We did both - lol. We ate at Y&Y sit down and then the next AK day we had we ate at the CS. I actually really liked both. I think I may have preferred the CS :confused3

I think it had something to do with the fact that our waitress was a total space cadet :hippie: She was veeeery flighty and took f-o-r-e-v-e-r to do everything. :sad2: So the get in, get out and good enough food of the CS was nice IMO.

Jo - Hooray for the encouraging news at the doctor (somehow I had missed your post.)

RF - thanks for the mini report for on-line check-in!!!!

:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

We ate at Yak n Yeti. Marky said he knew why it was called that after we ate there.

I'm kidding. :rotfl2:

We had the sit down. Got the first table of the day-- lunch- upstairs in a room. I can't remember what we all had. Mark hated his. I liked mine.
Oh I think I got the sweet and sour chicken? Or was it shrimp?? Mark got something-- i'm guessing chicken and broccoli b/c that's something healthy he'd order-- in a brown sauce and it had no taste to it.

The kids got somehting and i can't remember what it was.
I'd go back, but Mark wouldn't so that means we'll never go again.:rotfl:

The theming is neat here.

Emmy and I are soaked right through.
Ethan's bus was 40 minutes late in the pouring rain. Apparently there was an accident which held up all the traffic. I'm just so happy he's home safe and sound. Nothing like making a mom worry a little. :sad2:

A warm turkey and cranberry sandwich from the Earl of Sandwich would be yummy right now...:thumbsup2

Thanks for the Yak and Yeti feed back... my kids love chinese food..the whole rice and chicken balls thing.. so I wondered if this would be a good one to eat at.

Hi Mayers!

Jo - Glad to hear that you got some good news today from the doctor.

Lake - Hope you dry off soon and don't catch colds.

RF - Checked in and ready to go...wow that was slick!

NC, Shelly, Mari, Kait, Tas, Trix, and lurkers...HI! :cool1:

Sea

Lake - When we ate outside at the CS, we both had the crispy honey chicken and it was very tasty. That would be my recommendation! :thumbsup2

RF- hmmm... favorites meal at WDW...not sure I've discovered it yet...I might have to keep going for a while to figure it out.:lmao:

I'm most excited to try Le Cellier though.

GO PENS!!!!

A certain Mr.Staal from your team, grew up just down the road from me in Thunder Bay... he and his three hockey star brothers.

Eric, Marc, Jordan and Jarred have very proud parents.

Hi Lake,

Well, it is sunny and about 67 today. I will try to send some of it your way to dry you out.

Today's lunch was California Chicken Cafe - a garden salad with chicken, pita bread and a Coke. Very good!

Favorite place to eat at WDW - LeCellier! :goodvibes I think BRG would be my next favorite!

Most looking forward to - hmm. . . . probably B&C or Captain's Grille. . . .

Funny, the kids and I were just talking about where we were going to eat next time! January was the first trip that we did not eat at CP. So DS10 says that we have to do breakfast there next time. And they both agreed that Sci-Fi is a must do again because they get to sit in front of us in the car and it is dark in there and we can't see how much of their food they actually eat! Oh and they have the best milkshakes in the world!! I have to agree with them there! :thumbsup2

:eek::eek::eek: You know them?!?!?! :worship:

I love the Staal brothers! Bob knows that I would dump him in an instant to get with one of those boys. :lovestruc

I was just talking about them last night with him, how on earth can you birth 4NHL hockey stars. Seriously. How? Someone tell me... Please.

Don't really tell me - I know how it works.

LOL.

Well you know how the birthing part works... the hockey player part helps when your family owns a sod farm, and in the winter your dad can put up a huge hockey rink on it, with boards and lights and everything where you and your brothers and friends in the community can play all winter long on the ice. Living in Thunder Bay on the north shore of Lake Superior helps as well, as winter there is cold enough to keep the ice for the season , but not too cold to go out and use it. ( see told you I know them)

I even received a christmas card two years ago with a picture of Eric holding the cup when Carolina won.

LOL. He's an idiot... But he's my idiot. :lovestruc

I think the funniest part of this pic is that the slipping-falling dummy is in front of a liquor store.

Jo - Jason and I love OKW.
We wanted to stay there on our honeymoon, through his step-dad's time share. (it was a gift to us). But we couldn't get the week we wanted. It was all booked up, as it was July afterall.

So we stayed off site at the Vistana Resort for a week, and then four days on site at All Star Music.

Unfortunatley my FiL doesn't have the time share anymore otherwise we would definitely be using it for all our trips.
