It would seem better for distancing to use your own car rather than a bus. However, I am not paying the parking fee. Think Disney might waive the fees during this time?
There are often people here who are on the fence about whether they should rent a car while at WDW or just use WDW transportation to get around. Usually, those people opt to use WDW transportation and forego the rental car because the cost of parking at WDW is so prohibitive. The thought is that if parking fees were waived, these people would opt to rent the car instead, thus resulting in fewer people on buses or whatever transportation. If Disney runs the same amount of buses, it would make for fewer people on them and perhaps allow for some form of social distancing.A resort has no impact on social distancing as I don’t see how that would help.
Not necessarily. Most people who have their own vehicle will drive it to and from the parks. The only communal transportation they'd be required to use are parking trams where applicable, and the ferry or monorail from the TTC.They don’t care how you get there.. once there you then have to use their transport to get around.
