Theme park strategy - which days??

Hello!

My GF and I will be going to Disney for the first time together in December. We will be doing parks December 15-20 (Monday - Saturday). We are doing the 4 Disney parks and the 2 Universal Parks.

My question is, since our favorite parks are the 2 Universal and Magic Kingdom, should we do those the first 3 days? The crowd calendars show it getting progressively busier throughout the week. We are definitely doing Magic Kingdom that Wednesday because they are open till 10 as opposed to 7 the other nights. Also, we have have to do Universal in a span of 3 days because of how their photo pass works.

My only concert with doing Universal Monday and Tuesday and Magic Kingdom Wednesday would be doing all our favorite firsts (instead of "saving the best for last"), but then again the crowds are supposed to grow throughout the week.

We are definitely doing Magic Kingdom that Wednesday because they are open till 10 as opposed to 7 the other nights.

MK is also open until 10 on the 15th.
