The Zombie Apocalypse has begun! Your stuck in Disney, where would you hide/defend?

Studio Backlot Tour at the spot where the oil tanker fire scene takes place. You can climb high up (zombies can't) and there's the ability to throw a lot of fire and water at them.

All in all it's sounding like WDW may be the place to be during the zombie invastion...people have some pretty good ideas on here!:thumbsup2

So far Tom Sawyers Island looks to be a Great spot, can fit numorious people, plenty of animals, bugs, fish, water and hide-outs...Also the fort would be helpful, great arial views as well...LOOKS GOOD SO FAR... would be perfect if zombies couldn't swim but who knows. for all we know they can walk on the bottom of the lake
:scared1:

In some of the books they can. Pretty sure that is one of the ways they spread in World War Z. So, if we had those sorts of Zombies, we would have to figure out a way to watch the whole coastline for possible breaches.

We would need a way to get food and water to the locations. Also need weapons (the right kind). Hmmmm, gonna have to think a little more on this.

Do the terra cotta warriors come to life? and are they on my side?

I'd use the Concourse level at the Contemporary. Block the escalators/ stairs, (obviously the elevators won't work), a lot of resturants there so that's a decent amount of food, nice position to defend since there are large windows on either side. The only thing would be the bridge to BLT, one would need to either block the stairs heading up to the 5 floor at Bay Lake, or if you had some heavy ordinance you could blow down the bridge.

One other thing that I thought of, if the electricity is out, that means you could climb down the monorail beam to MK or the TTC to see what's goin' on (the only catch is the zombies could possibly walk up it but maybe they wouldn't be smart enough :confused3)

Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. If Buzz can defeat Zurg, he can beat Zombies!

What kind of zombies are we talking about? There's a big difference between the slow, bumbling zombies like those on The Walking Dead and the smart, cunning zombies from I Am Legend.

I agree, I was thinking about the Walking Dead clumsy zombies, dopey kinds that you could get away from.

but,

the I Am Legend Zombies were Terrifying,

You really needed to prepare against those types of zombies. They were clever....

Star Tours ~ zombies are no match for the The Force. I'll be inside the walker headed straight toward Boma for replenishment.

We don't know....but there was only 1 smarter Zombie in I AM LEGEND, I'm hoping he's not in Disney. As for running and walking Zombies, expect both!

My first thought was Tom Sawyer's Island. But, as was pointed out, World War Z says they'll just walk across the sea bed. Additionally, George Romero let them walk underwater in one of the more recent zombie movies he did.

The Contemporary has promise because of ample restaurants and good visibility. At the same time, the castle could be an easily fortified location, plus you have the restaurant's supplies. Additionally, I'm sure there is an exit to the utilidors with-in the restaurant. As long as the utilidors are not breached, that's a benefit. Once the utilidors are breached, you're in trouble.

If you can get to it, Discovery Island might not be a bad choice, depending on the state of any current buildings located there. It's a place that would not already be crawling with people, which would be a good thing. You know any place where you're sharing space with a multitude of survivors is going to contain at least one person who has been bitten and is hiding it. If the buildings are in good shape, you might not be so bad off, even if the zombies do eventually show up. If you are in an out of the way place though, they are less likely to wander in as soon.

Also, I prefer to refer to fast zombies as zoombies.

My husband and I spend a lot of time playing this game...

Technically the bed of the rivers of america isn't a seabed

Okay, well remotely I didn't think these guy liked cleanliness of any shape or form.
maybe Clorox is offensive to them..as there are some products of this kind out there but I thought plain water was not good from watching the movie SIGNS.

I have to rethink this whole scenario....;) This really is a fun thread...thank you I'm enjoying it.
