Thermal curtains

I'm considering getting thermal curtains for my drafty sliding glass doors. Does anyone have any experience with these. Did they work at stopping the drafts? Could you feel the difference or save money on your heating bill? Thanks

I had some in my bedroom in my former home, the windows were super old. We definatley felt the difference and they were heavy which made the room darker (better for sleeping) I dont remember if the heating bill changed, but the room def was warmer!!!
