And it's definatly worth it. It's new, clean, very pretty. I think they've done a really good job on creating the park.

Although if you're looking for a cheap alternative, wet n wild have announced that if you buy a ticket, you get the rest of the year free. Like 50$ a ticket or something. So if you're stay is long, that might be worth it for you to come and go as you please. And it's close to universal. But i've never been there, so I can't compare.
