Theme park tickets

I have tickets linked to my MDE account and we already have our magicbands. Do we still go to wil call to "pick up" our tickets in order for them to work?

I ask because they're Florida resident tickets and I would assume they need proof of residency. Last time we were there we didn't even think to go to will call and got pulled out of line because something was wrong with our tickets but we were never told exactly what.

Yes, you do need to go to any ticket booth or Guest Relations and "affirm" your FL Res. status before you can use your tickets for the first time.

Yes, that's what was "wrong" with the tickets on the previous visit.
