Think the hotel staff would do this for me?

Weird question: I am going to Disney in August and staying at Pop Century. I have a family member who can't go, but will be going on a trip in August.

Do you think it would be possible for me to purchase a book and ask the front desks CMs to have Mickey sign it and write something like "Sorry you couldn't be here. See you in December!"?

If not, it wouldn't be that big of a deal. I just thought I'd ask for opinions on if this would be possible or if anyone has ever had asked for a similar request before.

FYI, the front desk WILL hold things for guest arriving after you've left. Only for a set amount of time though (and I don't recall what it is anymore).

Ha ha ha.... Kind of an inside joke...sorry. It's another forum the two of us belong to. There is currently some crazy on the loose over there that is just sending some really nasty emails to some of the members and kind of bringing everyone down recently.
