Go to REI or whatever good outdoor store is nearby. Layers are the answer: your base layer should be a wicking fabric (like propylene)to keep you dry; the next layer is insulation for warmth, fleece is good; the outer shell is to block the wind and rain, it can be light.
None of these should be cotton, once it gets wet it stays wet. It doesn't wick or insulate well anyway.
Some lightweight gloves (or glove liners), warm socks (again, not cotton), and maybe a hat and you should be good for as cold as it ever gets at WDW. For those really cold days (like January 2003 when it got down to 20's) a base layer of pants helps too.
