Do you know if they only charge the no show fee when the entire party fails to show up? Or, if they actually charge it in our case, when 3 out of 4 show? $10 versus no Ohana ressie is a no-brainer to us.![]()
I'm pretty sure they don't charge you when the number of people coming changes. They charge you when no one shows up. Of course this can change, depending upon how Disney wants to enforce things, but I think the idea is not to penalize you UNLESS you do not show up at all. This discourages people from making reservations that they have no intentions of keeping.
I'd send a email to guest services and ask them what the policy is before I let someone try to change things on that O'Hanna reservation and probably wind up losing it for you.
Remember the main idea behind that policy was to enforce no shows, so I'd be shocked if they started doing something like dinging people who were a body or two short on a reservation.
