Things not to miss on a 7 day Eastern?

I am getting my plans ready for my 2nd DCL Eastern, and trying to make sure I do a better job at it this year, after having 1 under my belt.

So far this is what is on my Not to Miss list:
1) Disney Dreams and Golden Mickey's
2) British Pub Night at Diversions
3) Palo Brunch
4) Trunk Bay
5) Sail Away Deck Party


Anything else I should be looking for.

It's two adults traveling, with no children...

I was going to say St. John but you already have Trunk Bay so that's covered.

On our next cruise we want to see about a bridge tour. I think it would be fascinating.

Sitting and watching the ocean go by in Deck 4 loungers.
