Man, this show is getting off the rails. At least Joe didn't die. When he went over that darn balcony, I thought ANOTHER DEATH?!
Joe should sue Devon for having an unsafe balcony...

The Jack switcheroo is just weird. And NuKyle needs to go. He has zero chemistry with Hunter King (Summer). The last one as so much better....blech!
Glad I am going to Disneyland tomorrow!

This is really getting tough to watch.The re-writes of history are really based on NOTHING tangible. Although, I knew the "double Jack" thing was in the works from the night he supposedly slept with kelly on Valentines Day. I recall seeing Jack in very casual attire and in the next scene they showed him in the usual suit and tie. Was around the time he was in the hospital. Makes sense why Victor would have saved him now. He had something in the works even back then. Yet seriously..? This Abott -Newman thing is really old.
As far as the "Scooby Do Gang", WHEN oh WHEN, will this end? BORING! I feel as if they take up 90 percent of the viewing time with this nonsense. It would appear it's cheaper for the Powers That Be to write for these kids, rather than the more interesting characters who have larger roles. I can think of NO other reason to take up so much viewer time with them. One is worse than they other.
Someone PLEASE get rid of Summer. The Total re-write of Kyle is annoying also. I agree with those who said there is zero chemistry between he and summer. He also looks as if he's 15 and could use a good smack in the back of the head.

So I thought that Joe was behind a lot of this....but it cant be...so who is the Murderer and who did that to sharon?????? All I can think of is my second choice was that Austin is still alive and Victor is paying him a lot and helped fake his death like he did with Kelly's death.....but he is not the murderer...I don't think Victor has anything to do with the Murders.....

THURSDAY US SPOILER!!!

Sharon’s Hearing
Sharon is brought into court and Dylan is there. Sharon tells Dylan she had to fire the public defender and now has no attorney. Dylan leaves. In the courtroom, Sharon tells the judge her attorney should be there any moment. He orders a brief recess. Sharon leaves the courtroom.

Ben and Abby come in and Abby accuses Sharon of hitting her on the head. She defends herself. Abby goes into the courtroom. Sharon tells Ben she is innocent.

At the hospital, Dylan asks Michael to represent Sharon.

In the courtroom, Sharon pleads not guilty. The ADA asks the judge that bail be denied and Sharon be remanded into custody because she is a flight risk. Michael arrives and requests to speak on behalf of his client. Michael says the evidence is circumstantial at best and her mental illness may be exacerbated if she is imprisoned. He asks for house arrest with someone to make sure she will not run and offers himself. Sharon thanks him.

Ben asks Dylan if he believes Sharon is innocent. Dylan says he does and is going to prove it.

Abby says to Ben that they can move out of the club now and go their separate ways because Abby believes Sharon is guilty. Ben says there is no other choice but to stay at the club because he feels the killer is still out there.

Avery, Joe, Dylan
Avery wakes up in a chair in Joe’s room. Joe tells her he still has no feeling in his legs. Joe tells Avery he needs to walk now. Avery tries to calm him and tells him he needs to stay in bed. Dylan sees this exchange.

Outside Joe’s room Dylan asks Avery to help Sharon at her bail hearing. Avery says the best thing she can do is stay away from that case as long as possible. Michael comes in as Joe’s alarm goes off. Joe is on the floor because he tried to leave. The doctor gets him back to bed

Lauren, Michael, Cane
Lauren gives Michael options for getting away to celebrate the end of his radiation treatment. He says that now is not the time. Cane arrives and says he will take care of Fenmores while they are gone. Michael agrees to go but wants to check with Avery just to make sure there is nothing presssing.

Lauren tells Cane that she is upset because Michael seems to think that going away with her for 3 days would be hell on wheels. Cane tells her it’s a disease and he is plagued with all these fears. She says she knows he can beat his cancer but wants him to stop shutting her out. Cane describes his experience when Lily had her cancer. He tells her not to pull back.

Lauren is upset when she gets a call from Michael explaining he will be with Sharon.

Adam, Billy, Vicky, Ben, Abby
Ben breaks up the fight between Billy and Adam. Ben is really angry with Billy for how he treated Kelly and picks up the urn bearing Kelly’s ashes. Adam says that Billy has been spending a lot of time with Vicky and leaving Chelsea to deal with Connor’s emergency alone.

Vicky tells Ben now that Sharon has been arrested so he can come home. Ben asks her if she really thinks Sharon killed Austin and Courtney. He thinks the killer is still out there and Abby still needs protection. Abby says she is going to Sharon’s arraignment and Ben says he is going as well because he wants to know what her lawyer has to say.

Vicky is taking care of Billy’s lip and they have a heart to heart. She says Billy he always knows what to say to her and when.

Chelsea comes out of her condo as Adam gets off the elevator. She asks what happened to his lip. He tells her that Billy was defending the honor of a lady - Vicky. Adam says that Billy and Vicky were holding hands. He is angry and asks her where was Billy when she needed him for emergency. Chelsea says there must have been a reason they were holding hands. She thinks he is just trying to drive a wedge between her and Billy. She calls Adam a jerk. Adam admits that he is a jerk but there is nowhere he wants to be but with her. She says he is crossing the line and whatever he saw between Billy and Vicky was in his imagination. He asks her how is Billy going to feel when Connor starts looking, walking and acting like Adam. She leaves and goes to the AC where sees Billy and Vicky kissing. Chelsea leaves.

Billy apologizes to Vicky for kissing her but admits it felt really good. He promises her that it will not happen again. He says he can’t lose Chelsea.

Adam is at home drinking and looking over the divorce papers. Chelsea comes in and tells him to kiss her. They kiss and make love on the floor.

Day Ahead
- Adam says to Sage he gave her the divorce and wants her to get out of his life
- Noah asks Sharon why she has the necklace Courtney wore the night she died
- Chelsea says they need to talk and Billy admits he kissed Vicky

Yep, I was thinking the same thing. Why wouldn't that cop who walked by not blink an eye??? Just not sure it's the bunny cop but who else could it be?

FRIDAY US SPOILER!!!

Adam, Chelsea, Billy
At Adam’s, Chelsea is getting dressed and says she can’t believe this happened. Adam says because they have a connection. She gets a text from Billy saying they need to talk and asking where she is. Adam asks her if she is going to go through the wedding.

Chelsea comes home and Billy blurts out he kissed Vicky. He says he doesn’t want any secrets between them. Chelsea tells Billy he needs to limit his time with Vicky. A guilt-ridden Chelsea says she wants to get married right away.

Sage arrives and tells Adam she just came to get her things. Adam gives her the signed divorce papers and tells her to go and says his future looks bright with Chelsea. Sage points out he is lying to Chelsea about who he is. He says it’s going to stay that way. She says they will never have a real relationship because it’s based on a lie. He says he is going to get Chelsea and his son back and wants Sage out of his life.

Sage leaves and in the hallway bumps into Chelsea and tells her that Gabe is very charming and very persuasive. He is a force to be reckoned with. She leaves Chelsea very unsettled.

Chelsea goes back to see Adam and tells him she couldn’t tell Billy. He points out there was a reason she wound up in his arms and she is all he wants. He says she will always feel insecure around Billy. He offers to tell Billy what happened between them and Chelsea stops him. She says that she and Billy are still getting married. She tells him she saw Billy kissing Vicky and thought Billy was going back to her and she wanted to get back at Billy so she used him. She says she does not feel the same about him as he does for her. As she leaves Billy sees her and asks what she is doing at Gabe’s. She says she wanted Gabe to hear from her that they have moved up their wedding date. Adam closes his door and is furious.

Nick, Sage, Noah
Nick tells Sage that Sharon’s arraignment is all over the news. Sage offers to help. Noah comes in and Sage leaves. Noah is concerned about Sharon and feels they need to pull together as a family. He says Courtney’s parents are in the Mediterranean and will never speak to him again now that they know his mother was arrested for Courtney’s murder. Noah says he is happy Sharon is at home and will be able to see Faith. Nick says that is not going to happen and he needs to talk to Faith before she hears the news from someone else. Nick says when Sharon’s back is against the wall she is dangerous.

Abby, Ben, Kyle, Summer, Noah
At CL Summer is ticked off that Sharon is under house arrest. Kyle says they can get their lives together now that Sharon has been arrested. Abby says that Ben believes the killer is still there. Kyle and Summer believe the killer has been caught. Summer asks if Ben will stop being her guard. Abby says no because Ben feels the killer is still loose. Summer asks if Abby and Ben will cheat on Vicky the way she and Austin cheated on her. Ben tells Summer that Vicky asked him to take care of Abby.

Noah arrives and says he doesn’t want to hear anything about Courtney’s murder and asks Summer to pick out a burial outfit for Courtney. He says he can’t find the necklace he gave her for the wedding and asks Summer to help him find it. He leaves. Ben tells Abby he thinks the Killer may have it.

Kyle offers to take Summer home and cook her dinner. She says he has been the perfect escape but they are moving too fast. She says she needs him in her life.

Sharon, Michael
At Sharon’s Michael wants Sharon to help him put together the best defense. Sharon tells him there is little he can do. She will be found guilty and her life is over. Michael asks how she can be guilty if she didn’t do it. Michael tells her the best way to make him get her off is to tell him he can’t do something. He questions her about the tire iron. He asks if she owns one and she says maybe. She goes to make tea.

Dylan arrives and Michael welcomes him. He talks Sharon in co-operating and that he and Michael are in her corner. Michael gets a call from Kevin saying the DA is getting a warrant to search her house. They decide to check the house for anything which may tie her to the killings. Sharon checks her computer for weird emails. She says it’s all good. Dylan comes in with a necklace and asks if it’s Sharon’s. Sharon says she has never seen this necklace. Noah comes in and asks Sharon why she has the necklace Courtney wore the night she died. Dylan says he found it in Sharon’s trunk. The police arrive

Day Ahead
- Chris says Nikki would be there with Neil if not for sharing a son with Paul
- Paul can’t find one person who is not trying to deceive him including Dylan
- Victor tells Billy and Ashley they cannot save Jack. Jack comes in and asks 'save him from what?'

I had the same thought...it will be Adam that will save the day....the Faux Jack will have no clue that he is really Adam and eventually Adam will but 2 and 2 together...I think if Kelly is the one that killed DeeDee than this will be the time it all comes out...unless it was Sage or the real person )why cant I think of his name right now)..lol....that Adam looks like

I have a feeling that the F Jack will fall deeply in love with Phyllis.....I also think that Jack is not going to forgive Phyllis that easy for know knowing that it was not the real Jack...I can here him now...How could you not know it was me!!!!!

And Victor really needs to go to jail....he is not just a criminal he is Evil...and how dare he call Jack Evil and Sharon with all that he does..he is the embodiment of a Narcissist!!!!

So what is it that this murderer is trying to hide???? we will eventually find it out as Kevin uncovers it ...Paul has to know that his officer found it all out and that is why she was killed....so it cant be that hard to find if she was able to with her password or what ever she used...at least one would think right???

MONDAY US SPOILER

Ashley, Billy, Victor Jack-F, Phyllis
Victor tells Ashley and Billy he has a tape showing Jack breaking into the computer room and that they cannot save Jack. Jack comes in and says save him from what? Victor says he has him on tape breaking into the Newman’s server. Victor advises Jack to get legal counsel and leaves to attend Neil’s trial. Billy and Ashley are worried that if they don’t come up with a plan they will have to cut a deal with Victor. Jack asks if that would be such a bad thing. They ask if he has lost his mind. Phyllis says that Jack and Victor made a pact to get the charges against Phyllis dropped and Kelly out of Jack’s life. Jack says his company, his call. Jack says life is too short to be worried about corporate rivalry, leaving Billy, Ashley and Phyllis shocked.

Billy and Ashley are at the AC and cannot understand what Jack is doing. Ashley says Jack has forgotten it’s a family business and they need to do what they have to in order to protect Jabot and Jack. She tells him they have to remove Jack as CEO

At home Phyllis is concerned that Victor will put her into jail. He says he hacked into both servers to get Victor’s secret weapon. Victor thinks things are going to go one way but things are going to go another.

Jack-R, John
Jack is still shackled and is yelling to Kelly that he will never love her or choose her. John appears and accuses Jack of playing right into Victor’s hands. Jack turns and John is gone. Jack is talking to himself and says he knows Victor is behind this and wants John back to help him. John comes back and says Jack just had to say he needed him. John tells Jack to close his eyes and apply Houdini’s tricks and to concentrate. Jack manages to free one hand and frees himself. Jack opens the door and stops dead in his tracks..

Hilary, Winston, Devon, Neil, Hilary, Lily, Cane
Hilary is still with Winston Mobley in his suite and wishes him good luck. When he leaves she rushes to get dressed.

Devon meets Neil at the AC worried Neil is drinking. Neil assures him its only coffee. Neil assures him that no matter what happens in court, he will not go back to drinking. Cane and Lily arrive and Cane tells Neil they are there to support him and they shake hands.

Hilary comes down the stairs and asks Devon how Neil is doing. Devon asks her not describe all the gory details of their affair on the stand. Hilary leaves.

Paul, Dylan
Paul comes to CL and Dylan tells him the necklace was planted and she is being framed. Paul says Dylan is getting involved with Sharon and her flimsy defense. He shows Dylan all the evidence against Sharon. Paul says Dylan is obstructing justice. He says Avery is now on shaky legal ground because she helped him. Paul can’t find one person who is not trying to deceive him including Dylan. Paul tells him to stop interfering and if he doesn’t he will be thrown in jail and leaves.

The Trial
At the courthouse Nikki tells Chris she must be anxious to get all this behind her. Chris says she can’t wait for the person responsible for her baby’s death to be brought to justice and feels Nikki should be part of the conviction but she has the Newman name and shares a son with Paul on her side - otherwise she would get what she deserves.

The trial begins. Winston gets Chris’ version of what happened then Leslie asks Chris why she ran into the path of Nikki’s car. Chris denies it. Leslie asks if Chris is blaming Nikki even after Neil confessed because Nikki and Paul share a son. Chris leaves.

Winston examines Nikki and says they are two admitted drunks in a vehicle and ran Chris down. Leslie and Victor object.

Hilary sneaks into the back of the court.

Winston examines Neil who admits he was drunk but Nikki was stone cold sober. Devon gets up and says this was his fault and is told to sit down. Neil admits he was too drunk that night to know what he was doing.

Hilary is called as the next witness. Winston sees her and is stunned.

Avery, Joe, Dr. Shelby
At the hospital Avery is with Joe when Dr. Shelby comes in and confirms the Joe is paralyzed. Alone with Aery an angry Joe tells Avery to leave and she refuses. Joe admits he acted like a jerk, slipped and fell. This was not her fault. Joe wants her to leave. He sees Dylan and tells him to come in and claim his prize. Joe yells at Avery to leave and quit blaming herself. They leave.

At CL Dylan and Avery discuss Joe. Dylan says Joe just needs time. Avery says he needs a friend.

When Dr. Shelby tells Joe he can send him to a top-notch rehab center Joe says he can live without his legs but can’t live without Avery.

Day Ahead
- Paul tells Victor and Nikki that Chris will have peace only when Neil is found guilty
- Billy tells Jack he should step down and Jack fires him

TUESDAY US SPOILER

Jack, Kelly
Jack escapes his bonds. When he opens the door Kelly hits him with a baseball bat. Kelly has him bound and gagged and nursing his head. She tells him she will do everything in her power to make him happy. Jack is thinking when he gets out he will make sure she is locked up. She tells him they will be together for the rest of their lives. Kelly is belittling Phyllis calling her a piece of trash. Jack wished he knew what Kelly was like and ran for the hills. She says Jack healed her and she finally felt like she had a family and they were meant to fall in love. She tears up a picture of Phyllis and tells him it’s over with Phyllis. She says Phyllis was just a horror story and leaves. Jack tries to reach the baseball bat when Kelly comes in wearing a little nothing. She takes Jack’s gag off and they kiss.

Fack, Phyllis, Ashley, Billy, Kyle, Abby
Phyllis wants to know what Fack found out about Victor but he just wants to be romantic. Phyllis breaks away and asks him why he evades her questions about Jabot. He says there is no way he is going to prison for cyber theft.

At the AC Ashley tells Billy they have to remove Jack as CEO. Billy asks if Jack is on pills again. Billy asks her if this is a power play on Ashley’s part to gain control of the company. Ashley says she would not throw Jack under the bus. Billy suggests that maybe Jack has a plan to beat Victor at his own game. Billy gets a call from Phyllis inviting them for cocktails. Ashley tells him this is a great time opportunity to approach Jack.

Kyle and Abby arrive at Jack’s. Ashley and Billy arrive behind them. Ashley tells Kyle and Abby that Jack was the one who hacked into both computers. Ashley tells them they are going to ask Jack to step down as CEO. Fack enters the room and says WOW! good luck with that. He says he is head of the family and he makes all the decisions. Ashley reminds him he is supposed to discuss it with family first and asks him to take a leave of absence. Kyle says Jack would not consider making a deal with Victor. Fack says he is open to a deal with Victor. Billy asks Jack should step down. Fack fires Billy. Fack tells Billy if he doesn’t like the way he is running things he can find another job. Billy asks Phyllis if this seems normal to her. Kyle and Abby don’t understand him. Fack says they are all traders and throws them out of his house. Ashley tells him this is not the end. He reminds Phyllis that she said she would support him.

At the AC Ashley says she is calling a board meeting to get Jack to step down.

The Trial
Hilary is called back as a witness and Winston requests a recess. Leslie tells Neil she has never seen Winston so rattled. Hilary walks out of the courtroom and Winston calls her and asks her what this was all about. She tells him she has done everything to help her husband. He calls her a vicious predator. She says he is going to make sure her husband does not go to prison. He says he will recuse himself and she says no because if he does he will have to admit he had sex with a witness, which would go viral and end his career.

Victor asks Paul what is happening. Paul says Winston always gets what he wants. Nikki says this was an accident and maybe Chris can get pass this. Paul says that Chris will have peace only when Neil is found guilty and leaves.

Back in the courtroom Lelsie recalls Hilary to the stand. Winston asks to approach the bench and tells the Judge that the state offers a plea deal. Neil accepts the plea bargain. Neil will serve 2 years probation and he will participate in public service. The Winter’s family is overjoyed.

Victor approaches Neil and says justice was served and offers Neil an executive position at Newmans and leaves. Devon offers Neil his hand and they hug.

Paul asks Victor if he is the reason Neil just got away with murder. Victor says he had nothing to do with Winston’s plea bargain. After Paul leaves, Nikki asks Victor if he had anything to do with this and he denies it.

In the ADA’s office, Paul asks who got to him. Winston says it was his decision as the case was going against them.

Devon says that Hilary made it happen. Devon accuses her of using Winston the same way she used him. She says it’s not the same. She says she still loves him.

At CL Neil asks Leslie what happened in the courtroom. She tells him there was no way anyone got to the ADA as he puts his position ahead of anything.

Victor talks to Fack in the confessional saying he came back 2 days too early and better not to disobey him again.

Day Ahead
- Ben tells Vicky they need to talk about where they stand
- Phyllis kisses Jack and asks if he has been drinking
- Jack suggest to Kelly that they beat Victor together

Billy, Kyle, Ashley, Abby, Ben
Ashley tells Billy, Kyle and Abby that she spoke to Tracy and they there will be a board meeting shortly. Ben arrives and asks if there is a meeting he should know about and is told it’s only for family. Billy tells Ben to go and take care of Vicky. Ben and Billy argue. Abby tells Ben Billy has been fired. She tells Ben that he needs to be with Vicky. He agrees and leaves.

Kyle tells Billy and Ashley he objects to what they plan to do and is looking for Abby’s support. Ashley says they have to protect the company and the family and begs Kyle to stand with them. She says this is the best thing for Jack and Jabot. Billy and Ashley leave. Kyle tells Abby he is not going to let Ashley and Billy get away with this.

At Jack’s Ashley tells him a majority of the board has voted him out. Phyllis defends Jack. Ashley says she is trying to save the company. Fack tells them he wants to talk to his wife and will meet them in Ashley’s office in an hour and he will tell them what he has decided.

After they leave Phyllis says she hopes Fack has a plan. He says he always has a plan.

In Ashley’s office Ashley says something does not feel right. In the hall Abby tells Kyle she is not taking sides and leaves.

Vicky, Victor, Ben
Vicky comes downstairs and finds Victor waiting for her. He says there are big changes coming in the company and needs her full attention. He says she has let him down in the past. She commits to helping him. Victor says he hopes she is done with Billy and she reminds Billy will always be in her life. She tells him Ben has been protecting Abby. Victor says Sharon is under arrest and there is no need for him to look after her. She tells him Ben doesn’t think Sharon is the killer. Victor says of course she is. Ben arrives.

Ben tells Vicky and Victor that the Abbott’s had a meeting and that Jack fired Billy. Victor leaves.

Ben tells Vicky they need to talk and wants to know where they stand. She says he was supposed to watch Abby but it turned into more than that. She says she always felt that there were three people in the room. He says he loves her and she says it’s not the kind of love that keeps people together. They break up and Ben leaves.

Ben goes to the AC and tells Abby that he and Vicky have broken up. Ben says it has been coming for a while. She asks how he is and he kisses her.

Kelly, Jack
Kelly brings out a bottle of wine and he reminds her he doesn’t drink. Kelly makes him drink the wine. Jack says he has been denying pleasure for too long. He was afraid to believe she was alive but her kiss was real and he wants to talk about their future. Kelly tells him she has a surprise for him and leaves. Jack is cursing Victor and says he will get even with him.

Kelly returns with material samples she was going to redecorate their bedroom with. Jack asks her if she wants his arms around her and asks her to untie him. She is reluctant and says he will have to prove his love for her. She says she wants him to remember what they had. Jack tells her a story about Mr. Hinkle and Kelly is softening but then throws the wine in Jack’s face and laughs. She says she remembered how it ended. Jack tells her all the things that Victor has done to Colleen and Patty. He says she will wind up locked up with the criminally insane. He suggests they get Victor together. Kelly says she needs to clear her head and leaves.

Fack, Phyllis and others
At home Jack has a drink and Phyllis comes in and he kisses her. She asks if he has been drinking. He says he was celebrating. She reminds him of the hell he went through with pills and drinking. He promises he will not do anything to screw things up. Phyllis wants Fack to rehire Billy and he refuses. Billy, Ashley, Abby and Kyle return to Jack’s and tell him that they have met with the board and either he steps down or he can fight it, but either way he is out.

Phyllis says she is concerned that the company is being left open for Victor to swoop in for a hostile takeover. Fack says he knows exactly what he has to do.

Jack, Victor and Vicky arrive in Ashley’s office and Jack announces that he and Victor are partners. Billy takes Vicky aside and asks if she knew about this. She says she had no idea but she is seeing things more clearly now. Victor says he is dropping the charges of cyber theft against Jack. Jack says he has come to see Victor as an ally rather than an enemy. A photographer comes in to take a picture of Jack and Victor shaking hands.

Day Ahead
- Billy tells Phyllis and Kyle that partnering with Victor is a colossal mistake and they are going to help him get Jabot back
- Victor tells Ashley that she will be working for Vicky as Vicky smiles

Fack like his new position and will use it against Victor to keep it...there is not way he will give it up or Phyllis...I also have a feeling that Fack will die before anyone ever knows that Victor was involved...I think Kelly will kill him thinking that it is the real jack...and again Victor will slink by....

you can tell that Fack is a slim bucket...I think Victor will have met his match with Fack....at least for a little while.....cant wait for Fjack and Adam to come across each other....

THURSDAY US SPOILER

Abbotts, Newmans,
At the AC Ben and Abby are in a suite and make love. Ashley leaves Abby a message to get to the lab immediately. Ben and Abby discuss their past and present feelings. Ben says he and Vicky mutually agreed to part ways. They see their messages and get ready for work.

Fack gives Ashley the heads up that Victor and Vicky are coming for a visit. He gives her the option of backing him or quit. Victor and Vicky arrive and Victor says that Ashley is the best n the business and they need her. Victor wants Jack to help him make Ashley feel comfortable. Victor asks Ashley to approve their new logo - Newman-Abbott, which she does not approve. Victor tells Ashley that she will working for and answering to Vicky, who is COO. Vicky smiles. Vicky says that Ashley is excellent in the lab and should stay there. Ashley says she will not quit no matter how demeaning this is going to be. Fack welcomes Ashley to their brand new world. Fack and Victor leave.

Fack tells Victor he should have let Ashley quit because she does not like him. Victor tells Fack that Ashley thinks he is crazy and tells him he not to become cocky. Fack wants to go to lunch with Phyllis and Victor tells him he will not lunch alone with Phyllis.

Vicky takes over Ashley’s office and tells Ashley to make her office in the lab.

Abby and Ben arrive and apologize to Ashley. She tells them to tell the boss, the new COO, Vicky. Vicky says she will see them individually. After Vicky is out of range Ashley asks them to just co-operate.

Vicky calls Ben into her office. She is angry and says it has not been one day since they broke up and he is with Abby. She warns him to focus on business.

Ashley confronts Ben about sleeping with both sisters. She tells him that Vicky is going to make his life hell. He promised stay until the launch of Hex and now that it has been launched he can leave if he chooses to. Ben says he is staying.
At Chelsea’s Billy tells her that he does not understand how Jack could partner with Victor. He says it’s not about the Abbott’s losing Jabot, it’s about Jack losing his soul. He says it has been drilled into him to protect the family and Jabot. He asks where Gabe is to help Jack. He says he needs to figure out a way to stop what is happening and leaves.

Chelsea leaves Gabe a voicemail message saying if he cares about Jabot and Jack he has to come back and help Jack. Gloria arrives and overhears Chelsea and asks who she was leaving a message for. Gloria is there to babysit Connor. Gloria says Jack did not inherit John’s business acumen and cannot believe Jack sold out to Victor. She tells Chelsea to be careful because Vicky and she have a bit of a history and she may be pushed out. She tells Chelsea not to let her guard down and to fight for everything that is hers.

At the AC Phyllis tells Kyle that Jack and Victor have called a truce and their war is over. She feels all wars should end with a handshake. She also tells him about Jack taking a drink. Kyle says Jack would never do that. That’s not like him. Phyllis says that Jack told her it was a one-time thing to celebrate the merger. She says Jack asked her to trust him. Kyle says Jack would never give over to Newman wholly but agrees to back Jack hoping Jack has a bigger plan.

Billy finds Phyllis and Kyle at the AC bar and tells them that partnering with Victor is a colossal mistake and they are going to help him stop it. Phyllis says she will not betray Jack and is going to trust that he has a bigger plan. Kyle says he will support Jack. Billy says peace will now be achieved by bowing to Victor. He feels Victor may be blackmailing Jack.

Jack and Victor arrive and Victor invites Billy to stay and see how smoothly things are between him and Jack. Billy declines and leaves.

Kyle asks to speak to Jack and asks him if this is a merger or does he have a plan. Fack tells him there is more to this merger than even Victor knows.

Alone at a table, Victor tells Jack that he is becoming very unAbbot-like and tells him to smarten up or he will put him back into that Peruvian prison where he found him. Ashley and Billy are watching Victor and Fack. (Not sure if they overhear or not)

Chelsea comes to see Vicky and tells Vicky she will not allow Vicky to threaten her line because her father hates Billy and Jack fired him. Vicky tells her she would be stupid to cut her line. Chelsea leaves.

Later, Vicky sees Ben and Abby kiss.

Day Ahead
- Hilary tells Devon she does not like how they left things and she will not let it end like that
- Colin tells Lily to keep a close eye on her husband
- Dylan yelling at Sharon saying he knows why she believes Michael can’t help her – because she is guilty

HMMMM...is it possible that the murderer is FACK.....maybe something is on that video about Victor and Facks plans...or something on there about Fack? He seems like he could be a murderer very easy...and wonder what he was in Prison for....how the heck does Victor find these people?????

How can the Newman's not think that this is really bizarre of Jack??????

Is Phyllis really this bad at not seeing that THIS IS NOT JACK!!! Fack seems much more passionate and forceful...more sly in his body movements...and so many other things....if my DH was traded I would know no one is 100% the same...unless Victor had Jack cloned ROFL...I would not put that past him
