Flight prices on TCD for September dates are now as low as £59 return. I suppose I should be well miffed as I paid more than that, but is this a record for the last few years?

Date checked - 18th September, Gatwick

Not sure how you're getting that price - the lowest I can see is 18th Sep for £128 return (and that didn't include booking fee and taxes etc.) That was a flydrive, mind you - I didn't think they advertised flight only prices on their website.

Anyway, if I was you I would stop looking - it'll only depress you :rotfl:

For the hell of it I put the same details as I booked a few weeks ago though in the website, for two of us leaving on a fly drive it came up about £50 cheaper

Price quoted was the flight segment of a villa package.

I see from another forum that Virgin are combining and cutting flights for September, rumoured to be due to under occupancy. Here's hoping for an un-cramped flight and semi deserted park!

Amen to that :cool1:

wow.....that's practically free....actually ,that's practically them paying you to go....

i wonder if i could book a flight....i could fly into england and then out on one of those flights.....that would still work out seriously cheaper for me...

on the other hand, if those flights are getting cheaper, maybe others will as well....supply and demand after all...

Don't forget TCD are applying a feul suppliment atm

Out of intrest I just put thorugh a 14 day fly drive with no extras (no extra plitim insruace and no prebooked seats etc) the price came out at 574 in total for 2 adults

Hi
Just to sound really stupid, can someone tell me what TCD means? If prices are that cheap, it would be great!

There is no chance of anyone getting off the ground with TCD or anyone else these days for £59 and arriving in Florida.
The taxes and add ons exceed that figure alone.
Whatever they charge it doesn't seem enough to run an efficient airline. According to the Manchester Airport web site their 11.15am Saturday departure still hasn't left and its now Sunday.
How much do you think a flight like that is worth?

Put in my travel dates and came up with £59+taxes but still only just over £500 for both of us. Still glad I'm going to MCO though.

TCD people either love or hate. Over the last few weeks the gatwick flights have often been 15 - 45 mins late, the same for the manchester ones. Not sure what is happening wiuth yesterdays manchester flight but it did appear as arroved on the sanford arrivals board and todays is showing as expected on time.

yes 22 sept flight part of fly drive £99 including taxes etc. unfortunately you have to take their car hire or pay a penalty fee - bumps the price up a bit but either way stiil cheap :cool1:

The flight arriving shown today is the one that should have arrived yesterday!!!!
The folk who should have arrived back today will not be back before tomorrow.
