Theme park tickets direct.com - anyone used?

Hi, about to buy tickets for Discovery Cove, 21 Day Disney and Universal, anyone used this company before?

Yes. We have used them a couple of times now. Tickets arrived as promised within 10 days

Hi, thanks for your reply, can I ask you - its asking for a start date for the tickets. Does that mean that you have to use the ticket on the date you give, or will the 14 consecutive days run from any date you first use the ticket. Just think it is strange why they were asking for start date cos I don't know what day I'm going to use it (this is the Universal ticket)

I am not 100%,but i think they ask you to put in the date-so they know when you are going+so they can get your tickets to you on time.x.

Yes it is from the first day you use the tickets. The date is to get you the tickets before you fly. We received ours 3 days after ordering them.
