Just thought I'd share. I wanted to check out a few things this morning and their site has been totally revamped. I don't know if any information is really new --- but I am having trouble finding room configurations. Looks like they have broken down activities to age groups and provided some useful info!! Anyway its always fun to play at the site in the hopes of discovering something new!!

Okay, -- I've played and I say yuck!! I was trying to get non-discounted numbers for my husband in a "worse case scenario--how much is this thing going to cost me" discussion. We are a family of 5 and I have never been able to get a quote online for a deluxe room at WL. (Message always popped up, "Oops! Let's try that again! Meaning WL does not book for 5 you have to call CRO) Well, I couldn't get a price for room only -- they diverted my request to AKL --- but if I added UPH they were able to quote me. Does that make sense??

Also, anytime I put in information, they kept quoting me their highest priced rooms. AKL - SAV/Concierge, Poly lagoon view, concierge. I couldn't even figure out how to get a pool view or garden view quote at Poly w/out Concierge. AAAGHH! I was looking at dates for late August --- I know there is availability in garden rooms or AKL pool view. The only thing worse than sitting on hold forever with CRO is getting the hard sell from a website.

Anyone else having trouble or is all the dreaming and planning finally just getting to me!!

kc&dmom - try Expedia. As long as there is availability during your time period, you can see rack rates (and sometimes AAA and AP rates) for all the Disney resorts.

In case you're not familiar... Do a hotel search on Orlando from the home page, then when you get the - 50 zillion pages of - results, type "Disney's" into the "Hotel name contains:" box.
