Theme park counter breakfast

Any suggestions?! It seems like there aren't too many places in the theme parks that are open for a quick breakfast.

We are not big breakfast folk, so I have not really paid attention. But I have noticed coffee and pastry carts around the parks.

The only place we have ever grabbed a quick breakfast in the parks is at Main Street Bakery in MK. Lotsof delicious baked goods.
