Theme park Annual Pass

We are the new proud owner of DVC . I read in the member only site that the fee to renew the annual pass is 95 dollars a year. Is this true? Is there any other cost for the annual pass. Does that mean that we bought our annual pass this year for 3 hundred something and next year it will be 95 dollars only. This will be a very great offers to us. Please help. Thanks.

I think you save $95 a year. It's not $95 to renew.

1) The $95 is the PAP renewal discount from regular PAP renewal price.
2) Disney would not offer annual admission for the price of less than 2-days.

The DVC discount is $125 for a new PAP and $100 for a new AP. The DVC discount is $95 for a PAP renewal and $75 for an AP renewal.

WIth DVC discount and tax included a new adult AP would be $314.18 or $415.35 for a PAP. Renewals would be $298.20 and $394.05 respectively.
