Theoretically, what tiers would rides be if FPs come back?

Theoretically, which rides would be tier 1 if FPs do come back? Last time we went was November 2018. Other than MFSR and MMRR are there any new rides since 2018? Did those affect the tiers of other rides? We are going in March 2022 so Remy should be open by then, so I'd guess that one would be a tier 1 too.

Probably the same as before. MFSR, MMRR and Slinky Dog all Tier 1.

And Remy, Frozen, Soarin and Test Track as Tier 1.

I feel like Soarin could be bumped down. We were there all last week and at Epcot twice and we rode Soarin three times with the longest wait being 20 min. I feel like there a few hours of the day where it was pushing 45 min or so but most of the day it was very manageable. Test Track on the other hand was consistently at 60 min and Frozen was usually at 40-60.

I think the eventual goal at Epcot once all the new stuff opens is to do away with the tiers. Remember that Illuminations reserved seating used to also be tier one. Once Guardians opens if old FP+ returns, no more tiers.

Or maybe they are uncovering them so they can permanently remove them .... who knows anymore. I would think uncovering the kiosks would be one of the last (easiest) steps in the return of FP.
