They sent all my info to the wrong address!!!But thanks DVCer!

Thank you fellow DVCer, whoever you are!!! The other night I received a phone call that went like this, "Hi, you don't know me, but I am also a DVC member. I guess you recently bought an add on because they sent all the paper work to me by mistake." When i picked my jaw up off the floor she explained that she would be returning it all in the morning and that she was also calling them 1st thing in the morning. She also wanted to advise me that all our financial information was in there and that maybe we should contact Member services.....of course I would!
When I made my call yesterday they were also dismayed and claimed that my info could not have been sent out, that it never leaves "corporate". Well when QA called me back today, he mentioned the same. And then added that when I spoke to "Sherry this morning" I should have been told that. Well, I never spoke to Sherry or anyone that day....that quieted him up and he said he would have to take this higher and they would could call me back Monday.
Anyway, I just want to thank that honest woman from NY all I know is she lives in area code 917.....THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! In dishonest hands my credit card info and other finacial things could've become a nightmare for me. It's nice to know there are some honest people out there!

My goodness, Kathy! Something went horribly wrong!

I was trying to remember if my financial info was in my packet when I got it, and I don't think it was. I remember having all sorts of papers to sign and books and booklets describing the "fine print," but I don't remember my credit card info being part of that. But, I could be wrong.

How in the world did it get sent to another address, though? Are you also in area code 917, by any chance? Just wondering if they got it anywhere close to you.

Member services is usually pretty good, but boy, when they slip . . . well . . . this is a good one!
