IDK, I usually don't come to the rumor section of the boards, but this just seems like a big deal, a lot of hype. So I hope it is something big like the 4/3 deal, or free dinning extension through 2010, or a % off packages or SOMETHING huge like that! Just really keeping my fingers crossed.

I think it is pretty certain that we'll see a return of the 4/3 in some form. Between the appearing and disappearing banners and the Podcast rumor, all signs seem to point in that direction. I think the only real question as far as accuracy will be one of when the announcement comes - today, as rumored, late Sept when the current deals expire, or in November as usual for offers for that time of year.

It has happened before, but not very often. The thing is, Disney did announce the return of 180 ADR window yesterday (officially) and no other site has had this rumor. This may be one of those select times. I'm still watching and waiting to see though!

This has got to be the "big announcement," I thought. Well, I went to MouseSavers and, of course, no updates to the WDW package/room savings sections - YET...

Well, I know I'm behind the times here but I didn't know about this page but I'm so glad I just looked at this thread. I had a ressie for mid Nov with 7 nights at a Mod for $102 and 3 nights for $170 (those were only at rack room rate with the 40% pin code I used). I saw that they have the same time frame for $109 across the board so I wound up saving $150.00 by taking OFF the 40% pin special and using the general code on their website.

Ugh!!!! This waiting is driving me crazy. The 4/3 deal really helped us out last Jan and if it returns again for this Jan then our trip will be a definite. I'm watching the travel channel at 3 just in case and will be glued to my laptop refreshing every minute on here, mousesavers, and disney. And to think I swore I wouldn't be as obsessed while planning this trip as I was last year while waiting for a code. Yet here I am refreshing my screen...again and again.
