Wow! I never expected those words!
Today was the first day I could call to schedule an Illuminations Cruise for our trip. I started dialing a bit before 7:00 and once the "We're Closed" message was gone I immediately hit #5...and promptly got put on hold. I figured there was no hope of a cruise being available once I got through, but still I didn't hang up. My line was finally answered and I expained what I wanted and that I was guessing there weren't any left. Imagine my surprise when the CM spoke those words..."There's one left...I grabbed it for you."
So my point in this message is not to revel in my success but rather to let others know that they shouldn't hang up if they get put on hold. Cruises can come to those who wait!
Oh, and if we didn't already have 12 passengers I would definitely open it up to others. Good luck to everyone!
