The Young Avengers and The Phantom of the Opera (YAMRP Part 2)

[Orreed]

Hope: "You mean you'll have to train to focus. I'm great at focusing, I only can't focus when something's not right or you can't focus." She kissed him lightning fast. "But that's okay, because I love you and you love me and that's enough for me."

Jay: "Okay true, you are a pro at focusing." He cracked a huge smile and quickly kissed her back, wrapping his arm around Hope. "That's so sweet, and means a lot to me. I love you too Hope." He paused for a moment and just enjoyed her company. "I know it's too dark out to ride but want to check on the horses?"

 

[Fairywings]

Jay: "Okay true, you are a pro at focusing." He cracked a huge smile and quickly kissed her back, wrapping his arm around Hope. "That's so sweet, and means a lot to me. I love you too Hope." He paused for a moment and just enjoyed her company. "I know it's too dark out to ride but want to check on the horses?"

Hope: "Thanks. Yeah, that's a good idea, I haven't fed them today and I hate making Jarvis take care of it all the time. I mean he does it while we're at school but still..." She walked out to the horses, having Jay help feed and water them and then sh brushed and combed the horses and picked their hooves, all the while talking to them cheerfully as if they were humans who could understand her.

OOC: Picking the hooves is when you have to get the stones and dirt and mud out from under a horse's hoof cause it's unhealthy to just leave that all there.

 

[Orreed]

Hope: "Thanks. Yeah, that's a good idea, I haven't fed them today and I hate making Jarvis take care of it all the time. I mean he does it while we're at school but still..." She walked out to the horses, having Jay help feed and water them and then sh brushed and combed the horses and picked their hooves, all the while talking to them cheerfully as if they were humans who could understand her.

OOC: Picking the hooves is when you have to get the stones and dirt and mud out from under a horse's hoof cause it's unhealthy to just leave that all there.

Jay: "Yeah no problem. Robots are nice, but humans are better caretakers." Hope was so adorable with the horses. He filled up the water and food for the horses, and visited them as well, petting their nuzzles. "Hey buddy. Your a good boy, yes you are." Jay stretched their ears at well, they were like big lovable dogs. "Hey Hope? When we get a house can we get a dog? We never had room in our NYC apartment, and I think I want a dog."

 

[Fairywings]

Jay: "Yeah no problem. Robots are nice, but humans are better caretakers." Hope was so adorable with the horses. He filled up the water and food for the horses, and visited them as well, petting their nuzzles. "Hey buddy. Your a good boy, yes you are." Jay stretched their ears at well, they were like big lovable dogs. "Hey Hope? When we get a house can we get a dog? We never had room in our NYC apartment, and I think I want a dog."

Hope: "Yes. We can have a dog, as many dogs as you like." If she got the chance, she'd name two Padfoot and Moony.

 

[Orreed]

Jay: He started to put away the supplies and squirted some hand sanitizer into his hand. "Sweet, that'll will be nice. I'm starting to get used to the small town, it's not too bad." Jay talked in an almost dreamy tone. "Our charming home, with plenty of space for your horses and our dogs. Nice archery range too, right by an apple tree so I can grab a quick snack. And people will be nicer than in the city, but we'll visit NYC a lot, we'll see sights all around the globe! Nice thing about being a pilot, free airfare."

 

[Fairywings]

Jay: He started to put away the supplies and squirted some hand sanitizer into his hand. "Sweet, that'll will be nice. I'm starting to get used to the small town, it's not too bad." "It'll be a nice house, big enough to be just right for us, with a big old yard for our horses and dogs, plus it will have a secret basement or a secret room in the basement for all of our super-heroic needs. We'll have some of the fam over occasionally for dinner, and it'll be fabulous, but we won't have them over like every single day so we can have some time alone. And we'll travel all over, for conferences and Olympic games and sometimes just for an adventure. And we'll live not too far into the country but not too close to the city, in a town kinda like this, and when we walk by everyone will recognize us and say, 'hey, there's that perfect beautiful couple I know' and we'll grin and pretend we didn't hear it because we don't want to brag but we know they're right."

 

[Orreed]

Hope: She joined him in the dream. "It'll be a nice house, big enough to be just right for us, with a big old yard for our horses and dogs, plus it will have a secret basement or a secret room in the basement for all of our super-heroic needs. Jay: He grinned. "That sounds absolutely perfect. Life with you will be amazing." They walked out by the pond and took a seat on the bench, Hope snuggled in his arms. The sun had set and the clear sky provided a stunning view of the stars. "Yeah, the townsfolk will be overloaded with our perfection, but no need to brag. We are a pretty stellar couple aren't we?" He smiled, looking at his pretty future wife. "I love you Hope."

Jay: He grinned. His Hope was the best. "Mmmhmm." Jay kissed her one more time and they headed to the range. "Here we go." He put the arrow in the new bow Hope gave him and concentrated on the target, which was miraculous considering how alluring his girlfriend was. He shot a bullseye, and swung it around to get a feel. "Again, you choose well." Evelyn: "Rude? No. Rude is different. I think you can just be closed or send off a vibe without meaning to sometimes, which is mistaken for rude. "

June: She frowned. "Oh." She got out some polymer clay and started to work with it.

Jay: He grinned. "That sounds absolutely perfect. Life with you will be amazing." They walked out by the pond and took a seat on the bench, Hope snuggled in his arms. The sun had set and the clear sky provided a stunning view of the stars. "Yeah, the townsfolk will be overloaded with our perfection, but no need to brag. We are a pretty stellar couple aren't we?" He smiled, looking at his pretty future wife. "I love you Hope."

Hope: "I love you too Jay."

June: She frowned. "Oh." She got out some polymer clay and started to work with it.

Evelyn: "Okay fine sometimes a little bit rude. Like right now, why did you respond to a frown when I said something nice?"

OOC: Wings, ready for cake?

Hope: "I love you too Jay."

OOC: Sure. Presents, dinner, then off to do their own things

Jay: He gave Hope a kiss and held her tighter.

June: "Because you said that people think I'm rude. I don't want to be like that. I really don't. I don't mean to." She lowered her head and started sculpting.

Evelyn: "I'm sorry. I can relate, especially back in NYC. I could be standoffish or appear arrogant with out even trying. It's tough, but you can fix it. Just think about your actions and reactions."

Mike: After baking the cake, he iced it, put sixteen blue and sixteen pink candles on it, and lit them. Setting it on the table and turning off the lights, he shouted, "I guess I'll just have to eat this delicious birthday cake by myself!"

Hope: She heard him and pulled Jay up. "We can go back to snuggling later, you have a birthday cake!"

Raven: She grinned, that sounded like something she would have said. She entered the kitchen. "Hey, you're not having it all by yourself."

Conrad: "He made it all by himself," he said as he entered.

June: "I can't help it! No one here even likes me. I guess they all think I'm rude too."

Evelyn: "That's not true. Look around, everyone is a little awkward with each other, we're all new. I don't think anyone hates you. Did I hear cake? Let's go get some."

 

[Orreed]

OOC: Sure.

Jay: "Okay! Wow, we can here Mike all the way out here.", he chuckled. They walked in sat down. It was nice of Mike to this. "Thanks man. And I'm sorry to say you'll have to share!"

Evelyn: She and June walked in. Evelyn ran up to Mike and gave him a hug before sitting down. "Thank you my Captain. And thanks to everyone who made Jay and I feel special on our first birthday away from our other family."

Evelyn: "That's not true. Look around, everyone is a little awkward with each other, we're all new. I don't think anyone hates you. Did I hear cake? Let's go get some."

June: 'No ones awkward. Everyone's always snuggling with their significant other. And Raven definitely hates me.' she thought to herself. "I don't really like sweets, I never have. But I'll come down and sing that birthday song and watch you blow out the candles." She forced a small smile
