They spelled out last name wrong on a PIN

They spelled out last name wrong on a PIN. Glad we got it no matter what...hope we can use it, but....Do you think that means we are in the system more than one time? They have always spelled out name correctly.

yes, I do think that, b/c they have done the same thing with us. I know it stems from two different stays that we had within a several month period. during one stay, they spelled my husband's last name wrong (he and I have different last names) and it bugged him so much that we went down and got his KTTW card changed! and then lo and behold he got a PIN code earlier this year with the same mis-spelling! The other code came with the correct spelling. Still another code was specifically geared to the military. So I definitely think there are various "lists" that they generate the codes from.
