Am I the only one who understands that DVC is a TIMESHARE, and as such provides us with full kitchens for our "home away from home" stays? Isn't that what a timeshare is all about? I see no reason for DVC to spend money on food service when we all have full kitchens.
1 a studio does not have a " kitchen to cook in". You could get away with PBJs or soup in a can or even oatmeal. .. You could not make Mickey waffles, or eggs n toast reasonably.
2) I understand it... I just am spending my 20 days a yr in vacation cooking n cleaning it up. I will make toast or oatmeal but I am not making waffles n eggs. ... So I shouldn't be allowed to have these for under 30$ ( and a ts hour) unless I make them myself or stay in a non dvc?
Your statement is not thought through. Many do not stay I. A 1 bedroom, many go for only a few days, many do not rent a car or use garden groc n just relax with it.
3) side note many if the resorts have inn rooms too.. N there kitchen is lousier than the studios that gives you 4 paper bowls and plastic forks for a 6 night stay.
4) no it is about staying in a larger room for a less expensive price by giving a 50 yr commitment on going. If you did it to cook while on vk awesome. I do not believe most did.
