Its so annoying that these companies know that they are facing financial difficulties but still trade right up to the last minute taking peoples hard earned money.
Unfortunately, I am one of those affected. I've contacted my CC company, so fingers crossed. I've had to order my tickets from another company.
Seems like it is affecting people already at WDW.

My friends who are at the parks now have confirmed that the tickets they have that have been refused at the park gate were from Themeparkticketsdirect.
Just hope others are not affected.

Well, the CC company just said they will send me a form. I'll post an update when I've heard back. I leave in a few weeks, so I doubt I'll have heard by then.
Were they actual tickets or vouchers to exchange? How upsetting.
Fingers crossed for you guys.At the very least, it would be nice to have confirmation before you leave that you will be reimbursed in full. Have you found a reasonable price from another (reputable) ticket agent?

Thank you for your good wishes. They are actual tickets. Only ordered them Wednesday evening, and they were delivered yesterday special delivery (included in the normal price.) I'll post again once I've heard from my CC company.![]()
