Things to pre-book on 4 day Dream

Just starting to get my ducks in a row as to what I want to book when our window opens. DD is 15 so character meets aren't a priority. Here is what i have so far:
Palo Brunch on sea day
Palo dinner for pirate night
mixology
rum tasting if offered

Is there anything I am missing? We are silver, do you think we will have a shot at brunch? I worry because there is only one sea day on the 4 night cruises so one opportunity for brunch. I really wish they offered in on the Nassau day, as we don't plan to get off the ship.

I have booked brunch on board before but really hoping to avoid that this time. We only dock at Nassau and CC so I don't think we are doing excursions this time . Need to look at spa stuff though!

Just keep in mind that often on a 4-day Pirate Night will be the night before a sea day, so you could end up with Palo dinner with Palo brunch the next day.

Ours is that way. If we don't eat in between we should be ok!

Spa packages and or rainforest pass - these sold out on our cruise when we tried to book once boarded.
