Yeah, this is one of those days that if I didn't *have* to go out to a doctor's appointment this afternoon *and* the cleaning people weren't coming this morning (which meant I couldn't have stayed in bed), I would have stayed home today for a "recharge" day.

I keep alternating between a bad and depressed mood all day today.
