MONDAY US SPOILER!!!
Ian’s Trailer
Adam joins Ian in Ian’s trailer. Ian calls him Adam and wonders if Adam is double crossing him. Adam says Ian needs to thank him because he can take care of the Newmans and the Abbotts. Ian says that Adam left a clue on Victor’s computer. His IT guy fixed it so there is no trace. He says Victor hired a brilliant guy to find the worm. The worm went through without Victor’s knowledge.
GCAC
On the phone, Victor tells Jack his IT team is looking into any hacking and will let him know if they find anything. Kevin is with Victor, who reminds Kevin not tell anyone about what they find. Kevin is uncomfortable that Jack is sharing information with Victor but Victor is not doing the same with Jack. Victor says Jack has Gabe working with his IT guys and there is no way Jack will share any information Gabe finds.
Abbott Cabin
Phyllis comes in and Jack tells her Victor is holding something back and Phyllis says Victor is not the only one.
Adam calls Jack and tells him that Victor has hired someone to find out about the PP and someone tried to hack into the Newman system. Ian tells Adam he is a great deceiver. Adam leaves.
Jack tells Phyllis he needs to go to GC to handle a situation. Phyllis says she is staying to pick more flowers and talk to birds and time to clear her head. Jack leaves.
Phyllis is in the woods picking flowers and bumps into Ian and thanks him for opening her eyes. Phyllis says Jack has gone into town to deal with business. She wants to invites Ian for dinner but she cannot cook. Ian introduces himself as Fred and he can cook.
CL
Sharon tells Mariah she is going to an appointment. Dylan wants to go with her but Sharon talks him out of it and leaves. Dylan asks Mariah about her relationship with Kevin and asks her if she is pregnant. Mariah gets flustered and denies it.
Colin arrives and asks Esther to come back to the mansion. Esther says she knows he is still blackmailing Devon. Colin threatens that if Esther says anything about that around Jill then he will … Dylan intercedes and asks Colin to finish what he was saying. Dylan reveals what Esther told him and Colin says Esther needs help, skirts around his comment and leaves.
Gabe and Kevin meet. Kevin says that a lot of people depend on Newman and Jabot and Jack and Victor don’t seem to care. Gabe agrees and suggests they share information they find. They can find out who is behind the paragon project and cut it off. They agree and shake hands. Colin witnesses the handshake. Gabe gets a text from Chelsea “Big news meet me at the club”.
At the hospital the doctor says Sharon is not pregnant and wants her to let her body to heal. Sharon says she needs to be pregnant now. The doctor tells her to get psychological help.
Sharon returns and tells she is pregnant. Mariah tells Sharon there is no reason not to be honest with Dylan. Dylan asks honest about what. Mariah says Sharon regrets that he did not go to her appointment. Mariah leaves and Dylan tells Sharon about Colin harassing Esther and wonders what Colin’s involvement is with Devon and Hilary then apologizes for sounding like a cop. Sharon says he is smart and brave and exactly what Devon and Hilary need right now and to go and help them.
Mariah joins Kevin. He says he and Gabe will share information they find about the PP. Mariah tells him he is an idiot.
Newman Office
Chelsea asks Victoria why her sales have sky rocketed. Chelsea says sales don’t spike for no reason. She wants to know who is responsible for it. Abby says she is. She says she found a search engine and when someone searches fashion the first name to pop up will be “Chelsea 2.0”. Chelsea is not amused. Chelsea says she will no longer have control of her fashion line and asks how she is going to make that many clothes to keep up with the orders and maintain quality. She says she is a hack. Abby explains that Chelsea will not have to look after marketing, sales, distribution as it will all be done for her. Victor arrives and says if there are problems they offer refunds or wrap up production. Chelsea agrees to go ahead. Abby offers her ideas to Vicky for Brash and Sassy. Vicky says no and these things need planning. Abby says her plan is working. Vicky says it was dumb luck.
GCAC
Adam meets Chelsea and she tells him she is the hottest thing on the internet because of Abby. Adam asks if the figures were generated by Newmans and she yes and asks why he is not happy.
Jack tells Victor there was an attempt to break into Jabot’s mainframe. Victor says no attempt has been made on Newman but he will let Jack know if there is one.

TUESDAY US SPOILER!!!
THE UNDERGROUND
Abby gathers Kevin, Mariah, Noah and Marissa to celebrate her promotion at Newman. Mariah steals her thunder telling everyone that Kevin is smack dad in the middle of the titans. The topic moves to all the horror stories regarding Victor and his past manipulations. Abby defends her dad and demands they stop bashing her him. Kevin then reminds Abby about the time she sued her father. Abby comments on the mutual respect they now share going on to say that Victor thinks she's brilliant. Noah talks to Kevin about the money he's earning from Victor isn't worth the price he'll pay in the end. Kevin believes that its all about the thrill of nabbing the hacker. Across the room, Marissa opens up to Mariah about Noah. "He makes my old life go away" They discuss their relationships. Mariah insists she and Kevin are just roommates and she brings her up her past. Marissa urges Mariah to go for it with Kevin.
GCAC
Jack warns his sister about the Paragon Project. He believes its real and they need to be ready for attack. Ashley questions why Victor hasn't been keeping her in the loop. Jack tells Ashley about Gabe working to figure out who's behind the the Paragon Project. Ashley still believes Joe Clark is in the middle of it all. Afterwards, Stitch walks in and he tells Ashley about Abby's big news. Abby walks in with a big smile on her face but it quickly fades when she see's how miserable her mom is. Ashley explains that she's happy for her success, but her issue is with Victor, who will do anything to get what he wants.
THE ABBOTT CABIN
Ian is with Phyllis. He's cleaning a fish and making crypic comments under his breath. Phyllis enjoys the way "Fred" see's the world. He even gets philosophical on her then questions why she invited him over to dinner. Phyllis wonders more about his past. Ian explains its been difficult meeting new people since his wife passed. He's adrift. Phyllis knows about life going on while you're not looking. Phyllis brings up her family. Ian actually perks up when Phyllis brings up her daughter, Summer. Ian tells her he had a daughter who turned on him. They then talk about him finding love and toast to being ready. Phyllis gets a call from Jack, who tells her he's returning to the cabin. Phyllis tells Jack about her new friend, Fred. Phyllis turns around and Ian is gone. Back at his trailer, Ian smiles at his laptop and tells the Paragon Project to unlesh its fury on Victor Newman. He puts on classical music and sings about Chelsea 2.0 being his puppet show.
GCAC
Abby notices the numbers spiking for her sales. Mariah and Kevin are upstairs in a suite. Kevin is working on his project for Victor. Mariah disappears and reappears in black lingerie. She kisses Kevin and they start removing each others clothes.
GC HOSPITAL
Stitch overhears Emma telling her supervisor that she lost her badge. Stitch complains the medicine cabinet was wide open and comments that Emma should be more responsible.
BOATHOUSE
Neil can't figure out why the IV pole fell over. He tells an unconscious Hilary that this isn't what he wanted at all. He says he was acting on impulse and wonders how many more laws he'll have to break before this is over. Gwen, who wonders why he left the night before. Neil tells her he feels guilty about him being happy when his son's life is falling apart. Gwen gets a call from Emma and puts Neil on hold. She returns explaining that her ID badge is missing. Neil offers to come over and help them search for it.
AT GWENS
Neil and Gwen are kissing when Emma comes home upset about losing her badge. Neil suddenly "finds" it in the sofa. Emma thanks him and leaves for the hospital. Gwen and Neil go to her bedroom. Afterwards, Gwen is suspicious that Neil took the badge to get into the medical supply closet. Neil is thrown by her alligations and says this was a mistake, they should just end their relationship now.
Back at the boathouse, Neil talks about Gwen to an unconscious Hilary. "At least he can't hurt her now.

WEDNESDAY'S US SPOILER!!!
CHANCELLOR PARK
Gwen meets with Devon and tells him about her concerns for Neil. "Hilary isn't the only one in trouble. Neil is too." She lets him about Emma loosing her badge and the meds missing from the hospital.
THE BOATHOUSE
Neil knows he should be taking Hilary to a hospital, but he just can't bear to do it. He turns on the TV there's a reporter saying that Devon is probably guilty of killing his wife. Neil looses his temper and yells at Hilary for not waking up. Devon calls him asking him to meet
Back at the park, Devon tells him they found out Hilary probably left the island. Devon then questions Neil about Gwen's concerns and asks for the truth about the meds. Neil then admits that he's responsible for is Hilary's disappearance. Devon tells him it's not his fault and asks again for the truth. Neil chickens out and admits he's an addict and promises to get some help. Devon offers his dad support but Neil doesn't feel he deserves it.
THE UNDERGROUND
Marissa and Noah immediately notice how awkward Kevin and Mariah are when he drops her off at work. Mariah admits they spent the night together and had sex. She said it was the dullest she's ever had, but Kevin thought it was great.
GCAC
Lily thanks Joe for taking Charlie to his football game. Colin walks in and questions Lily believing Cane wouldn't like knowing that she allowed Joe to spend time with his kids. Cane walks in just as Joe rushes past playfully carrying Charlie. Charlie tells his dad about his time with "Uncle Joe" Michael rushes in explaining they caught a last minute flight. Cane tells Lily they found a witness who saw a woman on a gurney being loaded on a plane to Dallas. Lily then tries to explain why Joe spent time with Charlie. Cane is understanding and thanks Joe for being there. After Lily leaves, Cane tells Joe to stop moving in on his wife. Lily walks back in and notices the tension between the two men.
POLICE STATION
Dylan tells Paul he wants to help with Devon's case because a woman's life is at stake. Dylan believes Colin played a role in Hilary's disappearance. Dylan tells his dad about Esther accusing Colin of sexual harassment. Paul can't get a warrant to check his bank accounts, but admits about circumventing the system. They call Kevin. Kevin finds large deposits of cash the night before Devon's wedding from an escort service. Dylan takes down the information and leaves. Michael arrives and Kevin tells his brother about the night he spent with Mariah. Kevin explains that he's been more excited writing computer code, but Mariah was happy. Michael tells him to be honest with her. After Kevin leaves, Michael tells Paul he needs help tracking Hilary down.
THE UNDERGROUND
Things are still awkward with Kevin and Mariah. He admits the sex was not...great. Mariah is relieved and quickly agrees saying it was AWFUL! They then decide to go back to being friends. She tells him that his "earlobe thing" was bad. He tells her to not do the "growl thing" anymore. Noah and Marissa walk in. Kevin and Mariah say they are going to celebrate never having sex again and leave. Marissa and Noah kiss. A man appears. Noah tells them they're closed. He's there to see his wife. "Hello, Marissa."
CRIMSON LIGHTS
Dylan meets with the hooker from Devon's bachelor party. He hands over some cash demanding she tell him everything. Colin walks in and she immediately points him out as the guy who paid her. Dylan confronts Colin who suggests he lay off. Colin advises him to look for a person who doesn't want the happy couple to be happy.
POLICE STATION
Michael calls Paul, "You're not going to believe this."
CRIMSON LIGHTS PATIO
Michael tells Devon that no flight plan was filed after the plane left Dallas. They have no idea where Hilary might have gone.

Hilary's hand moves when she hears Devon's plea on TV
CHANCELLOR PARK
Dylan tells Neil that he spoke with Colin who hinted he might be involved in Hilary's disappearance.

Jack asks Phyllis about Fed. Phyllis says Fred is very sweet and that he lost his wife recently. Jack says he knew what it was like not having her around when she was in a coma. Phyllis mentions Kelly and he says he was his way of dealing with his loss. Jack gives Phyllis a gift and tells her he loves her.
Adam arrives and asks to speak to Jack. Phyllis leaves. Jack tells Adam that Victor lied and never mentioned that someone tried to break into Newman’s mainframe. He does not believe Jabot is the target for the Paragon Project.
Ian’s Trailer
Phyllis arrives and Ian says he is writing a novel. Phyllis is concerned about him living alone in the woods. She sees a lot of heart in him and he should make a new beginning. Ian says he is working his way through this. Ian says who knows how his book is going to end and where his life will take him. Phyllis says it will be a fantastic ending.

Chelsea tells Vicky she is delighted about the spikes in her sales and Abby is a genius. Vicky says that Abby’s plan is going to blow up in her face. Chelsea asks Vicky why she is worried. Vicky explains how Abby bails as soon as there is a new carrot dangling. Vicky doesn’t want Chelsea’s line to fail.
Abby arrives and accuses Vicky of turning her success into a monumental failure. She says even Gabe is not happy about these spikes either. Abby is really angry that no one is supporting her.
Nick arrives and Vicky asks Nick to explain how Abby’s bubble is about to burst. Nick says she has Victor supports her so she should just keep doing what she is doing. Vicky says she hopes this does not result in the fall of the Newman empire.
UG
Luca arrives and asks to see his wife. Noah asks how Luca and Marisa know each other. He says he was given information where he could find his wife. Marisa says she knows where his wife is and gives him a note to meet her in the park in 20 minutes. Luca leaves. Marisa tells Noah that Luca comes from a lot of money and after the wedding he became possessive and jealous. He asks why she gave him her address. Marisa says it’s their marriage and they need to work it out. Marisa leaves.
Park
Dylan tells Neil that he spoke to Colin and the information he got about the bachelor party. Neil admits he knew about the video and planned to use it against Devon. Neil says he found out Colin was blackmailing Devon and he confronted him. Neil asks if Devon knew about the video and Neil says he doesn’t know and wants to know why Dylan is investigating him since Dylan isn’t a cop. Dylan says Devon asked for his help.
Marisa meets Luca in the park. Luca says Marco told him where she was. Maris tells him he needs to leave. He asks if she is responsible for Marco being in prison. She says no but he should leave. He says he will leave all in good time.
CL
Sharon is on the phone getting information when Nick comes in and asks if she is alright. Sharon admits there is something going on with her and explains. He is worried she is headed for another bipolar episode. He wants her to have professional help to monitor her. She doesn’t know if Dylan would be okay with that. Dylan comes in and Nick leaves. She says Nick thinks she should check herself into a facility to get the help she needs and he agrees she should go. He wants what is best for her and the baby.

Luca returns and questions Noah about Marisa. Noah suggests that Luca should move on. Luca says moving on is not an option since his wife is a woman he cannot forget.

Neil tells Gwen he has been lying to her and Gwen slaps him. She accuses him of sleeping with her just to get her sister’s ID. He says he did not take the ID and says he has been drinking again and he is going to get help. He says he cares for her. She understands why he would fall off the wagon. GCAC Rooftop/Bar
Dylan tells Paul that Kevin found a payment to an escort service Colin’s bank account. Dylan says he contacted the escort service and he met with India. She admitted she did not sleep with Devon. When confronted Colin suggested that Dylan should look at who wanted revenge against Devon. He says he confronted Neil. Neil confirmed he wanted the video ruin Devon’s marriage but changed his mind. Paul says his investigator confirmed that Neil was in the Canadian Rockies. Dylan asks Paul if he agrees that its possible Neil set Devon up to destroy Devon’s marriage. Paul agrees.
Neil tells Gwen he is back on track after talking to his sponsor. Devon arrives and tells them about a plane that flew into Dallas with a woman on a gurney, refuelled and says the plan went to Dallas, refuelled and took off without filing a flight plan. Neil says Hilary could have survived. Neil says he has an appointment and leaves.
Gwen says something is not right. She says it’s the way Neil is acting feels something is weighing on him. Devon takes a call. Gwen sees Neil leave and follows him.
As Paul comes down the stairs he sees Neil and asks him how things are going. Neil says he is desperate to find Hilary. He says Devon told him about the plane that went to Dallas. Paul apologizes and says that Dylan overstepped. Paul says this new information will break this case wide open when they find the pilot.
Fairview
Sharon is in the hall and bumps into Patty. Patty says Paul had her transferred to Fairview and she asks about Jack. Sharon says she has an appointment. Sharon meets Dr. Anderson and says she is here voluntarily and only needs help with her medication. The doctor asks about Nick and Dylan. Sharon explains their relationship. She says she made mistakes with Nick but Dylan takes her for who she is. The doctor asks if there is a reason she is so anxious. Sharon says she ran into Patty who is a painful reminder of the people Patty hurt. The session ends and Sharon leaves the room. Patty is waiting for her and says they can help each other. Sharon says she came voluntarily, Patty did not and leaves. Patty tells the doctor there is a problem with another patient, Sharon. The doctor assures Patty that Sharon just needs time alone.
Ian’s Trailer
Adam tells Ian this is not a game and says Ian’s friendship with Phyllis ends now because he is jeopardizing everything. Ian admits he will not break bread with Phyllis. Ian says revenge is like making love to a beautiful woman, if it’s just to get it over with, why bother. It should be savoured. Adam wants less savouring and more security. Adam tells him to set up shop elsewhere. Ian says he is not comfortable with Adam ordering him around. Adam says he got him out of jail so he better keep to the plan of taking Victor down.
Phyllis goes looking for Fred and discovers that Fred is gone. She finds a note from him saying they will see each other again.
Jack arrives and Phyllis accuses Jack of chasing Fred away. Jack tells her that Marco got a message to someone telling them where to find Marisa and this person is in GC. What if Marco sent Fred in to get her to let her guard down.
Jack’s
Jack says having Fred over for dinner is not a good idea. She says Fred is harmless. Jack says Fred could be involved in many things. Phyllis says Fred is a lost soul without a wife and wants Jack to stop talking about Paragon and show some kindness.
Adam arrives and tells Jack that Fred’s trailer is empty. Jack says that sounds fishy and has decided Adam was right. He is concerned about Phyllis because she does not make friends easily.
In the meantime Phyllis gets a call from Fred cancelling their dinner date. He thanks her and hangs up. Phyllis tells Jack that Fred ditched dinner. Phyllis asks Adam if he threatened Fred. Jack says Fred came out of nowhere and this Paragon threat could come from anyone. Phyllis says they are both out of control and leaves.
Lake House
Neil asks Hilary to wake up because people will think he was the one to hurt her.
Gwen calls Devon and says she followed Neil. She says she followed Neil to a house outside of town. She says it’s 123030 Lakeside. Devon says that’s the house Neil bought for Hilary.
Neil hears a car outside and runs out of the boathouse into the house.
Neil opens the door to Devon who says it seems Neil has been lying to a lot of people and wants to know what he is doing there.

Adam gets a call from Ian and Adam asks him where he is. Ian says he is close-by. Adam says he will call him back when he stops jerking him around. Ian comes out of Adam’s old penthouse.

Abby and Ben are in bed and tells him she can’t wait to rub Vicky’s nose in the success of Chelsea 2.0. Ben wants her to leave for Europe tonight. He says he will book it and they will leave. Abby wants to check the numbers first.

Vicky shows Victor the quarterly reports and he sees that Brash and Sassy have spiked but Chelsea’s line has dropped. Vicky suggests he talk to Abby.
Victor wants to know why there has been such a drop in Chelsea 2.0. He asks Vicky if she had anything to do with Abby being missing. Vicky says she spoke to Ben and he wanted Abby to have some down time. Abby and Chelsea arrive. Victor wants them to take a look at the numbers and he leaves.
Abby accuses Vicky of trying of sabotage her division and they argue. Abby leaves. Nick notices a pattern in the numbers. Vicky asks if someone has altered their sales figures. He says this may be the cyberattack Victor warned them about.
Penthouse
Ian bought Adam’s old Penthouse. Chelsea comes out and asks who he was talking to. He says he was talking to Jack on the speaker phone. Chelsea says they have a new neighbor and wants to introduce themselves. Adam says this person was out. He bumped into the guy as he was leaving. Chelsea leaves.
Adam walks into Ian’s place and says he wants Ian out of town. Ian says Adam has everything, so he need to make a choice, does he want his picture perfect family or vengeance.
Adam says the point was to bring down Victor and not Vicky, Chelsea, Abby. Ian tells him to calm down and shows him out.
Chelsea comes home and tells Adam about her sales dropping by the same percentage that Brash and Sassy went up. She says this will affect everyone at Newman if the company goes down. Adam tells her to go on making her magic.
GCAC
Noah and Marisa are having coffee when Luca arrives. Noah asks why Luca is still there since his wife is in New York. Noah gets a text from Nick and leaves.
Marisa says Victor Newman wants Luca gone and asks why he is still there. He says he wants her. She says is in love with Noah. He asks why she hasn’t told Noah about him. Marisa says she despises him. He says love and hate are one side of the coin and he knows how to make it flip.
Victor arrives and after Luca leaves he tells her he wants her to get Luca out of town. She asks if he is suggesting that she sleep with Luca even though she is in love with Noah. He says yes. He wants her to tell Noah she is married to Luca and see if Noah will forgive her. He wants Luca out of town with or without her and she has 48 hours to do this or he will take matters into his own hands.
Nick’s
Sage tells Nick she can work on the books for the UG from home. Nick leaves.
Later Noah brings Sage the receipts and tells her about Sharon. Sage says it takes courage to ask for help.
Later, Sage gets a pain and faints.
Victor arrives and offers to help her. Sage tells him she does not want his help.
Lakehouse
Devon arrives at the Lakehouse and wants to know why Neil is there. Neil says he is keeping Hilary’s dream alive and renovating this house for Devon and Hilary which in turn will heal him. He wants Devon and Hilary to live there. Neil wants to know how Devon knew he was here. Gwen enters. Neil accuses her of invading his privacy. She says she just wanted to make sure he was okay. Neil tells her they are done. She says her priority is his welfare. Gwen is hurt and leaves. Devon leaves and Neil goes back to Hilary. He says he should have left her in VG. He starts to cry and says he is so sorry.
Devon, Gwen
Devon meets Gwen at the bar. She says she understands that Neil is in pain and assures Devon she is not giving up on Neil and will put up with whatever Neil throws at her she is falling in love with him.
Memorial
Ben is on the phone asking someone to cover for him so he can go away with Abby. Abby arrives and tells him they are not going. She accuses him of taking her away from work resulting in her division going down the toilet. She knows he and Vicky planned to keep her away from Newman. He asks if her job is more important to her than them. She says yes. She accuses him of thinking she was pathetic and that is the reason he jumped so quickly from Vicky to her. She accuses him trying to control her. They fight and break up. Abby leaves.
Marisa’s Suite
Marisa is in her suite when Noah arrives and he tells her he knows she is married to that SOB and walks out.
Day Ahead
- Vicky is on the computer and says to Nick “the whole shipping line, it has to be a mistake”

Ian bought Adam’s old Penthouse. Chelsea comes out and asks who he was talking to. He says he was talking to Jack on the speaker phone. Chelsea says they have a new neighbor and wants to introduce themselves. Adam says this person was out. He bumped into the guy as he was leaving. Chelsea leaves.
Adam walks into Ian’s place and says he wants Ian out of town. Ian says Adam has everything, so he need to make a choice, does he want his picture perfect family or vengeance.
Adam says the point was to bring down Victor and not Vicky, Chelsea, Abby. Ian tells him to calm down and shows him out.
Chelsea comes home and tells Adam about her sales dropping by the same percentage that Brash and Sassy went up. She says this will affect everyone at Newman if the company goes down. Adam tells her to go on making her magic.

Noah and Marisa are having coffee when Luca arrives. Noah asks why Luca is still there since his wife is in New York. Noah gets a text from Nick and leaves.
Marisa says Victor Newman wants Luca gone and asks why he is still there. He says he wants her. She says is in love with Noah. He asks why she hasn’t told Noah about him. Marisa says she despises him. He says love and hate are one side of the coin and he knows how to make it flip.
Victor arrives and after Luca leaves he tells her he wants her to get Luca out of town. She asks if he is suggesting that she sleep with Luca even though she is in love with Noah. He says yes. He wants her to tell Noah she is married to Luca and see if Noah will forgive her. He wants Luca out of town with or without her and she has 48 hours to do this or he will take matters into his own hands.
Nick’s
Sage tells Nick she can work on the books for the UG from home. Nick leaves.
Later Noah brings Sage the receipts and tells her about Sharon. Sage says it takes courage to ask for help.
Later, Sage gets a pain and faints.
Victor arrives and offers to help her. Sage tells him she does not want his help.
Lakehouse
Devon arrives at the Lakehouse and wants to know why Neil is there. Neil says he is keeping Hilary’s dream alive and renovating this house for Devon and Hilary which in turn will heal him. He wants Devon and Hilary to live there. Neil wants to know how Devon knew he was here. Gwen enters. Neil accuses her of invading his privacy. She says she just wanted to make sure he was okay. Neil tells her they are done. She says her priority is his welfare. Gwen is hurt and leaves. Devon leaves and Neil goes back to Hilary. He says he should have left her in VG. He starts to cry and says he is so sorry.

Devon meets Gwen at the bar. She says she understands that Neil is in pain and assures Devon she is not giving up on Neil and will put up with whatever Neil throws at her she is falling in love with him.

Marisa is in her suite when Noah arrives and he tells her he knows she is married to that SOB and walks out.

Newman Office
Nick says there is nothing they can do about the PP tonight. As they are about to leave a message arrives on the computer. Vicky can’t believe her eyes and says the whole shipping line, no, it has to be a mistake.
They call Kevin who finds the problem. Nick wants to call Victor and tell him they just lost a major billion dollar subsidiary. Kevin tells them Jabot bought it.
Abby arrives and accuses Vicky of just to make her look bad and that Vicky has divided loyalties. Vicky denies it but Nick agrees with Abby. She is loyal to Newman but she is loyal to Billy too.
Jack’s
Jack sees Phyllis is upset. She realizes it was not a coincidence she ran into Fred and he had every right to be worried. She gives Jack the note. She wanted to prove Jack wrong but changed her mind when Jack mentioned Marco.
Jack calls Fred and said he was disappointed they couldn’t get together for dinner. Jack asks Fred where his new fishing place is and Fred says they are boarding the plane and hangs up.
Jack tells Phyllis there is something familiar about that voice but he can’t place it.
Jack gets a call from Adam about the company Newman inadvertently put up for sale and that Jabot bought it. Jack says someone is trying to keep the war between the Abbott’s and the Newman’s alive.
Later Phyllis calls Fred and hears “the number you have dialed is not in service”.
Abbott Office
Ashley gets a message to buy a company and Billy presses buy. Billy is pleased for buying Lancelot Shipping. Ashley is not happy and says it seems to be too good to be true.
Vicky comes to see Billy and asks how Jabot got hold of Lancelot. She asks Billy to fix it and blames Ashley of stealing the company. Billy says he saw an opportunity and he took it. Vicky gets a call about Sage and leaves.
Billy says it was a good purchase but Ashley says bargains like this come with consequences.
Jack tells Ashley to sell the company back to Victor and Ashley says it was a legitimate purchase. Billy leaves. Jack says someone wanted Jabot to buy the company and she took the bait. She says she is not selling it back, she is in charge and if he wants to call the shots, he needs to go before the board and vote her out.
Ian
Ian is in front of his computer manipulating the PP. He smiles says “the soothing sounds of chaos”.
Penthouse
Adam tells Chelsea he will never take her for granted. Abby arrives in tears and tells Chelsea she lucky to have Gabe. Abby looks at Gabe and realizes he is half naked. Abby checks her messages and sees there is a problem at Newman and runs out.
Adam says he is working on this virus. He tells her to relax until Abby returns with news. Ian knocks on Adam’s door. Adam steps out and asks Ian what division he sold. Lancelot Shipping and Jabot bought it. Adam says he does not want Jack involved in this. This is only supposed to take Victor down.
Later Chelsea tells Adam she got a text from Abby and Chelsea 2.0 has rebounded. He tells her Jabot bought Lancelot Shipping.
Kevin arrives and says there is a third party involved and is very dangerous. He says this is a super virus and it’s multiplying. There is nothing he can do to stop it.
Nick’s
Victor tries to help Sage and she tells him he can’t have her baby. Victor calls for an ambulance and tries to get her to relax. He tells her he adores his grandchildren. She relaxes.

Victor calls Nick to tell him about Sage. Nick and Abby arrive and Nick is told they are still running tests. Victor says let’s hope she is alright. Nick says if she is its no thanks to Victor.
Nick tells him that Sage knows that he has kept Chelsea in town because he wants visitation with Connor and Sage has been having nightmares about Victor doing the same to them. Nick says Victor may be the cause of Sage’s collapse.
Nick asks if Victor had anything to do with Sage’s collapse. Victor does not understand Nick’s attitude and thought they were getting along. Victor notices everyone is acting strange and wants to know what is going on. Nick goes in to see Sage.
Vicky arrives and Abby tells her they have not told Victor about the sale. Vicky says Billy did not use her password to get the company. Abby tells her she and Ben broke up. They try to patch things up between them.

Summer tells Kyle that Jabot should not have bought Lancelot and someone needs to fix this before it’s too late. Kyle gets a call from Jack about an emergency meeting. Kyle says he wants this stupid war between the Abbotts and Newman to end.
Memorial
Billy arrives. Victor orders Billy to leave before Victor throws him out. Vicky tells Victor to leave Billy alone. Victor accuses Billy of being behind the PP and he hired someone to hack into Newman’s system. Victor calls him a useless punk. Billy gets a call from Jack about the meeting.
Victor asks Vicky how she could reconcile with a useless, obnoxious punk like Billy when their company is in trouble. Nikki arrives and Vicky leaves.
Ben tells Sage and Nick that the problem with her pregnancy is a microscopic parasite which can be cleared up with medication. Nick asks Sage if Victor said anything to her. She says that Victor was only trying to help her. He was gentle and kind. Nick leaves.
Victor tells Nikki that Sage accused him of trying to take her baby. He says he will do whatever it takes to keep his family together. Victor says he is happy Nick is back at the company and Nick will become the patriarch of the family when the time comes. Vicky overhears and is not happy. Nikki says she knows Victor has high hopes for Nick but not to count on Nick following in Victor’s footsteps. Nick apologizes to Victor. Nikki and Victor leave.
Vicky approaches Nick and says poor put upon Nick. She accuses him of setting himself up to have it all. She can’t believe that he is now the golden child. Nick says he is not interested in any of it. Vicky says she has been there for Victor and now she has nothing. Nick says the reason is because she is still with Billy. He offers to quit and she says that is not what she wants and they agree they are on the same team.
Abbott Office
Jack and Ashley argue over Lancelot. Ashley says she has done nothing wrong. Jack tells her not to push or he will take this to the board. Ashley says bring it on.
Everyone arrives including Lauren as Traci’s proxy. Jack makes a speech about the purchase of Lancelot from Newman and how this company was put on the market by a computer virus. He says this purchase sets a very dangerous precedent, especially when they need Newman in their corner. Ashley counters by saying this is a referendum and who will be leading Jabot into the future. Ashley points out that Jack had made bad decisions including bringing Gabe on board. He made the choice to make her the CEO and asks to remain as CEO. They vote and Jack loses.
Ashley tells Jack she is confident this will take them to the next level. Ashley asks Jack where things stand between them. Jack says she reignited a war with Victor.
Ashley is deep in thought. She tells Billy she is concerned about Jack saying this acquisition would reignite a war with Victor but Victor does not scare her.
Fairview
Dylan and Faith come to see Sharon. Faith is unhappy and says Dylan told her about her baby. He says he told Faith that Sharon was there so that the doctors can make her strong for when the baby comes. Sharon assures Faith she will not be there long. Dylan says he called her OB because he wants to know what’s going on with her. Sharon tells him there is no need for him to see her as she has already spoken to her. Dylan gets a text from Nick asking him to watch Faith tonight. Faith leaves and Sharon thinks he is keeping something from her. Dylan explains about Sage.
Sharon tells Dr. Anderson that her visit with Faith did not go well. Sharon says Sage had a scare today but she will be fine. The doctor asks how she feels about Nick and Sage having a baby. Sharon says she is happy for Nick. The doctor wants her to answer her question. Sharon says good things happen to others but not her. She does not like that Nick has Faith the majority of the time. Back at CL

Dylan tells Mariah and Kevin that Sharon is in Fairview. Mariah says she and Noah are going to visit her. Mariah leaves to see what’s keeping Noah. Dylan says he needs actual evidence and can use Kevin’s help to get it. Kevin asks what Dylan has to work with. Dylan explains about the charter plane and wants Kevin to find the pilot. Dylan says if Kevin can find the pilot, they can find Hilary.
Michael and Lauren meet for a date. Michael talks about his job and apologizes. They see Kevin, Devon and Dylan working at the computer and Lauren suggest he go to them since it looks like it has to do with Hilary. Lauren asks Michael to move back home. She asks him to stop pushing her away and they can handle all their issues together. He kisses her then joins the boys at the computer.
Kevin says he found something. Dylan calls to make arrangements to meet with a private pilot and since the pilot is in GC they can meet at the park.
UG
Noah asks Marisa if she is capable of telling the truth. She says she married Luca because she wanted to get out of her circumstances. This was Luca’s way of defiance against his family. She says she married Luca because she thought she loved him but he became possessive. Noah asks if she is going to run from him to change her circumstances. Mariah arrives and he leaves with her.
Marisa accuses Luca of ruining everything with Noah. Marisa says she is going to make things right with Noah and there is no future for her and Luca. Marisa asks Luca for a divorce and he agrees if she tells him the real reason she left and then he will give her a divorce. Noah arrives and asks for time with Marisa. Luca leaves. Noah says Sharon encouraged him to hear her side of the story but says he comes in and sees her talking to Luca. He says they are through and to pack her bags and leave. Noah says everyone lies to him. Marisa agrees to tell him everything.
Fairview
Patty apologizes to Sharon for coming on so strong. Sharon tries to get away from Patty. Patty says she saw Sharon with Faith. Sharon warns Patty to stay away from Faith. Patty says they should not be judged by what they did in the past because they are not bad people. Patty leaves. Dr. Anderson asks her how Sharon is doing. Sharon wonders if it was a mistake checking into Fairview. The doctor says she made the right decision and leaves.
Mariah and Noah arrive and Sharon notices Noah is down. He says he has been seeing someone who has been lying to him. Sharon says sometimes people lie for a reason. Sharon points out that Courtney lied for months about being a cop and there are two sides to every story. Noah leaves.
Mariah says she wishes Sharon had told Dylan the truth about the miscarriage. Patty overhears and leaves. Sharon says she did what she had to do and now she is pregnant again. Mariah is happy things worked out for Sharon and Dylan. Patty tells Dr. Anderson that Sharon is faking her pregnancy and she is going to confront her. She says they should not judge people. Patty agrees not to say anything.

Devon tells Lily that Neil is fixing up the house he bought for Hilary for her and Devon. Neil arrives. Devon say Gwen is in love with Neil. He thinks Neil should give Gwen a chance. Gwen arrives. Devon and Lily leave. Gwen says keeping tabs on him was none of her business. She says she needs him to believe her. He says he does. She offers support if he needs it and leaves.
Lauren tells Lily that she and Michael are semi back together. Lily is very happy and says she and Cane are also back together. Lauren says there were times when she was ready to give up with Michael but he was definitely worth fighting for. Gwen listens to this conversation.
Summer House
Neil tells Hilary he thinks Gwen is in love with him. He says he has very real feelings for Gwen. Gwen calls Neil and invites him for dinner. He says he has to go to New York on a job possibility and asks for a rain check. He tells Hilary that he wanted to destroy her and Devon’s happiness but by doing this he has destroyed his own.
Park
Dylan and Devon arrive at the park and Dylan tells Devon to stay out of sight. Dylan meets the pilot and asks if he would mind bending some rules like not filing a flight plan. Devon comes out and demands to know where Hilary is. He shows the pilot a picture of Hilary and the pilot denies ever seeing her. Devon loses his temper and punches the pilot. Dylan holds Devon.
Kevin and Michael are watching on the computer.

They see Kevin, Devon and Dylan working at the computer and Lauren suggest he go to them since it looks like it has to do with Hilary. Lauren asks Michael to move back home. She asks him to stop pushing her away and they can handle all their issues together. He kisses her then joins the boys at the computer.
Kevin says he found something. Dylan calls to make arrangements to meet with a private pilot and since the pilot is in GC they can meet at the park.
UG
Noah asks Marisa if she is capable of telling the truth. She says she married Luca because she wanted to get out of her circumstances. This was Luca’s way of defiance against his family. She says she married Luca because she thought she loved him but he became possessive. Noah asks if she is going to run from him to change her circumstances. Mariah arrives and he leaves with her.
Marisa accuses Luca of ruining everything with Noah. Marisa says she is going to make things right with Noah and there is no future for her and Luca. Marisa asks Luca for a divorce and he agrees if she tells him the real reason she left and then he will give her a divorce. Noah arrives and asks for time with Marisa. Luca leaves. Noah says Sharon encouraged him to hear her side of the story but says he comes in and sees her talking to Luca. He says they are through and to pack her bags and leave. Noah says everyone lies to him. Marisa agrees to tell him everything.
Fairview
Patty apologizes to Sharon for coming on so strong. Sharon tries to get away from Patty. Patty says she saw Sharon with Faith. Sharon warns Patty to stay away from Faith. Patty says they should not be judged by what they did in the past because they are not bad people. Patty leaves. Dr. Anderson asks her how Sharon is doing. Sharon wonders if it was a mistake checking into Fairview. The doctor says she made the right decision and leaves.
Mariah and Noah arrive and Sharon notices Noah is down. He says he has been seeing someone who has been lying to him. Sharon says sometimes people lie for a reason. Sharon points out that Courtney lied for months about being a cop and there are two sides to every story. Noah leaves.
Mariah says she wishes Sharon had told Dylan the truth about the miscarriage. Patty overhears and leaves. Sharon says she did what she had to do and now she is pregnant again. Mariah is happy things worked out for Sharon and Dylan. Patty tells Dr. Anderson that Sharon is faking her pregnancy and she is going to confront her. She says they should not judge people. Patty agrees not to say anything.
GCAC
Devon tells Lily that Neil is fixing up the house he bought for Hilary for her and Devon. Neil arrives. Devon say Gwen is in love with Neil. He thinks Neil should give Gwen a chance. Gwen arrives. Devon and Lily leave. Gwen says keeping tabs on him was none of her business. She says she needs him to believe her. He says he does. She offers support if he needs it and leaves.
Lauren tells Lily that she and Michael are semi back together. Lily is very happy and says she and Cane are also back together. Lauren says there were times when she was ready to give up with Michael but he was definitely worth fighting for. Gwen listens to this conversation.
Summer House
Neil tells Hilary he thinks Gwen is in love with him. He says he has very real feelings for Gwen. Gwen calls Neil and invites him for dinner. He says he has to go to New York on a job possibility and asks for a rain check. He tells Hilary that he wanted to destroy her and Devon’s happiness but by doing this he has destroyed his own.
Park
Dylan and Devon arrive at the park and Dylan tells Devon to stay out of sight. Dylan meets the pilot and asks if he would mind bending some rules like not filing a flight plan. Devon comes out and demands to know where Hilary is. He shows the pilot a picture of Hilary and the pilot denies ever seeing her. Devon loses his temper and punches the pilot. Dylan holds Devon.
Kevin and Michael are watching on the computer.
Day Ahead
- Ian pulls up a picture of Phyllis on his computer and says Hello Phyllis
- Noah asks Marisa what was so important she had to swear to keep quiet. She says it’s about Marco, Victor and Jack
Vicky asks Victor is he is trying to have the Abbott’s arrested. Victor says all of them including Ashley

GCPD
Devon is arrested. Paul questions the pilot who is denying everything. The pilot is released. Dylan tells Paul the pilot is the key to finding Hilary. Paul tells him he has to work within the confines of the law and lets the pilot go.
Lakehouse
Neil tells Hilary he has to let people think he is out of town for the next few days. He wants her to wake up so she can tell everyone that he had nothing to do with her fall. He wants all the shame and guilt to stop.
Gwen calls Neil saying she wants to meet with him in NY. Neil says NY is not going to work this time.
He gets an urgent call from the pilot saying they need to meet.
UG
Noah asks Marisa what was so important she had to swear to keep quiet. She says it’s about Marco, Victor and Jack. Marisa tells Noah the whole story which Noah finds hard to believe. She says when she met Jack she was convinced he was Marco. She says the reason Jack has not said anything is because of the lives that were lost. She says Phyllis knows. He asks how she knows Marco is gone. She found out where he was hiding and helped Jack and Victor get him out of town. She says she did what she had to do to get rid of him forever. Noah is angry with her choices. He will not let Victor get away with this and leaves.
Ashley’s Office
Billy tells Kyle that Ashley put him in charge while she is in Europe. Gwen tells Billy that Jabot is being audited. He tells her to stall them. Billy thinks this is Victor having a tantrum. Gwen points out that she can be arrested if she gets in IRS’ way. Billy tells her to take the next few days off and he will take care of the IRS and Victor.
Abby and Vicky come to see Billy and tell him that Victor wants the Abbots arrested by the FBI. Billy says he will handle things. The police arrive and on behalf of the FBI, arrest Billy.
Roof Top
Jack, Phyllis and Summer are discussing Victor and how he is going to come after the Abbotts. Jack says that Jabot is being audited by the IRS.
Kyle tells Jack that while Ashley is away Billy is in charge. He tells Jack about the situation at Jabot. Summer and Kyle leave. Phyllis thinks that Fred is behind the PP. Jack says Victor has decided the Abbotts are behind this and he goes to face Victor.
Phyllis gets a call from Fred. He tells her he is back in GC and asks if she is free, while stroking her picture on the computer. Phyllis tells him to name the time and place.
Newman Office
Victor tells the FBI agents he wants all the Abbotts arrested as Vicky and Abby arrive. Vicky asks Victor if he is trying to have the Abbott’s arrested. Victor says yes, including Ashley. Abby says they should go after who is behind the PP. Victor says the Abbotts are behind the PP. He says Ashley tipped her hand when she would not void the purchase of his company to him knowing what a financial blow that would be to Newman. He asks Abby if he heard from Ashley. She says Ashley is in Europe. Victor says this proves the Abbotts are behind the Paragon Project and that Ashley would love to see him go down in flames. Abby says she will not let Victor go after Ashley. Victor points out that Ashley didn’t think much of Abby’s abilities but he did and put Abby in a position of power, so she needs to fight for Newman.
Jack comes to see Victor and tells him the Abbotts are not behind the PP and asks him to call off his dogs before this leads to total annihilation. Victor declines. Jack tells him the IRS will not find anything because they did not do anything wrong. Victor informs the FBI that Jack is there to come and arrest him. Jack tells him he is blinded by hate and that he can arrest whoever he wants but the Abbots are not involved.
Noah arrives and asks if they are conspiring again and he knows what they did.
Pilot, Dylan
The pilot is trying to get out of the country when Dylan arrives and says he can call the Feds who will question him. The pilot asks what Dylan wants to know.
Back to GCPD
Dylan returns and tells Paul the pilot told him that Hilary is in town.
Park
Phyllis meets Fred in the park and tells him Jack’s company is in turmoil and there is a war brewing between the Newmans and the Abbotts and the companies have been hacked. Phyllis says how strange that Fred arrived in GC just as this happened. Ian says he has his deadline and leaves. Summer sees them. Phyllis says that was her friend Fred. Summer tells her that is Ian ward who is supposed to be in prison.
Neil meets the pilot who tells him that Dylan knows Hilary is in town but says he did not involve Neil. Gwen is walking through the park and sees Neil.
Day Ahead
- Ian hits Adam over the head and says he told Adam he does not take orders
- Gwen tells Lily that Neil is in GC not NY
- Jack asks who is at the door and Victor says he is there to arrest Jack’s ***
