I have been trying since we returned from the BC to post a video of the Presidential Suite. After several attempts with Photobucket and other sites I was finally able to upload it to Youtube. Soooo, if anyone is interested I titled it Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Presidential Suite. If you search Disney Presidential Suite and use the filter button to select "today" it should pop up.

I am forewarning you that the video posted seems to be really small. Also I am not very good at videotaping so watch at your own risk

Has anyone ever ordered the "amenities" from the in room dining experience?! Our friends and their kids are checking in next Saturday. I was looking to send them either the Stormalong buckets or the Snack Attack. Anyone every tried either of these?? Their kids are 5 and 3.

Did you like the chaos of my video, I caught the CM filling up our fridge, the CM delivering the crib and my little grandson getting caught by his mom on the phone in the second bedroom LOL. I was just too excited to wait so I started filming right away. It didn't matter how many people were in the room

You got all that but I kept looking for the barrel of monkeys that was heard around the 2:20 mark. Did the staff stock the room with the monkeys or did you special order them?

These were of course special ordered!!!

The barrel of monkeys name is Brady. He turned 5 on this trip and is quite a character just like his brother Parker the phone bandit.

This is it, the night before departure. By this time tomorrow we will finally be in WDW, enjoying the BC and surrounding area. First park day is Sunday morning at AK, back to the resort to chillax, then dinner at the California Grill. And, I've planned a magical surprise for my wife to be waiting at our table. We plan on following up dinner with Wishes as seen from the Cali Grill lounge.

I will be calling back next month to switch our room to a military discount and plan to ask if anything has become available, but now I'm wondering if I even want to chance it-would hate to get a room that week and show up and have it be crazy busy with some sort of huge group event!

I was unable to get a standard or garden view at the BC for November when I initially booked. I wound up booking the YC instead. But then my TA had a bunch of standard rooms at the BC available at a big discount later on. So perhaps they are being held for promotion as of right now. Or possibly they are being held until packages are released?

Almost all of our BC and BCV trips have been in January and it has never crazy busy when we were there. For one thing it is often too cool outside to swim, so SAB usually isn't crowded. Standard view rooms sell out quickly and since they haven't even released the 2015 room rates yet, I'm guessing that rooms are being held back right now. But keep in mind that the BC is very popular and often full, so I wouldn't worry about next January. It has never been crowded when we were there in January.

Running folks, when is the Princess Half Marathon, or whatever marathon it is that is run in January?
