Chelsea, Billy
Billy joins Chelsea in the shower. Chelsea sees a male figure through the beveled glass and yells “Adam” – and she wakes up alone in bed. Chelsea calls Billy and tells him she wishes he was there with her but she is in New York. She tells him about the dream and says Adam showed up in the dream. Billy tells Chelsea he and Vicky are officially divorced. Chelsea disconnects the call then calls Billy back. Chelsea tells him that divorcing Vicky does not mean he stopped loving Vicky. He agrees he will not stop loving Vicky but they are divorced. Billy asks her when fashion week is over then what?

Billy, Hilary
Hilary comes into Billy’s office and asks about the papers in his hand. He explains they are divorce papers. Hilary tells Billy how much Neil loves working at Jabot. Hilary leaves and he gets a call from Chelsea.

Malcolm, Neil, Cane, Lily, Hilary
Lily asks Devon if he is angry that Cane called Malcolm. Devon says no and no one seems to be able to get through to Neil. In the meantime Malcolm and Neil go to the park. Neil keeps telling Malcolm his blindness is temporary. Malcolm asks him why he has not dealt with the biggest loss in his life, Dru. Neil says he has come to terms with her death. Malcolm asks how many relationships has Neil gone through since Dru’s death and asks him how long he is going to put up the walls with his family. Neil will not accept that he may be blind for life. Malcolm tells him that to be strong is to admit he is scared. Neil tells him he cannot look into his son’s face and he does not want to be a burden on his family. Neil asks him if that’s what Malcolm wanted to hear? Malcolm tells him he has to say all this for himself and no one else. Neil breaks down and admits he is scared and scared he will never see again. Malcolm tells him the man he knows does whatever it takes to move on and does not drown in self-pity. Neil thanks him and they hug. Neil and Malcolm are listening to music when Hilary, Lily and Devon arrive. Neil apologizes to everyone for pushing them away. Malcolm tells Neil he is hugging his wife. Neil says it’s ok because Malcolm is leaving but Hilary is staying. Malcolm says goodbye to his family but before leaving, Malcolm asks Devon about Hilary. Devon says Hilary cares for Neil and is devoted to him. Malcolm leaves.

Sharon, Faith, Nick
Sharon gets Faith ready for school. Nick tells her Mariah cleared out her locker and left the UG. Sharon tells Nick she has to find Mariah. Nick says he will find Mariah but no guarantee he can bring her home. Later Nick comes home and tells Sharon he found Mariah and she is going back to work at the UG and would be surprised if Mariah didn’t come home to her bed. Sharon and Faith leave and Nick makes a call and asks for a favour which he needs done today.

Sharon, Hilary
Sharon goes to the AC and tells Hilary about the daughter she never knew she had. Hilary tells her Neil will not accept any help from anyone. Sharon tells her she needs to have time for herself and needs to get out and see people. Devon and Lily arrive at her table and Lily thanks Hilary. Lily says that Hilary did some horrible things and she thought Hilary was killing the family but she realizes that Hilary really cares for Neil and Lily is happy that Neil has her.

Mariah, Kevin, Nick
Mariah comes into CL and Kevin asks her if she slept under a bridge. She tells him she barely slept at all and asks Kevin if he can get her out of GC. Kevin tells her he was a little concerned when she did not show but he decided to stay. Nick comes in and asks her when she is coming home. Nick asks her to come home. She says Sharon is not her mother. Nick asks her if she wants Ian to find her. Mariah asks why he and Sharon are not married if she is so important to him. Nick tells her Sharon has forgiven her over and over again and Mariah says then Sharon called her a ****, so she does not want anything to do with Sharon. Nick tells her Sharon is someone she can trust. On his way out, Nick stops to talk to Kevin and asks if he heard it all. Kevin tells Nick he felt what he said was harsh. Nick tells him it was meant to be and tells Kevin that Mariah is going to need a friend and it looks like Kevin is that person. Kevin sits down with Mariah and she says that Nick is not her father and he is not even married to the woman who is supposed to be her mother. Kevin asks if she still wants to leave town. She asks for a drive to the UG.

Sharon, Faith, Nick, Summer, Noah
Sharon and Faith come back from shopping and Nick tells Sharon they have somewhere to go. Nick blindfolds Sharon. Later Summer comes to visit and Faith tells her not to tell Mariah but Summer is still her favorite sister. Alone with Noah, Summer tells him Mariah is his blood and she is not. Noah tells her it’s a competition only if she makes it one. She tells him she loves Jack but does not know if she can accept him. She tells Noah she did not like Kelly moving in with Jack, but says it’s wrong to ask Jack to wait for Phyllis. She says she likes Kelly.

Sharon, Nick
Nick takes Sharon to CL which he had decorated the same as the night of their freshman dance. Nick brings her a smoothie and they reminisce when they were crowned Queen and King. Sharon wants to know what’s going on. He tells her he loves her. They have a flashback to when they bought Crimson Lights and when Nick proposed to her back then. He says it made sense then and it makes sense now. Nick has a very long proposal for Sharon and she accepts.

Dylan, Avery
Avery comes to CL and Dylan tells her he made a gift for Paul. Avery asks if Dylan is more open to a father son relationship. Dylan says he may not be ready to be Paul’s son but nothing is stopping him from being friends with him.

Lauren, Chris, Nikki, Victor, Avery, Dylan, Michael, Paul
Lauren and Chris finish up with preparations for Paul’s surprise party. Lauren tells Chris that Michael will bring Paul. They discuss their relationships with their husbands. Avery, Dylan, Nikki and Victor arrive for Paul’s party. Chris is worried that Paul has been busy trying to find Ian and she hopes Paul is not taking any risks. Lauren and Avery discuss work and how their workloads have lightened up. Lauren questions why Michael came home so late the other night. Avery explains that there are a number of reasons why he had a work late. Paul arrives and realizes there is a party for him and he is happy to see everyone. Michael arrives and takes Dylan aside. Paul tells Dylan he was spotted at the race track around the time Ian disappeared and he is taking him in for questioning. At the stairs in the AC Victor and Nikki bump into Maureen who calls Nikki Sherry and Victor asks why she called Nikki Sherry.

Paul, Michael, Jeff
Michael comes into the station and Paul tells him he is waiting for the DNA results found on Newman property and may have to call Chris and cancel his dinner date. Paul gets the results and tells his officers the blood belonged to Ian Ward. Paul goes out on an investigation with them. Jeff comes in and tells Michael he just got a ticket and asks him to make it disappear. Jeff tells Michael Ian Ward’s care was at the race track and he saw Dylan there the day before.

Jack, Kelly
Kelly tells Jack she is going to have coffee with her mother. Jack offers to go with her and she says no. She says now is not the best time. She tells him she and her mother were always distant with each other. She says if she didn’t have her dad she does not know where she would be and then things got worse with her mother after her father died. Jack offers to help her smooth things with her mother. After visiting Maureen, Jack and Kelly come home and Kelly finds flowers with a note from Summer saying ‘Welcome Home’.

Maureen, Kelly, Ben
Ben comes to Maureen’s hotel room and tells her he doesn’t want her to feel obligated to stay on his account. Maureen tells Ben she is staying in GC. Ben tells her that Vicky Newman might be carrying his child. Maureen asks if she is related to THE Newmans. Ben explains his situation with Vicky. Kelly and Jack arrive. Ben tells Jack that he will be working with Ashley. Jack is stunned and then says that if Ashley hired him he trusts her judgment but he will be overseeing Ben. Maureen is stunned to find out that Jack owns Jabot.

Victor, Nikki
Victor comes home and tells Nikki he is taking her to Paul’s party and Nikki says she doesn’t think they should go. Nikki tells him after the way he treated Paul she doesn’t think they should go. Nikki says that if Victor to stop going on his business trips she would feel better. He promises to stay with her from now on. Nikki tells Victor she is afraid Chris will criticize her.

Phyllis
Phyllis is moving around in her bed in the process of waking up. The moving becomes thrashing. Phyllis sits up in bed screaming Nooooo!! just as Sharon accepts Nick’s proposal.

Sharon, Nick, Victor
Nick proposes and Sharon accepts. He gives her the original engagement ring with an upgraded diamond. Sharon and Nick come into the AC and Victor asks them if they are getting married or what. Nikki joins them and congratulates them on their engagement. Victor is not happy. Nick and Sharon are in a room at the AC and make love. Nick tells her nothing is going to break them up this time.

Abby, Vicky
Abby is with Vicky and she is really angry that Mariah being Sharon’s daughter. Abby tries to convince Vicky to have Billy in the delivery room. Vicky tells Abby she and Billy are officially divorced and no matter who the father is, they will be co-parents.

Mariah, Noah, Abby
Mariah tells Noah she is back because Nick talked her into coming back to work. Noah says parents have a way of guilting kids. Mariah says she is not Nick’s kid and never will be. Noah tells her that if it wasn’t for Nick and Sharon she would still be in the storage unit. He tells her that all that Sharon wants is to get to know her. Mariah says all Sharon wants is for her to be a perfect Cassie. Noah tells her that is not what Sharon wants. He tells her she is nothing like Cassie and that he and Faith were brought up with love and that is all that Sharon and Nick are trying to do for her. Abby comes in with her catty remarks. Abby throws Tyler in Mariah’s face. When Abby says that Ian preyed on pathetic people like her, that must have made Mariah feel good. Mariah throws a pitcher of ice water in Abby’s face. Abby is upset and Noah tells Abby she was out of line. Abby leaves. Mariah is very pleased with herself and Noah tells her she is pissing way her chance of being part of a family.

Nikki, Maureen, Victor
Nikki bumps into Maureen who calls her Sherry. Maureen apologizes to them and says she has mistaken Nikki for someone else. While Victor takes a call Nikki waits for him at the bar. Maureen tells Nikki that her secret is safe. Maureen tells Nikki that she is Ben’s mother. She tells Nikki it would make her happy to spoil another grandchild. Maureen wants to make a toast to the first grandchild and Nikki tells her she does not drink.

Paul’s Celebration
Paul tells Dylan he has an eye witness who saw Dylan at the race track around the time Ian went missing. He wants to question him at the police station. Everyone raises a glass to toast Paul. Paul says he has to get to the station as there have been some new developments. Chris wants Paul to take the time off and is not happy about him leaving. Avery asks why Dylan is going and insists on going with him. Dylan convinces her to stay. Paul and Dylan leave. Chris asks Michael if he knows what new developments are. Avery overhears that blood was found at the ranch. Avery runs out.

Lauren, Michael
Lauren and Michael come home and they curl up on the couch to watch a movie. They start kissing. Later you see them sitting at opposite ends of the couch. Lauren tells Michael he needs to talk to someone. Michael insists he has been under a lot of stress. Lauren asks Michael when he is going to admit they have a problem.

Paul, Dylan
Paul asks Dylan if he went to the coffee house or the race track. Dylan tells him he went to the coffee house and then went for a walk to clear his head. Paul says that isn’t much of an alibi. Dylan wants to know if Paul is going to arrest him. Paul tells him he has no proof of a crime but some things don’t add up. Paul tells him he found Ian’s blood at the ranch. Dylan tells him he had nothing to do with Ian. Paul asks again how he cut his hand. Dylan tells him he punched out a window at the storage unit because he was so angry. He did not want Avery to know. She has been concerned about of his PTSD. Before leaving, Dylan gives Paul a gift of fishing lures he made. Paul is very touched. Avery questions Dylan and he tells her he could not help Paul.

Avery, Chris
Both ladies arrive at the Police station and Chris tells Avery to let Paul do his job. Avery tells her she needs to protect Dylan. Chris tells her there is no proof a crime has been committed yet.

Nikki, Vicky, Victor
Vicky is at the AC with Nikki and Victor and she is told about Nick and Sharon’s engagement. Victor is disturbed that Nikki approves of Mariah living with Nick and Sharon. Victor takes a call from Dr. Cutler.

Day Ahead Spoiler
- Mariah says that for someone who prides himself on being two moves ahead of everyone, she did not see that one coming. Victor just smiles
- Ben tells Dylan he does not want him lying. Sometimes he knows it before Dylan realizes it himself

Dylan, Avery
Dylan is trying to make breakfast for Avery and drops a pan. Avery tries to convince him to go and see a doctor about his hand. Avery thinks Ian is on his mind and Dylan assures her that Ian will not be back. Avery wants to know how he knows Ian is not coming back but before he is able to answer, Michael arrives and Dylan leaves.

Paul, Victor, Harding
Victor comes to see Paul and asks if the trail for Ian has gone cold and asks if Paul is holding out on him. Paul tells Victor he will not share police business with him. Harding comes in. Victor says he will do whatever to protect Nikki. Paul says so will he. After Victor leaves Harding gives Paul more evidence regarding Ian. Paul notes the red mud on Ian’s jacket is only found in one area. Paul tells Harding to investigate and he leaves.

Mariah, Kevin
Mariah comes into the police station and asks Kevin if Ian has been found. She wants to know whether she is married or not. Kevin suggests she get a lawyer. She tells him she has no money but wants to leave town after she pays Sharon back. Kevin reminds her she is a Newman. She denies she is or ever will be a Newman. Kevin tries to convince her to stay with Nick and Sharon. As Mariah leaves Victor steps out from behind a wall and watches her.

Lauren, Michael, Kevin
Lauren tells Michael they have a problem and wants to talk about it. Michael does not and says he has been overwhelmed with work and it will get better. Lauren says they have never had a problem in this area. Michael reassures her he loves her. Lauren suggests seeing a counsellor and Michael says no and leaves. Later Kevin comes to see Michael and tells Lauren he is there on Mariah’s behalf. Kevin sees Lauren is upset and wants to know what’s going on. Lauren breaks down and asks Kevin that if Michael told him something would he tell her? Kevin assures her Michael has not confided in him and leaves.

Michael, Avery, Paul
Michael and Avery discuss business. Michael shows Avery new office spaces. Avery points out that the reason for the partnership was to give him more time with Lauren. Michael assures Avery he and Lauren are fine. Michael questions Avery and wonders what happened when Dylan was questioned by Paul about being at the race track. Avery is stunned at this news. They decide on an office space. Avery finds Dylan’s muddy boots and wonders what he was up to. After Michael leaves, Paul arrives. Avery wants to know if he came to thank Dylan for the gift or is he there as a cop. Paul says he only came to thank Dylan. As he turns to go he sees the boots and asks it they are Dylan’s. Avery wants to know why Paul is so captivated with Dylan’s muddy boots.

Dylan, Stitch
Dylan is chewing out a repairman when Stitch comes in. Dylan tells him he has to get something off his chest and Ben is the only one who would understand. Dylan tells Ben he now understands how Ben was able to kill his father. Dylan has a flashback to his encounter with Ian when he ran after him and yelled for Ian to come back. Then he sees his cut hand. Ben brings Dylan back from his flashback. Dylan tells Ben he can handle his PTSD. Ben asks Dylan if he remembers hurting his hand. Ben says he cannot refer him to a psychiatrist because he lost his residency. Dylan says Ben can help him better than any shrink because Ben knows what it’s like to kill somebody. Ben tells him he would like them to stay friends and tells Dylan to deal with the killings in Afghanistan before it ruins his life.

Mariah, Victor
Mariah is in the park and hears footsteps. She says she will call the police and Victor steps out and asks on what charge, finding her real family? Mariah tells him that Nick wants her to live with him and Sharon. Victor says it’s Sharon who wants her to stay with them. Mariah tells him it’s been Nick who has been trying to have her stay. Victor tells her that Nick and Sharon are engaged. He asks her if she knows where Ian is. She tells him she would hold out for a major payout before she told him anything even if she knew where he was. Victor tells her to come to him if she gets a suspicious phone call or feels threatened. He tells her he protects his family and she is part of it. Mariah tells him she admires him for how he protects his family. Victor tells her never to forget that and to keep her eyes and ears open until Ian is found.

Michael
Michael asks a doctor for medication for certain male performances.

Day Ahead Spoiler

Paul, Avery, Dylan
Paul tells Avery the mud on Dylan’s boot is not common and wants to know if she knows where Dylan got it. Dylan arrives and wants to know what is going on. Avery asks Paul if the mud has something to do with the investigation. Dylan says he has nothing to hide and told Paul everything. Dylan says he can account for every minute from the time he chased Ian off the Newman property. Avery is angry. Dylan asks if Paul thinks that he killed Ian and dumped his body. Dylan is upset and he tells Avery how he cut his hand. Paul says they will need to have this discussion. Avery says maybe not. After Paul leaves, Avery tells Dylan not to give out information. He wants to know if she thinks he killed Ian. She asks where he got the mud on his shoes and he says he has no idea.

Neil, Lily, Hilary
Neil comes home with Lily and has a white cane. He tells her that his blindness tore a hole in the family. He tells Lily he did not want to give in to his blindness but he is ready now to get help. He cannot depend on everyone. This is his reality and he needs to take control. He owes it to Hilary. Later Hilary comes home and Neil tells her he wants a divorce.

Hilary, Devon
Hilary is at the AC and bumps into Devon who takes her hand. Hilary reminds him they made an agreement, that they need to stay apart permanently. They kiss, she slaps him, they kiss again and go into the room behind them and make love. Hilary’s phone pings. It’s a message from Neil saying it’s very important that she come home. Hilary tells Devon she has to go home to her husband.

Sharon, Cassie
Sharon is at Cassie’s grave site and tells her that Nick proposed. She says the family is finally coming together. Suddenly Cassie is there. Sharon tells her that Mariah will never replace her. Cassie tells Sharon that if she is there it’s because Sharon needs her Sharon knows why. Sharon says all is right in her world. She questions Cassie about her secret and if she knows it. Sharon says she does not remember what her secret was. She begs Cassie to tell her. Cassie says the secret is going to come out soon. Sharon wakes up as Nick comes in and calms her. Sharon says she wants to get married right away. She does not want to wait. Nick agrees.

Nick, Vicky
Nick comes to Vicky’s to tell her he and Sharon are engaged. Vicky tells him Victor told her and he is not happy about it. She says Nick deserves to be happy and Nick says so does she. Vicky tells Nick that Billy is doing things which remind her of why they fell in love with each other in the first place. Nick says he and Sharon were hurting each other and walked away. Now they see eye to eye and he loves her. Vicky she says she walked away but what if she wants to walk back. Nick asks her if she is ready for more lies. She tells him she was secure with Ben but he turned out to be a liar and someone who didn’t even have his real name.

Chelsea, Billy
Billy comes to the roof top at the AC and bumps into Chelsea. Chelsea tells him there is something they need to talk about. Billy wants to know where they stand. Graham comes up to Chelsea and she tells him she will meet him in her room. Billy is jealous and she tells him Graham is her assistant. Billy tells her he liked where things were before she left town. She says she is happy she took a break and now has her head on straight. Graham comes back and tells her she needs to take care of something and she walks away with the assistant, arms around each other. Chelsea comes back later and Billy’s jealousy is showing. Chelsea suggests to Billy that they can either pine over their departed loved ones or they can see where this thing between them is going. Billy says he wants to see where this is going and he kisses her as Vicky walks in and sees them.

Paul
Paul is back at the Police station and one of the officers tells him they just got a phone call from Ian’s insurance company. The person asked if he was still listed as a beneficiary on Ian’s life insurance. The officer says the call was made by Dylan.

Lily, Devon
Lily tells Devon she came back from the doctor’s office with Neil and he has a white cane. It seems he is willing to let them help. Devon says he knows what he has to do.

Day Ahead Spoiler
- Neil tells Hilary this is not going to work out and they both know why
- Jack goes to see Maureen and says he has a few things to say to her
- Nikki tells Nick she wishes he and everyone else would just back off

Jack, Kelly, Sharon
Jack and Kelly are at the AC bar and Jack asks Kelly why she has not seen her mother. Kelly tells him she is not going out of her way to see her and says where her mother goes trouble follows. Jack offers to help Kelly bridge the gap with her mother. Kelly says she will never trust her mother. Jack wonders why it’s so easy for her to walk away from people. Kelly can’t get over how her mother couldn’t o care less after her father died. Sharon arrives and asks Kelly to book a room for her wedding and they discuss her plans. Sharon tells Kelly she has seen the happiness Kelly has brought into Jack’s life. Kelly says she head there is quite a history between her and Phyllis. Sharon tells her there was and she does not recall where they left off.

Ben, Maureen, Jack
Ben comes to see Maureen and asks why she is staying in GC. She tells him she is staying because she wants to see the business lives he and Kelly have made for themselves and possibly a grandchild. She apologizes to Ben for how his life has turned out. As Ben is leaving and opens the door, Jack is there. Jack tells Maureen he wants to get to know her. Jack says that Kelly still has a lot of questions and perhaps Maureen can give her the answers Kelly needs. Maureen wishes she could help Kelly make sense of her father’s death and points out Kelly is a strong girl. As jack is leaving Nikki hides and then goes to see Maureen. Nikki wants Maureen to understood why she introduced herself Sherry. Nikki asks how long Maureen was staying in town. Maureen tells her that her secret is safe with her. Maureen wants to celebrate Nick’s engagement with a drink. Nikki says no then changes her mind and says one won’t hurt.

Billy, Vicky, Chelsea, Ben, Abby
Vicky comes to the roof top and sees Billy and Chelsea kissing. She says “well look whose back in town.” Ben arrives followed by Abby. Abby tells Billy Ben is the new chemist. Abby and Ben discuss business while Vicky eavesdrops. Ben tells Abby to keep her nose in fragrances and out of his business. In the meantime Billy and Chelsea discuss their new found relationship. Billy leaves and Vicky accuses Chelsea of not waiting for the ink to dry on the divorce papers to get her claws into Billy. Chelsea accuses Vicky of sleeping with Ben while married to Billy. Abby intervenes and Chelsea leaves. Vicky accuses Abby of flirting with Ben then apologizes and blames it on her hormones.

Sharon, Nick, Nikki, Noah, Faith
Nick asks Sharon when they should marry. Sharon wants to throw a wedding together quickly. There is a knock at the door and Sharon answers it on her way out. Nikki comes in. Nikki tells him she has reservations about Sharon but hopes they will be happy. Nick wants to know what’s going on with her. Nikki explodes and yells there is nothing going on with her and wishes everyone would just back off. Nick looks confused. She apologizes and says she has had issues with Victor. Noah and Faith arrive and Nikki leaves. Nick tells Noah and Faith they having a special dinner but Noah guesses that Nick and Sharon are getting married. Faith will not leave Nick alone until he confirms this so Nick tells them it’s true. Noah tells him he is happy. Noah thought Sharon was a mess a year ago and brings up the ticket Sharon got a year ago. Alone, Nick wonders about the traffic ticket and takes it out of the box.

Neil, Hilary, Jack
Hilary wants to know why he wants a divorce. Neil says there are facts they cannot ignore and they both know why. Neil says it’s because he loves her he is letting her go. He says this is not the life she signed up for and she should be with someone who can see. Neil yells at her that he wants her to leave him. He tells her to go and get her things together. She has a flashback to when Neil asked her to marry him. She then tells him she will not go. He tells her not to fight him on this. She tells him they will get through this and he will not push her away. Jack arrives. Hilary leaves. Neil tells Jack he was trying to let Hilary go. Neil tells him he cannot understand why Hilary will stay with him. Jack asks him, which is worse, believing Hilary is staying out of pity or forcing a woman away who loves him. Jack tells him to embrace his wife’s support not push it away. Neil agrees.

Sharon, Nick, Mariah
Sharon tells Nick she has booked a room for the reception. Sharon sees the ticket and questions why it’s even out. Sharon has a flashback about the ticket, being outside the diagnostic lab and her lipstick falling down the stairs. Mariah comes down and says she came back but she will not call it home. Sharon and Mariah argue and Mariah tells Sharon to count her out of Sharon’s plan of getting her family together again. Mariah tells her a mother should know when she had a baby. Mariah says she wishes she knew Sharon’s secret so Nick would know what a crazy whack job Sharon is and who uses “I didn’t know” as her excuse for everything. Sharon tells her she is her mother and Mariah will not speak to her that way. Sharon asks Mariah to give her a chance and says she was drugged in the labour room so did not know about the second baby. Later Sharon is talking in her sleep while asleep on the couch. Mariah is standing beside Sharon listening when Sharon says “Nick I should have told you who her father really is”. Sharon wakes up and sees Mariah who asks if she is okay because she was talking in her sleep. Sharon asks what she said. Mariah tells her she doesn’t know but Sharon should rest up for the wedding and she should be ready for whatever is coming her way and leaves. Nick comes home and Sharon tells him she had a nightmare but does not recall it, but something about it left her chilled. Nick reassures her all will be fine.

Jack, Abby, Kelly, Victor
Abby tells Jack that Ben is the lead chemist on the project and promises she will get along with him. He says Ashley’s project is bigger than when he developed the fragrance for Phyllis and will probably not be that inspired again. Kelly overhears his comment. She has a very quick conversation with Jack and leaves. Abby tell him that Phyllis was larger than life so Kelly has big shoes to fill. Jack tells her she is not trying to fill anyone’s shoes. Abby says this is a weird comatose triangle. Victor comes in and asks Jack how he manages to go back and forth seeing Phyllis when he is seeing Kelly. Jack says all s fine and leaves. Victor pumps Abby about Ashley’s new project. Abby is on to him and tells him so. Victor asks Abby why Ashley hired Ben as lead chemist. Abby tells him when it comes to business she is coming out on top. At the bar Jack apologizes to Kelly and tells her he will develop a fragrance for her. She tells him he does not need to prove his love for her. Jack tells her he cannot imagine a future without her. He leaves. After Victor leaves Abby approaches Kelly and tells her she is good for Jack. Abby tells her Phyllis once tried to kill a man and woman. Kelly is shocked.

Dr. Cutler, Victor, Phyllis
Victor calls Dr. Cutler and asks if he has something to report and the doctor says he does. He tells Victor Phyllis is showing signs of brain activity. Victor tells him to up the dosage. Dr. Cutler objects. Victor says Phyllis is strong and would want him to up the dosage. The doctor says it’s time to tell her family. Victor threatens to expose him by advising how Dr. Cutler accepted a lot of money for Phyllis’ medication. He tells him to up Phyllis’ dosage without her family being contacted. Alone in her room Phyllis sits up, grabs Jack’s picture and stares at it. Later Dr. Cutler comes into Phyllis’ room and she is gone. Phyllis is outside trying to walk with difficulty.

Summer, Austin, Nick
Austin tells Summer he is looking for a second job because he can’t live like this. Victor released her trust fun, Nick offered him a job and Jack got them the aprtment. Austin tells her he really wants to get behind the camera again but thanks to the internet everyone knows he shot the Chief of Police. Nick drops in and tells them he and Sharon are getting married. Summer and Austin are very happy for him. Summer says that Sharon has become more than a friend to her. They discuss Mariah and Summer says that Nick must be happy to have another daughter. Nick tells her nothing will ever change the way he feels about her and leaves. Jack drops by to tell Summer about Nick and Sharon. Summer tells him Nick already told her. She tells him she is lucky to have two fathers. Jack tells her she is the daughter he always wanted. After Jack leaves she tells Austin it bugs her that everyone is moving on with their lives.


Mariah, Victor
Mariah comes to Victor’s office and tells him she knows Sharon’s secret.

Summer, Austin
Summer tells Austin she is going to see Phyllis. Summer calls the clinic to let them know she is coming. As Austin leaves Sharon arrives. Summer tells her she is happy for her but is upset that life is moving forward for everyone but not for Phyllis. Sharon asks Summer to be her bridesmaid. Summer accepts. Summer says she thinks Phyllis would be happy knowing Sharon has been looking out for her. Later Summer arrives at CL and asks Avery to go with her to see Phyllis. Avery says she clear her calendar in the next couple of days. Summer says she will go alone.

Dr. Cutler, Phyllis
Dr. Cutler questions the nurse about Phyllis and tells her to find Phyllis. Dr. Cutler takes a call from Summer who says she is coming for a visit tonight. He tells her there has been no change and to come in a couple of days. Summer becomes suspicious tells him she is coming tonight. In the meantime Phyllis is on the highway hitching a ride. The driver says she is awfully quiet and wants to know where she is going.

Michael, Avery, Lauren
Michael and Avery are at the AC discussing business when Lauren arrives. Michael says they are going to wrap it up so he and Lauren can spend a romantic evening at home. Avery leaves. Michael tells Lauren he has big plans for them and he feels much more like himself. They go their separate ways promising to meet at home shortly.

Paul, Chris, Nikki, Michael, Lauren, Chris
Chris comes into Paul’s office and he tells Chris the blood on the jacket they found matches Ian’s DNA. Nikki comes in and asks to speak to Paul alone. Chris asks if it’s about Ian and if so she can talk in front of her. Nikki says it’s about Dylan and only needs a couple of minutes alone with Paul. Chris says she can have all day and leaves. Nikki asks why Paul left his party with Dylan. Paul tells her it was just routine questions. Nikki gets the answers she needed and leaves. Paul asks his officer to give him the phone number of the person who made the call to the insurance company. At the police station Michael overhears the police officer talking about the redish mud on his boots and tells Paul he saw the same mud on Dylan’s shoes yesterday. Paul tells Michael he has had the mud on Dylan’s boots tested and it did not come from the same area. Lauren comes to meet Michael. He asks her to wait as he goes around the corner to take a pill and then he and Lauren leave.

Mariah, Victor, Nikki
Mariah asks Victor for enough money to leave town in return for her information about Sharon’s secret. She tells Victor what Sharon has done is far worse than she imagined. Victor tells her he will not give her anything until he has the information. Mariah explains how she found out and that Sharon has lied to everyone and that Nick is not Faith’s father. Victor says that the DNA results showed Faith was Nick’s but thinks it’s possible Sharon may have manipulated the results. Mariah asks for her money. Nikki sees Mariah accepting money from Victor and says she hopes Mariah is collecting for a charity. Nikki wants to know why Victor was paying her. Victor asks Mariah to leave. Nikki wants to know what he is up to and Victor will not tell her and assures her he is not the villain. Nikki tells him she will never understand how his mind works and leaves.

Sharon, Nick, Dylan, Avery
Sharon and Nick thank Dylan for romantic evening at CL. Avery arrives and she finds out about Nick and Sharon’s engagement. Avery tells Dylan she is happy for Nick. Dylan asks if she is upset because Nick is getting married. Avery denies that she is.

Chris, Lauren
Chris comes to the AC and tells Lauren she is bothered about Nikki coming to see Paul on any pretext. Lauren tells her she and Michael have had a few issue but hopefully the worst is over.

Mariah, Austin
At the UG Austin tells Mariah he did not reveal what she told him. They fight over a drink which spills all over Austin and Summer sees the exchange. Summer tells Austin she has put off her visit for a couple of days. Mariah says no hurry since Phyllis isn’t going anywhere.

Sharon, Nick, Victor
Victor comes to see Sharon and Nick. He tells them he came to toast them and pulls out the champagne. Sharon goes to clean Faith’s room. Nick asks Victor what he is up to. Victor feigns a headache. While Nick is gone to get some aspirin Victor bags Nick’s glass and Faith’s hair brush.

Nikki, Paul
Nikki is at the AC and orders a vodka tonic for her friend and water for herself. Paul arrives.

Day Ahead Spoiler
- Dylan is in Paul’s office reading something when Chris comes in and asks him what he thinks he is doing
- Nikki tells Paul not to drink that and Paul says vodka?
- Victor calls Dr. Cutler asking if Phyllis has made any additional progress

so am I confused....wrong name or Mariah heard what she heard wrong.....that Faith is not Nicks daughter....that she did not hear a name and guessed that it was Faith and not Summer.......that is what I am thinking and that it will back fire on her....she is such a creep.....

I don't think Stitch killed his father...I think his mother did.....and that is why Kelly hates her....for letting her son take the blame for something he did not do. I think if he took the blame because he would have less years than his mom would for some reason ,in prison...they worked out this plan to change his name after......because there is still a secrete I think this is it.

Mariah made a bad assumption and guessed it was Faith. Of course, with the accuracy of the GC DNA lab, it could be that Faith's paternity test was wrong too.

I hadn't thought about another layer of secrets for Ben, but what you've written could make a lot of sense.

I may be in the minority but I like the new Billy, and I like him with Chelsea. I hope Billy is the baby's father and then he tells Victoria he would rather be with Chelsea. But then Adam will come to down and everything will be up in the air again.

Victor, Nick, Sharon
At Nick’s, Victor takes Nick’s champagne glass and Faith’s hair brush. Nick comes back with Victor’s aspirin and questions Victor’s motives. Nick is skeptical and asks what Victor has planned next. Sharon comes down and invites Victor to the wedding. Victor says the wedding should be interesting and leaves. Nick is unsettled about Victor’s visit. Sharon suggests they enjoy the peace and quiet while it lasts.

Nikki, Paul
Paul meets up with Nikki at the AC and is about to take a drink from one of the glasses when Nikki stops him. He sees its Vodka. Nikki tells him the drink was for Barbara Goldberg’s, a lady from the police department and that she just cancelled their meeting. Nikki says she was about to send the drink back. She tells him she has no intention of falling off the wagon again and leaves. At the door she calls Barbara and tells her she can’t make the meeting because she is ill.

Nick, Sharon, Noah, Mariah
Nick and Sharon come into the UG to speak with Mariah and Noah. Nick asks Noah to stand up for him at the wedding. Noah accepts. Sharon asks Mariah to be her bridesmaid. A bitter Mariah asks Sharon why she would care about her being in the wedding. Sharon explains she will never stop reaching out to her in the hope of making up for the life she has had. Sharon tells her it’s a chance to start over or at least reach out to each other. Mariah accepts. Nick and Sharon come home and Nick remembers how Victor tried to stop Vicky and Billy’s wedding by having Vicky arrested. He knows Victor is up to something.

Nikki, Victor
An angry Nikki arrives in Victor’s office and asks how is celebration went with Nick and Sharon and if he told them about his meeting with Mariah. She points out he has paid Mariah to do unspeakable things. Victor says Mariah was broke and asked him for money. Nikki asks why she didn’t go to Sharon. Victor tells her Mariah does not like Sharon. He tells her he has to go on a business trip. Nikki leaves. Mariah comes to see Victor looking for money so she can get out of town. She tells him Sharon has asked her to be in the wedding. Victor says that if his trip is successful, a wedding is not going to take place.

Noah, Mariah
AT the UG Noah asks Mariah not to ruin Nick and Sharon’s wedding. Mariah says she will not be there for long. Noah asks if she plans on wining a lottery and she says “something like that”. Noah tries to persuade her that Sharon is sincere in wanting a relations with her. Mariah accuses him of going to everyone’s defense. He said that is what family does for each other. He says it’s too bad she can’t accept that and it’s her loss.

Phyllis, Driver
The driver asks Phyllis where she is headed. He says he is trying to help her out and she could be a little friendlier. He puts his hand on her leg. She grabs a flashlight and hits him in the stomach. Later she is on the road looking for a new ride.

Dylan, Chris, Paul
Chris comes into Paul’s office and sees Dylan looking at a file and asks him what he thinks he is doing. Chris asks Dylan why he is looking into Ian’s confidential file. He says he is interested in the investigation but did not open the file. Chris tells him his being there is inappropriate. Paul arrives and says no harm done since Dylan did not read the file. Dylan leaves. Chris tells Paul Dylan cannot just walk in and peruse files. Paul says Dylan is a good man and it will not happen again. Chris points out the excuses he is making for Dylan and it has to stop. Paul says he is going on the facts alone. Alone in his office he goes over his investigative notes when his officer comes in and tells Paul the call to the insurance company was made from Avery’s land line.

Dr. Cutler
Dr. Cutler is on the phone telling someone to find Phyllis. He says she just came out of a coma and cannot her far. Victor calls and asks if there was any progress with Phyllis. The doctor tells him the situation is unresolved. He asks the doctor for a reliable lab to get a DNA test done. He gets the name of a lab in Sweden.

Nikki, Dylan
Nikki is at CL and Dylan joins her at the table. Nikki tells him he is not in trouble with Paul or her. She has been drinking. She apologizes for the fall-out of bringing Ian into town. Dylan goes to get her something to eat. Alone Nikki has a drink from the bottle in her purse.

Day Ahead Spoiler
- Michael asks Kevin why he is so interested in Mariah’s annulment and if they have a thing for each other
- Vicky asks Nick if he wants to search Victor’s desk and Nick asks if she would let him
