Things that piss me off

The fact that in MA a Mass Pike Toll collector gets paid more than a teacher.

The government not only borrows my money ( which is what tax paying partially is) but then gives it away to greedy companies.

The Board of Education system is completely backwards and refuses to look at new ways to support our future.

Me as a middle class person knew that buying a house was out of my budget, yet lower class Joe believed he could afford that $400,000 and now I'm paying for it.

AND if this government credit card doesn't get cut in half we are going to be in the worst depression EVER!!!

Sorry I need to vent.

You got that right! I drive by all these McMansions with FOR SALE signs outside and I become IRATE. DH and I were smart enough not to buy, but guess what?? "Smart" equates to "sucker" because now we're all going to pay for many stupid decisions that we had NO part in making

This doesn't bother me too much because if the governement didn't help out the large financial companies that are failing then our economy would be in even more of a hurt than it is now.

My selfish mind wishes that all the big greedy companies would fall. Maybe then after a period of time things can go back to the they were intended to be. But in the end I know that it would just slap the middle class in the face because that's who keeps getting crapped on.

I know just how you feel. Everyone we know was telling us to drop everything and buy a house. My DH works full time and I work part time and we are both full time college students. Thank God I stood my ground or we both would have had to quit school to pay for an over price, under valued house! But I see sooooo many people around here living the American dream of home ownership on my dime and it kills me!
