I'm working on my digital photos, I have thousands which haven't been printed and archived. Anyway, I came across the one on the right taken of DS last year and it reminded me of one taken on his second visit to WDW. He was a month shy of his 3rd B-day and we got him in free for that visit. We bought DS an adult ticket for the last visit. What happened to those seven years? They went so fast. I want those years back. :sad1:

I blinked and my girls went from Toddlers to Preteens

Don't know how it happened :confused3

Great pictures of your DS :)

Yeah...my dd's were 2 and 4. Suddenly they're 7 and 9! How did that happen :confused3

and...they are 5 and 7 in the pic in my siggy  I can't believe DD2 is now the age DD1 was then. Guess it's time to find a new one. But I love that one so much...

btw, I love the pics of your DS with Cinderella - how sweet! :)

OP, your photos are so cute. What a handsome son!

Well, I don't know when or how it happened but my BABY boy is 20 and will be graduating from COLLEGE next year! How the heck did THAT happen?!?!? :confused3

Every mother has moments captured forever in time from when their children were little. How I miss those moments, and yet I know there are special moments not yet made that will remain permanently in my heart. You know what I miss the most? Holding DD against my chest, smelling the top of her head. How I wish I could recapture that beautiful face asleep in my arms as I just cherished holding her. Now, she lumbers toward me and I cringe in fear, waiting for the pain I will experience as she throws her weight into my being for a big hug. It's like standing still as an elephant charges at you  Ah well, I live for those hugs.

I think that's what my mum thinks about me at the moment! I passed my driving test yesterday and I'll be off to university in September, all being well. But now I'm older we can go shopping and go for coffee. Now I'm older I realise that my mum really is one of my best friends. So it's not all bad!

What great pictures of your boy. Wait till you see the next 7 years. :thumbsup2 Very nice, and yes. they do grow up so quickly. I say that as Vince heads out to the fire house in the mornings, or Natalie heads out to her office.

Thanks for all your nice comments about DS. I'm serious about the time flying. It's just amazing to me. I wish I'd had savored those toddler years a little more. I was always so anxious for him to move onto the next milestone. Oh well, at least I still get hugs.

Yes Dan, I have a feeling there's going to be some big changes in the next few years. DH and I are trying very hard to enjoy him before he walks out the door for college.

what adorable pics!!
He is so cute.
I know they grow too fast... Its so sad. :rolleyes2

Enjoy every minute that you can! This is our DS's first year in college, we have no regrets about spending too much time together as a family over the years...lots of memories! :teeth:
