The Young Avengers and The Phantom of the Opera (YAMRP Part 2)

Jay: The pulled into the airport and parked. He and Ev flew a lot, and were pros at it. The large group headed into baggage and checked their bags with the yellow Disney tags. They'd be whisked to the Magical Express.

Jay: He goofed around and sang loudly, semi dancing while driving.

Evelyn: She was scared for her life, but for the most part sang along and has fun with the group.

Jay: The pulled into the airport and parked. He and Ev flew a lot, and were pros at it. The large group headed into baggage and checked their bags with the yellow Disney tags. They'd be whisked to the Magical Express.

Mike: Having not been in an airport since waking up, he was devastatingly confused.

Hope: The security, the crowdedness...it set her on edge.

Raven: She was nervous she'd get caught.

Conrad: Out of the four he was the only calm one. He whispered to Evelyn, "I think our mutual best friend hasn't been to an airport before." Then he whispered to Jay, "I think Hope's nervous. I think it's probably best to try to keep her calm."

Penny: She followed the lead of the others, still a little drowsy despite the excitement. She planned on going back to sleep once they boarded.

OOC: We drive to Disney, and my mom always expects us to get to sleep as soon as we get on the road. I'm usually awake until she takes my phone, my NOOK, my pencils, my flashlight and book, my backup flashlight and book, and my schoolwork away

Mike: Having not been in an airport since waking up, he was devastatingly confused.

Evelyn: She whispered back. "Oh yeah, I feel terrible for not asking him. Can you check in our bags? I'm going to brief him a little over there. Thanks Con." She pointed to an empty spot at the end of the hall, then. She spoke softly. "Hey babe? Follow me." She took Mike's hand and took him to the spot. "Have you never been to an airport? I feel terrible for not asking, I just assumed you had."

Jay: Jay whispered back, "Thanks Conrad.", and gave her a tight hug, not letting Hope go. He hated seeing her nervous. "Hey, it's okay love. It's safe to fly. I'm here, we all are."

OOC: Haha so true. I took an 15 hour bus ride to Colorado for church camp and I only got 30 minutes of sleep.

Mike: He took on a sheepish look and a hand reached behind his neck and into his hair in embarrassment. "Well, no. It's not a huge deal though. Anywhere we needed to go SHIELD just kinda...flew us, so we never really needed a commercial aeroplane."

Hope: "It's just....it's all so big and scary and so much security and security personnel...I don't feel safe."

OOC: I can not sleep in the car.

Conrad: "Just looking out for everybody." He made the necessary arrangements for the bags to be checked in.

You have to take off your shoes and put your bag in a plastic bin. It goes through a machine and they check it. Then you go through a metal dector. After you wait at the gate, which doesn't look like a gate. It's more like a waiting area. You walk down a long tunnel and enter the plane. Your ticket has an assigned seat. The plane will have a touch screen in everyseat, and you can watch tv or order food on them."

Jay: "Yeah, I can see how it's scary. But remember all those security are here to make it extra safe. And your flying with a bunch of superheroes kids, including one who would anything to save you because he loves you very much."

I wouldn't do that again." She took of her shoes and put them and her purse in the bin. "Just like that." Evelyn handed Mike a bin.

Jay: "Okay beautiful. I'm here. And remember, that plane's going to take us to the most magical place on Earth!" They went through security.

Evelyn: "I guess. I'm not around Mr. Stark much honestly." They got in security line. She couldn't help but chuckle a little at Mike's reaction. "Sorry, I thought'd It'd help. I wouldn't do that again." She took of her shoes and put them and her purse in the bin. "Just like that." Evelyn handed Mike a bin.

Jay: He went through the metal detector and blew a kiss at Hope during her turn.

Evelyn: "It is incredible. A lot of technologies actually were devolped from the army." She got her stuff back and waited for her handsome boyfriend to finish.
