Theatre question?

I am planning a visit to London this March and am wondering what's really hot in live theatre at the moment? Is Mary Poppins getting good reviews?

Not sure if anyone here would have had reason to try...but I am thinking of trying my luck on Priceline for hotels in London?? Thoughts appreciated!

I can highly recommend Mary Poppins - we saw it last year and it was imho outstanding. I haven't used Priceline for tickets though, so can't help there. Have a wonderful trip!

We saw Mary Poppins last Jan, and despite the fact that we were both really ill, we loved it.

Me and DD saw Saturday Night Fever in January and it was fantastic! By the end every person in the house was up on their feet and dancing in the aisles (even DD - she's 14 and was soooo embarassed by her mum! ). Don't know about Priceline but Travelodge do rooms at really good prices for London.

Apparently "we will rock you" is ending in October according to another thread on here.

I can recommend we will rock you if you like queen music it is finishing in october but going on tour. we saw it last year and are going again in may with DD

My Mum and I go to the theatre every year in dec
get a bit of xmas shopping to
We put £2 in a tin every week which nearly covers
the cost. Single train tickets are dead cheap if buy them
3 months before.
We just stay in B&B in St Pancras area (£50)
great for us a so close to the station.
