***TRUST ME, THIS IS A MUST SEE EPISODE!
Adam, Chloe and Kevin are trying to figure out a way to help their new business. They are all still waiting for an answer from Phyllis. Adam tells Kevin to go talk to Phyllis.
Phyllis is jumpy (more then usual) Nick comes home saying he needs more papers for his meetings then he's heading back to the office. Once he goes upstairs, Tim calls. Phyllis tells him "I am gonna blow your mind"
Phyllis kisses her hubby goodbye and sends him out the door. She DISMANTLES the security camera in her hallway.
Phyllis is seen pouring 2 glasses of wine. She slips a drug into one of the glasses. Tim shows up with a bottle of his own. He tells her how beautiful she is. Phyllis wastes no time putting her glass of wine in his hand. But Tim refuses to drink it. She then goes up to her medicine cabnet looking for something to knock him out. She finds Summer's Epi pen. Meanwhile, Tim is down stairs he pops some viagra pills and washes it down with the spiked wine. Phyllis comes back downstairs wearing her robe. He demands she strips for him. She tells him she will put on a show. She does a little dance for him, while she's dancing Tim grabs his chest and hits the floor. Phyllis freaks out when she discovers he's dead. "YOU ARE NOT DYING IN MY APRARTMENT" then there's a knock at the door. Its Kevin.
Sharon is sitting at GloWorm in walks Tucker. He does his best to encourage her to keep fighting. He gives her a crash course in business. Giving her a legal book to study. Later, Nick stops by her table and tries one more time to get her to back off. This time he uses their kids. Asking her for Faith and Noah's sake, please let it go. Sharon isn't buying it and tells him to piss off. She blames his new "shameless" attitude on Phyllis. She demands that Nick treats her with respect.
Victor walks back into the bar. Orders another drink. A local see's that he has money and jewerly. Talks him into gambling. They start playing dice. Looks like the guy is trying to play a scam on Victor. Victor catches on, grabs the guys fingers and yanks them back HARD. Victor: "Those are loaded dice, don't play that with me" They take it outside.
Victor is banged up afterwards, but he did some damage
Victoria is at home w/Billy getting ready for the meetings at Newman. She tells Billy that she wants him to cover the Newman family on his tV show. She tells him to cover the press conference especially. He agrees.
At Newman. Victoria and Nick agree that they will fight for their fathers company. In walks Adam ready for the board meeting. Victoria and Nick look annoyed. Nick and Victoria try
to talk Adam into seeing their way. But Adam gives them both hell.
Sharon in her business suit tells the board that during Victor's absense, SHE will take care of NE. She says: "Until Victor returns, I AM VICTOR NEWMAN"
