So is it Sharon's fingerprints that he's going to use to frame her or do the fingerprints have something to do with Jabot? I can't believe Victor would be involved in harming Abby, killing Summer's husband, and killing Courtney. Well I can, but he's lost his mind if he's behind all this! I'm so sick of Sharon being blamed for everything though. That is getting old!

Sharon, I loved the dress she was to wear to the wedding and has on these last few days. I want that dress.

Watching these last few days.....out in the woods looking for evidence and then reading Honny's post for tomorrow.....Dylan tells Paul he is trying to get to the bottom of all this?

Stitch has spent more time with Abby than Victoria lately.....?

John Abbott was not Ashley's bio dad, I don't think John ever knew the truth but Ashley, Victor, Jack and a few others know I think. Her dad was Brent Davis and when she found out it caused one of her mental breaks.

I agree about Noah today. Pretty bad acting. Someone said they don't like the new Kyle (or the old one either) and I agree. Yuck!

Funny that I only watch at the gym with no sound...Noah is really bad at crying.

I think this is getting dumber by the day. With no warning Austin turns into a bad guy, cheating on his wife and working to bring down her family, Sharon is supposed to have killed him after participating in his interviews and now Ben has feelings for Abby? We've not seen 90% of these story lines--it's like they just woke up and decided to throw them at us. I've been frustrated before but at least we had build up to the stories.

THURSDAY US SPOILER!!!

Phyllis, Summer, Nick, Kyle, Jack
Jack asks Kyle what his plans are for the future. Jack says Kyle could be good at Jabot and tells him Jabot has been threatened. Jack explains that Victor is after Jabot. Jack asks Kyle to be at the charity benefit later that night. Kyle agrees to go and leaves for Summer’s.

At Summer’s, Phyllis tells Summer she needs to stay in town because of what Summer has gone through. Summer convinces her to go get married now.

Nick arrives, Phyllis leaves. Nick and Summer have a heart to heart. She tells him Kyle has been a great support. Kyle arrives and tells Nick Summer can always count on him. Nick leaves. Kyle tells her Jack wants him to be at the charity gala later and he really doesn’t want to go. Summer offers to go with him.

Jack, Kyle, Phyllis
Jack tells Phyllis that in a crisis he wants his family around. He says they have to be on their guard for anything Victor has planned. He wants Kyle to take over the company down the road and Phyllis says that Kyle may not be on the same page. Jack says the jet will be waiting for them to take off right after the gala.

Leslie, Nikki, Victor
Leslie is at the ranch questioning Nikki about the accident. Victor does not like Leslie’s questions and stops Nikki from answering any more questions. Victor accuses Leslie of trying to shift the blame on Nikki. Leslie leaves. Nikki tells Victor stop telling her what she can and cannot do and says she is going to help Neil. Victor says that Leslie is not her friend and she will make her look guilty. Nikki tells him to stop hovering and asks him what his plans are for Jabot. She tells him they have the fund raiser later.

Alone, Victor tells his partner that the Abbotts are closing ranks and he is going to blow that hierarchy to smithereens and change the order of it, then he and his partner will be at the top.

Anita, Chelsea, Sage, Adam, Nick
Chelsea thanks Anita for helping her move back into her condo. She tells Anita they could have moved in sooner if it wasn’t for Gabe and that Gabe has feelings for her. Before she leaves she says she is going to marry Billy right away.

At the AC Adam and Sage are arguing when Tiston arrives and wants to know when they will admit this marriage is a sham. When Adam says they are moving back into their condo, Sage says no and she is filing for divorce. Adam takes her aside. Sage tells him she is done. Adam begs her to stay. Sage tells Tiston their marriage is a sham and she wants out. Tiston says he will cancel the inheritance. Adam takes a strip out of Sage for revealing him to Chelsea and tells her he needed that money to keep living as Gabe. She says he is a big executive now and should be able to get by on that and get Chelsea back - if he hasn’t lost her already.

Adam comes to see Chelsea. Anita invites him in. He tells her he feels Billy is not over Vicky and would go back to her in a heartbeat. He tells her Chelsea is still in love with her dead husband and he can offer her what Adam did.

Chelsea comes home and tells Adam she told him to stay away from her. Anita leaves. Chelsea says that he has told her everything she needs to know. Adam says he has not told her everything. He says Sage and he are divorcing and he is fighting for her. Chelsea is in tears and tells him he does not get to be a part of her life any more. He says he is her friend and he cares. He wants to help her. Chelsea tells him she got a call from the doctor about Connor and the news is not good.

Sage meets Nick at the AC and tells him that she has ended her married. She tells Nick she is now staying at the AC. They make love in her suite.

Devon, Neil, Hilary
Devon bumps into Neil at CL an tells him he is going to speak to the ADA. Devon spots Hilary and asks her to speak to the ADA with him. She refuses to go, wishes him luck and walks away.

Devon meets with the ADA and explains that Neil broke his sobriety that night because of him and Hilary. Winston says this information changes nothing. Neil still caused the death of a child and Winston will be seeking the maximum sentence. Devon thanks him for his time and leaves.

Hilary calls Winston from her cell and asks him to meet her in her suite. Hilary seduces the ADA. Winston gets a call from Leslie who is looking for a plea bargain, while he and Hillary are in bed. He tells Leslie that for Neil to plead out would take something extraordinary. Hilary smiles.

At the AC Nikki gives Neil a reality check and leaves.

Devon meets Neil at the AC and offers him money to go overseas with a new identity. Neil refuses and says he will face this.

Day Ahead
- Sharon asks Paul if she is a suspect
- Jack asks Nikki what Victor is up to this time
- Avery is presented with a Better Days Award

FRIDAY US SPOILER!!!

Sharon, Paul, Dylan
At home Sharon hears a noise outside her window and calls Dylan. Dylan tells her he will be right there.

Avery says that Sharon is an endless pit of neediness and wants Dylan to stay. Joe arrives and asks if there is a problem. Dylan tells Joe to stop eavesdropping. Dylan leaves.

Armed with a poker Sharon opens the door. Paul is there to see Noah. Sharon asks if there is any news about the murder and when Paul says no, she tries to show him out but he asks for a cup of coffee. Paul questions her about being with Dylan on the two nights. Sharon asks Paul if she is a suspect. She tells him when she tried to take the laptop she was trying to protect Faith but she would not kill anyone. Dylan walks in. Paul says he checks all alibis and leaves.

Sharon says Paul will find out she was in the woods at the time Austin was killed.

The Gala
At Jack’s, Jack tells Phyllis and Ashley Billy is trying to find out who hacked into their computers. Jack says while at the gala they can do some surveillance and see if they can find out what Victor is up to. Jack answers a call but there is no one there.

Victor and Nikki arrive at the gala. Victor tells Nikki this foundation is close to his heart after he found out Nikki’s relationship with her father. Nikki changes the subject to Neil and Victor tells her Leslie is not her friend.

Kyle and Summer arrive. Summer is happy there are no reporters and is happy to cheer Avery on. They greet Nikki, Victor and Vicky. Summer is asked about the case and she gives very vague answers and she and Kyle go to get a drink.

Michael and Lauren arrive. Lauren is concerned about Michael’s health. Cane approaches and tells Lauren he would like to join Fenmore’s team. Michael is all for it. Later Michael sees Lauren and Cane talking at the bar. He asks Cane to take Lauren home because he has to see a new client who is in trouble.

At the gala Jack tries to talk to Kyle about Jabot. Kyle says he does not want to talk business and walks away. Jack talks to Victor and Victor suggests that if they pooled their resources they can find out who hacked the computers. Victor says he has evolved and walks away. Jack asks Nikki what Victor is up to. Nikki says he knows as much as she does.

Joe presents Avery with the Better Days Award and she makes a speech praising Joe.

Kyle tells Jack he wants to duck out but Jack wants Kyle to be more into Jabot. Kyle says he needs to take Summer home and leaves.

Victor says to Ashley, the reason for Jabot’s success is her. He says Jack is grooming Kyle and wonders why not her. He reminds her that she is not an Abbott. She says he knows she is an Abbot in every way that matters. Jack comes to her rescue and tells Victor to pull out his check book and make a donation. Victor offers to buy Jabot. Jack says no. Victor says Jack always makes bad decisions. Jack gets another call and no one is there again.

Avery gets a call about the lab results. She calls Dylan telling him to check her desk. He and Sharon go to Avery’s office. Dylan says they found Austin’s blood and her finger prints.

Joe tells Avery that the Bingham money will be released to the foundation since Sage and Gabe are divorcing. On the roof top balcony Joe tells her she has changed him for the better and kisses her. Avery pushes him away and Joe goes over the balcony.

Jack gets another call and no one is there. Jack tells Ashley he is off to get married and when he comes back she wants to discuss the co-CEO position with her.

Victor makes a call and asks if they have been making calls to Jack. He tells them to stop or he will end it before it starts.

At Summer’s Kyle and Summer make love.

Chelsea, Adam
Chelsea is getting Connor ready to go and see the doctor. She tells Adam it’s about Connor’s eyes and that this does not concern him. He says yes it does. She tells Adam it could be a corneal infection and his body could be rejecting the implants. Adam takes her to the hospital. At the hospital Chelsea is blaming herself for not being more vigilant. The doctor comes to get Connor but does not want Chelsea to go in with him. Adam threatens the doctor and the doctor allows Chelsea to go in. When Chelsea comes out she tells Adam that Connor is doing well and thanks Adam. Chelsea questions Adam mentioning the transplant. He tells her he did his homework. The doctor comes out and tells her there is no sign of rejection. Chelsea hugs Adam and they leave. Back at her condo Chelsea gets a call from Billy and she tells him Connor has pink eye and he is okay. Adam leaves.

Day Ahead
- Sharon to Dylan. If you don’t believe me you call the police right now
- Noah walks in on Summer and Kyle who are almost undressed
- Avery tells Lily to call an ambulance for help

Phyllis and Jack elope to St. Barth s! Their honeymoon will be mindblowing!

Sharon learns from Dylan that the tire iron has her prints on it. Sharon panics wonders if she killed Austin during one of her blackouts...later realizing that she couldn't have killed him, but believes others will believe she did.

Sharon goes to Avery's office, she's grabbed from behind and chloroformed

Sharon comes to at home with the tire iron nearby and Noah and Summer standing over her.

Summer calls the polics on Sharon. Sharon tries to run, pushes Summer, but is caught by Kyle.

Dylan and Paul arrive. Sharon tells Paul she was running away so the real killer wouldn't find her.

Paul arrests Sharon and his pissed off at Dylan for helping Sharon

Sharon then realizes she's been set up. Executive producer Pratt says Sharon will fight for her freedom. Her inner confidence and strength will return, no more crying and falling to pieces. Dylan will have Sharon's back all the way.

Gabe calls Billy out about being too busy to take care of a sick child (Connor). Billy calls Gabe a manipulator just like Adam! Adam and Billy get into a fist fight!

ChelC learns she's in love with 3 men. Adam, Billy and Gabe!

MONDAY US SPOILER!!!
Michael, Lauren, Cane
Michael is in hospital when Lauren and Cane rush in to see him. Lauren says the doctor called her. Michael explains he did not feel well after left the gala so he came to the hospital. He says he is fine. Lauren goes to talk to the doctor. Cane says there was no client was there. Michael replies he did not want to disrupt the evening especially since Cane and Lauren were embarking on a new business partnership. Cane asks Michael if this is about him (Cane) and Lauren. Cane tells Michael that Lauren loves him and is concerned about him. He reminds Michael how Michael was there for him when Lily was in the same situation. Michael tells Cane that Lauren has been amazing and he does not want her to sacrifice herself for him. Lauren returns and tells Michael he is being released. Later Michael tells Lauren he is happy that Cane is joining her at Fenmores.

After leaving Michael, Cane comes to the AC and tells Lily he is joining Fenmores. Lily seems less than thrilled but says she thinks it will be good for them and their marriage.

Avery, Joe, Paul, Dylan, Michael
Joe tries to kiss Avery and she pushes him away. Joe goes over the balcony. Lily hears Avery yell and comes to see what her problem is and see Joe below. Avery tells Lily to call for an ambulance then rushes outside and finds Joe unconscious on top of a large garbage bin. The ambulance arrives and takes Joe to the hospital.

Paul takes her to the suite it happened in and questions her. Avery explains how it happened. When asked about Dylan, she says he had something to do. Paul wants to know why she was alone with Joe. She tells him they were celebrating and Joe got carried away and kissed her. She says she didn’t think she pushed him that hard. Paul looks puzzled.

At the hospital Avery has a flashback to when Joe showed up in town and the things he said to her. She recalls admitting to Joe that the marriage ended because of her. The doctor comes out and tells her Joe is being prepped for surgery on his spine and will not allow her to see him.

As he is about to leave the hospital, Michael sees Avery and she tells him what happened. Avery explains how she pushed Joe. Michael asks who she has told and when she tells him he says she should have known better to say anything without a lawyer present.

Dylan arrives and Michael tells them to get on the same page about this and leaves. Dylan asks what happened and she tells him Joe tried to kiss her. Dylan says Joe is a snake and is still trying to get back with her. She defends Joe. The doctor comes back and Avery asks if Joe is going to be alright. Dylan seems put out by her concern.

Summer, Kyle, Noah
Summer and Kyle just made love and Summer says they were kept apart because of Sharon’s lie. Noah arrives and sees that Kyle and Summer are in a state of undress. He is about to leave and Summer stops him. Noah says Summer has found a way to move on while Courtney lies on a slab in the morgue. Noah cannot believe how Summer could hook up with Kyle. He is angry and leaves.

Sharon, Dylan, Noah, Summer
Dylan tells Sharon that Austin’s blood and her prints are on the tire iron. He wants her to tell him the truth. Dylan is trying to make sense of everything. Sharon says she saw the car coming from the direction of the cabin and swears she has never seen that tire iron. Dylan asks if she thinks someone is setting her up. Sharon says she needs him to believe her. He says it just takes reasonable doubt for her to be arrested for Austin’s murder. She tells him she has no one to turn to or any place to go so if he does not believe her he should call the police right now.

Dylan gets a call from Avery. She tells him she pushed Joe off the balcony. Dylan tells her he is on his way. Dylan puts the tire iron and report in a drawer and locks it. He tells Sharon to go home and tells her not to do anything. They leave.

Later Sharon returns to Avery’s office and tries of open the drawer with the tire iron. She is chloroformed from behind.

Noah comes to Sharon’s and finds her asleep on the couch. Sharon asks how she got there. Noah asks if she has been drinking. Sharon is shocked to see the tire iron on her coffee table. She tries to figure out how she and the tire iron got there. Sharon tells Noah she was angry with Nick and she was near the cabin saw a car coming from the cabin the night of Austin’s death. Summer walks in and accuses Sharon of killing Austin. Summer tries to call the police and Sharon knocks her down and runs. She calls Dylan and says goodbye.

Day Ahead
- Avery does not want to leave Joe when the doctor yells at her to get out of his way and let him do his job
- Jack and Phyllis get married
- Billy tells Ashley he knows how and who hacked the Jabot server

TUESDAY US SPOILER!!!

Avery, Joe, Paul, Dylan, Dr. Shelby
Avery apologizes to Joe and says she will make it up to him. His monitors go off. The doctor comes in and Avery wants answers. Dr. Shelby tells her to get out of his way and let him do his job.

Paul arrives and questions Dylan about going to see Sharon rather than supporting Avery.

Avery comes out of Joe’s room upset and goes into Dylan’s arms. Dr. Shelby comes out and says Joe is fine. It was just a reaction to the anesthesia. Avery goes in to see Joe. Paul and Dylan leave.

Avery tells Joe what happened and that she told Paul that it was an accident. Joe says he lost his footing and will not let Avery take the fall for this. Dr. Shelby comes in and examines Joe’s foot. Joe does not react. He says there is swelling on his spine. After the doctor leaves Joe tells Avery he can’t feel his legs. He asks Avery if he is paralyzed and she tells him it’s possible the paralysis may be permanent. Joe swears he is going to walk out of the hospital.

Sharon, Noah, Summer, Kyle, Paul
Sharon calls Dylan to say goodbye. When she tries to leave, her car won’t start. Sharon sees car lights and gets out to stop them and ask for help. It’s Kyle and he asks her if she is going somewhere.

Noah comes in after looking for Sharon and tells Summer Sharon is gone. Summer reinforces to Noah that Sharon is guilty. Summer asks Noah if he will call the police or will she. Noah calls Paul.

Kyle brings Sharon back to her house and says Sharon’s car broke down on the highway. Sharon admits that she was leaving town but only until everything was cleared up. Summer says, that is something a guilty person would do.

Paul arrives and asks Sharon if she was a flight risk. She tells Paul how she was grabbed from behind in Avery’s office and when she woke up she was on her couch. No one believes her especially Kyle and Summer. Paul wants answers from Dylan and Sharon and swears he is going to arrest both of them right now. Sharon explains about that night and Dylan admits that Avery had the tire iron tested and Sharon’s finger prints were on it as well as Austin’s blood. Paul is livid. Kyle asks Paul what he is going to do. Paul tells him to shut up and that he wants to arrest all of them for obstruction of justice, but he is going to only arrest Sharon.

Phyllis, Jack
Phyllis and Jack arrive in St. Barths. They get ready for their wedding and go to the beach to get married. They rush back to their suite because of heavy rain. A Swedish minister comes to their suite to marry them. His English is very limited. They tie the knot.

Later. After her bath Phyllis comes out and Jack tells her he got food and champagne for them. Phyllis makes a crack about keeping with the theme and asks if he ordered Swedish meatballs. Jack looks like he doesn’t know what she is talking about. They make love. After the love making they have drinks in bed.

Screen switches and Jack is on a bed gagged and in restraints and in walks Kelly and says ‘Hello Jack’.

Billy, Ashley
Billy comes home looking for Jack. Billy tells Ashley he found out how and by who hacked their server. Billy shows Ashley the video of Jack going into the server room. They can’t contact Jack. Ashley suggests they keep this information between them.

Victor and Vicky arrive to see Jack. They are told Jack is off to parts unknown getting married. Victor says how convenient Jack left right before he was about to be charged with cyber theft. Vicky accuses Billy of giving Jack the password. Billy denies it and says he never touched her phone. Before Victor leaves, Ashley says she does not believe his hands are clean.

Vicky accuses Billy of stealing the password. Billy asks what about Ben. Vicky says Billy knew the password, it was their wedding date.

After Victor leaves, she tells Billy she fell for his act at the club saying he was upset about the hacking and that they should trust each other and not let the family come between them was a lie. Billy says he meant every word. She says all of it was a lie and leaves.

Billy says they have to do major damage control. Ashley asks Billy I he had anything to do with this and Billy questions how well he knows Vicky.

Vicky, Victor
At the AC Vicky shows Victor a video clip of Jack entering the Newman server room. Victor wonders how Jack got and Vicky assures him the code is on her phone. Victor says that Billy comes to see her and could have taken the code.

Back at the AC Victor and Vicky try to figure out how Jack got the pass code. Vicky is suspicious and says she feels like there is more to it.

Day Ahead
- Sage brings Gabe divorce papers to sign while he is with Ashley
- Kelly asks Jack if she would remove the gag if anyone could hear him
- Phyllis tells Jack fairytales like this do not happen to her and Jack says this is not a fairy tale

WEDNESDAY US SPOILER

Phyllis, Jack-F (faux) Jack-R (Real Jack), Kelly
Phyllis wakes up and Jack-F brings in breakfast. They make love. Phyllis says she wants to check her messages and sees many messaged from Billy and Ashely about an emergency at Jabot. Jack turns off her phone and Phyllis says it’s not like him to ignore anything about work. He says he is the new Jack and there will be no calls while they are on the island and that Billy and Ashley can take care of Jabot.

Jack-R is yelling when Kelly comes in. He asks Kelly what she wants. She says she wants him and that she loves him. She says he is going to remember everything about how they met etc. and he will realized he loves her. He says he can’t give her what she wants. She says yes he will or ... and stops. He asks about Phyllis and Kelly tells him not to mention Phyllis’ name and that Phyllis is beingverywell taken care of. Kelly says that she should have been marrying him yesterday and not Phyllis. He realizes Victor is behind this. She drugs his drink and makes him drink it. While he is in a drugged state, she tries to convince him he only wants her and they can pick up where they left off. Later he wakes up and accuses her of drugging him. She says she made him his favorite breakfast but will not feed him until he tells her he loves her. He says he loves Phyllis. She slaps him and tells him never to mention Phyllis’ name again.

Nick, Vicky, Victor, Sage
Nick is on the phone when Vicky arrives. Vicky tells him that Billy helped Jack-R hack into the server. She had been hoping that she and Billy could spend more time together with the kids.

Victor arrives and Vicky leaves. Victor wants to know how Nick is handling Sharon being arrested. Nick tells Victor to butt out. Victor says Nick and Faith need to stay away from Sharon. Nick can’t believe that Victor expects him to tell Faith that Sharon will be in prison.

Sage arrives and says she served Gabe with divorce papers. She says that she now needs a place to live and a job. Nick says by the time the renovations are done his customers will forget about the UG. Sage suggests taking a booth at the upcoming street fair and serve his signature drinks and snacks. Nick says she may have solved both their problems. He offers her a job as manager of the UG. She accepts his offer and they make love.

Billy, Ashley, Adam, Sage, Victor
At the AC Billy, Ashley and Adam discuss how to run interference for Jack. Adam says he wants to help Jack. Sage comes in and asks Adam to sign the divorce papers. Adam takes her aside and asks if she did that on purpose to embarrass him. He tells her not to threaten him but signs the papers.

Billy tells Ashley that if Gabe is free, then he has been sniffing around Chelsea. Ashley says that Ben has been spending a lot of time with Abby and he told her that he cares about Abby. So Ben may not be the roadblock to Vicky that Billy thinks he is. Billy sees Victoria arrive at the AC. Ashley and Adam leave.

Billy asks Vicky if he can talk to her. He says he has his own proof that Jack is guilty. He asks her not to tell Victor what he just told her. They apologize for accusing each other. Billy describes how the whole Jack/Victor dispute will play out and their kids are going to be smack in the middle of this. Yes Jack is guilty but he is not any guiltier than Victor pointing out the things Victor has done. Vicky agrees.

At Jack’s, Ashley asks Gabe why he is so interested in Jabot. Gabe says he just wants to help Jack. Ashley thinks he has an ulterior motive. Gabe says he just lost his inheritance and needs the money. Victor arrives and asks what Gabe is doing there. Ashley asks Victor when this vendetta is going to stop. He says it’s nothing personal. Gabe says everything with him is personal. Victor asks him who he is. Gabe tells him off about Jack and Adam. Victor tells him Adam got what he deserved. Gabe leaves. Ashley asks him to wait until Jack comes back before he makes his next move. Victor gives her 24 hours to produce Jack and then he will go to the authorities.

Adam comes to the AC and sees Billy and Vicky together and says he doesn’t like how Billy treats Chelsea. He asks him why Billy wasn’t with Chelsea when Connor had the emergency and says he took her and Connor to the hospital. Billy accuses him of manipulation just like Adam. Billy accuses Gabe of being just like him. Adam throws the first punch and Billy punches back.

Day Ahead
- Avery tells Dylan the best she can do is stay away from that case as long as possible
- The ADA asks the judge that bail be denied and Sharon be remanded into custody
- Chelsea sees Billy and Vicky kissing at the AC
