They Deleted May Account...again?!?

ok i was getting on vmk and well i though everything was fine bc i was on yesterday right... well i log in and it sends me to the sign-up sheet. yea this sucks seeing that i had things that are now retired i mean like the quests from WDW. but what really gets me is this isnt the first time. they did it to my first account. and the funny thing is i have not been banned on my new account. and i only had the 2 accounts!! what the heck is goin on!??!?!?

The first thing to check is if you made any typos on your log in information. If you typed your username wrong, it would send you to make it as a new account. I had that happen once and it scared me silly. If you type your password wrong, it sends you back to a blank sign in screen.

the same thing happened to me on APril 1 -

I have talked with Yavn about it and he said they are looking into but I have not heard back in about a month from him - so I have pretty much given up hope on ever seeing my stuff again -

He told me I was the only person he had heard this happening to - but I have now heard of 5 people - and I am sure there are others who this has happened to - please contact VMK and let them know -

they have a bug and it needs to be fixed!!!

yea i got my 2nd one back they sayed my name my have insulted someone or something like that which is crap.... but nothing about my first one
