Yes, yes he is. He really can't stand all of the publicity. He'd much rather be playing his guitar and singing in pubs with his mates in London. He's doing sooo much better with it than I thought he would. So far anyway.

He was on Letterman last night, too. I liked that interview better, actually.

I know. I started reading a post on GatorCountry about what Tebow has meant to everyone and I was doing okay with all the stuff they were sharing.

Until this one poster said that their son is deaf and Tebow met him and signed to him 'Nice to meet you' and then at another function he saw him again and signed to him again 'Nice to see you'.

Then another time someone else was watching Tebow practice and yelled 'Hey tim, I'm open'- and Timmy threw the ball to him. The guy started yelling "oh my gosh- I just caught a pass from Tebow" and threw it back to him- and when he caught it Tim yelled "And I just caught a pass from you!"

Yeah- I cried.

Special individual he is. I will miss him greatly.

Thanks Trix! I am a little nervous about not getting a good seat. We are going a few hours early - but I have a bad feeling that there will be a line around the block from all the younger girls that took off school or something.

I hope we at least aren't looking straight up at the screen. I can deal with ANYTHING but that.

well i just got a phone call my sister was rushed to the hospital from her doctors office earlier today because she has pnemonia... the same one that had swine flu a while ago... I'm so worried about her.... lately it's one thing or another with her.....

On a brighter note.... my DH got us Disney on Ice tickets for next saturday... the DOI: Let's Celebrate .... I can't wait.....

Hope your sis is ok. Praying for her!

Afternoon Mayers! I spent mine lugging 5 kids to the grocery store

I don't know how you do this! I can barely manage when I take my 12 y.o. and 14 y.o. to the store!

Just doing some Disney math here. . . Does anyone know the cost of the 2010 DDP? I am thinking it was something like $40 per adult and $11 for kids this year. . . I don't know for sure, we got it for free.

But at that price it would be $131 per day for us. Making it $917 for 7 nights/8 days. After totaling our receipts from this trip we spent (or would have spent) a total of $921 on food, and that was for 8 nights/9 days. So the DDP is no longer a good deal for us. It would be if we were only paying the $11 for DS10, not the $40. But paying $40 a day for him and him ordering off of the kids menu just doesn't cut it. So we have to either get the DDP free or not at all.

Now I have to determine if getting free dining or 40% off the room is a better deal. I am going to say that 40% off is better if we go Deluxe, but maybe not if we go Moderate. . .

And we could definitely eat cheaper that the $927, because we would have one less night, we would cut out a few TS meals, and we would not have used $88 of "snacks" had we not had the DDP.

Oh Disney math is enough to give anyone a headache!

I just took 2 Excedrin and 2 Advil when I sat down to read this!

I had the Clutch Wallet in a blue color. Well, my new credit card is the same color of blue as the inside of the wallet. I freak nearly every time I open it as I can't "see" the credit card and think it is missing. So I HAD to have a new wallet.

The Puccini pattern in all styles was 50% off!!!

Anywho, I have several friends who are really into this wristlet. I'll let you know if it is the bomb!

So I'm trying to decide if I should respond to my not-so-friendly poster on my OKW report. . . . What do you guys think? I really really hate when people act like that. I simply pointed out the good parts of OKW and the not so good - for us. Why the need to get so offended??? I don't take it personally if someone doesn't like CBR. I guess I will never understand this type of thing. . .

Parent teacher interviews this morning, and then my siter in law and her kids are coming by. Normally this is the SIL that I dread and stress over. But seeing as she owes me money. She can get right over here with cash in hand. haha

That movie was INCREDIBLE!

Anyone who is an Edward fan, better watch out because Taylor Lautner stole my heart in this movie! He definitely did a fantastic job because I am considering switching teams.



The movie was amazing. I can't gush about it enough. The put everything that needed to be there in it, they didn't drag ANYTHING out, they tied in different things (minor...) but it all made the story tie together BETTER than the book did.

There were a few things that never made sense to me in the book and they made MORE sense now.

They took my least favorite book and made a movie that blew me out of the water. I can NOT wait to see Eclipse now.

So good.... SO SO SO SO SOOOO GOOD.

I am going to try to find someone to see it with me again today.

RF - I LOVED the movie too.... wow Jacob has the best body (i can't believe i'm saying that about a teenager) but sheesh.... I still love the Bella Edward storyline though.... LOVE LOVE LOVE the movie.... Ok enough about New Moon..... well unless someone wants to talk to me about it....

Well guys my sis is still in the hospital... They are still trying to figure out what is wrong... She was so upset at me that she was stuck in hospital... He said based on her tests it looks like she has the swine flu again / pnemonia ..... I'm really losing my faith in the medical profession they keep giving her different diagnosis... just kidding....
