Need some advice my girlfriend and I are going to be in WDW june 1st - 8th. the first 4 days we are spending at the world then off to the cruise for 3 days. I have been to WDW several times but this will be her first time visiting. She is very excited about it and wants to see everything she can in the 4 days. So I put myself at the mercy of you experts on sugguestions how to best manage my time with the 4 days between the millions of things to do and places to see at the World.

Thanks in advance,
Mustang

Need a little more info...

What are the exact hours of your 4 days? Are they 4 full days or 2 full days and 2 travel days? What times will you be arriving/departing?

I would have her visit the official website or get a guidebook and have her select her must-see attractions at each park.

If you are onsite, use Early Entry when you can. Hit all major attractions first. If you don't plan on a swim break (I suggest you do) I would do a nice sit-down lunch. The parks are open late in summer, so I don't see the point of suffering through the worst part of the day (1-4pm). In the evening you can get more done. Crowds thin out a little in the evening- all the people who were going to stay "all day" are now leaving.

I recommend checking out "Cruise Central" if you can share an Illuminations Cruise it will be a fantastic memory as well as a romantic evening.

Good Luck,
Sandy

we will be arriving sunday around 10:30 and be staying til the bus picks us up at 9am thursday staying at the wilderness lodge:bounce: :bounce:

Did You Know... If staying on site, you may/shpuld be able to go to AK the day of your departure to DCL? Weare doing this in 13 days and have only 3 days + till just after noon (I belive at AK so we will hit a park a day) I belive most that use this (maybe ask or search on the cruise board also) get a fast pass and a show resi. included at no extra cost.
you leave your bags at WL and take your carry on with you leave it at the DCL desk at AK, that gives you some time to see AK and still alot of time at all the other parks (of course check it all out as this is our first trip with DCL and am just using info I have found on all the difrent BB's!)
You'll be able to see alot more in 41/2 days than we will :smooth:exspecialy since we have a DS7 taging along!!!

On the Wednesday night, I suggest doing the Fantasmic Dinner Package. Have a wonderful meal at Mama Melrose's or Hollywood Brown Derby, then do a few rides before using your special pass for Fantasmic. It is such a great sendoff from the parks.

Hope you both enjoy yourselves. The cruise sounds great! I'm still turning the heat on up here in MA!

I also think you should get your DGF a couple of guidebooks to look at. Since there is so much to do at WDW it would be a good idea to let her choose some things she really wants to see. Don't miss Tink's flight before the FITS fireworks--that is one of the most magical memories I have from our visit. :D
