An officer and Heather find the wine stained rug behind a dumpster. Ronan arrives at the scene. After examining the rug, he tells them that the stain is just wine, not blood. Ronan says that they don’t need the rug anymore. Heather is disappointed as she thought that the rug was really evidence.

- Michael asks Kevin where he was 4 nights ago. Michael doesn’t believe his story, so he asks Kevin to come with him to the station. At the station Beth identifies Kevin as the one who was selling encyclopedias and accuses him of being the one who killed Tim. After Michael has Beth escorted out, he gives Kevin the chance to tell the truth. Kevin denies any involvement with Phyllis that night.


- Daniel and Lily have a friendly chat at Crimson Lights. Phyllis runs into Daniel there and asks him if he saw Ronan. After he responds no, Phyllis storms off.

- Jack is impressed by Cane’s performance at work and asks him to head up the marketing division at Beauty of Nature.

- Sharon complains about the Restless Style Show and Abi to Tucker, but brags about the revenge she got on Abi.

- Abi is furious when she finds out from the security guard that Sharon barred her from the ranch and sent her horses to the glue factory. Carmine assures Abi that Sharon would not put down her horses and Abi agrees that Sharon is probably just messing with her. A few moments later, Sharon drives with Tucker up to the gate, and gloats to Abi that she actually donated her horses. Abi yells and calls them names as Sharon drives off.

- Heather bumps into Daniel at the Crimson Lights. She tells Daniel that there might be more charges brought up against Phyllis. After, they decide to talk about something other than Phyllis.

- Phyllis tracks down Ronan at the basketball court and asks him what he did with the rug. Ronan discreetly tells her that it was a good idea that she threw it out.

- Tucker sets up a press meeting for Sharon at Gloworm. Sharon defends her qualifications for being CEO of NE to the reporter.

- Lily bumps into a lady at the Crimson Light, which causes her to drop her keychain. Lily picks it up and notices that it has a koala bear figurine attached to it. The lady grabs the chain from Lily’s hand and quickly leaves the coffee shop. After, Lily notices that she also dropped a business card that has the name Claude Shirl on it.

- Kevin is about to confess everything to Chloe, but Phyllis calls him and tells him that Ronan is on their side and that he hid the rug. Phyllis orders him to keep his mouth shut.

- Abi tells her broker to buy as much Newman stock as possible. Jack tells Cane that he wants to find out if Tucker is using Sharon to buy Newman stock.

Kay confronts Sharon about not search for Victor

Heather tells Daniel she can't let go of Ricky after he finds a box of his thingsin her room
After making love Heather's goes through Ricky's things, Daniel tries to convince her to let them go

Avery/Paul meet with Ricky's friend Bryce
At first he just trys to get up and leave but Avery calls him out he makes a pass at her, Paul freaks out puts him in a choke hold and tells him he has got nothing to lose if he kills him right now
Bryce tells them Ricky killed Rachel and recorded it
Paul is shocked to learn the truth about his son

Sharon is horrified at the article her interview produced which compared her capabilities as CEO of Newman as good Victor's dog Segundo's would be

Genevieve and Tucker argue about finding Victor and how she is doing her job
Cane/Lily try calling the numbers on the Claude Shirl card they are both disconnected
Cane learns Genevieve left town when he calls the GCAC to talk to her
After talking to Genevieve and learnng she was in LA Cane accuses her of behind everything again Genevieve is outraged
Cane comes up behind Genevieve and asks why she is looking up Victor
Lily calls Ronan behind Cane's back

Nick confronts Tucker about his true motives for befriending Sharon
Sharon tells Tucker about how the article turn he tells her he taken full responsibility and convinces her to fight
Tucker meets with Kay where she suggests his relationship with Sharn is more than just friends
Nick confronts Sharon about calling off the search and tells her the staff she fired is now his staff
They fight about the article. Sharon accuses Nick of bad mouthing her to the presss
Sharon fires Nick

They have a session. Sarge tries to talk sense into Jack
Kyle comes by the mansion tells Jack how life has been for him since Victor left. Tells Jack he found Sharon in his room and then discovered his license was gone
Jack asks Kyle to move back home he's a little apprehensive at first because of Nikki but finally agrees too
Kyle tells Eden he is moving in with Jack
Nikki arrives to see Jack

Lily meets with Ronan and tells him about the person stalking her family and how it is related to Cane's past
Cane calls, Lily tells him the truth and he joins them.
After the talk Cane tells Lily she did the right thing

Sharon/Nick continue their argument from yesterday
Nick angrily asks Sharon if she gt rid of Victor. Sharon makes a joke about it.
After Nick says to Sharon he doesn't see any of the woman he fell in love with anymore she tells him to pack up his office
Once Nick leaves Sharon finds Kyle's license and puts it in the box of her stolen treasures
Sharon tells Tucker she fired Nick
Nick tells Victoria he is going after Sharon using her mental instability

Victor and Sister Celeste talk about his getting another shift
When a person she tries to help puts on hand on her Victor beats him up
Victor walks a shaken Sister Celeste home
Genevieve arrives back at the bar and finds Victor in a state of being hurt
Genevieve is confused by Victor's behavior and that he introduces himself to her as Christian

So some of the audition sides were leaked. Things could change, but this is all the info I gathered based on them:

- He is definitely a new character
- He will be working at Jabot side by side with Lily
- He is Sarge's nephew
- He seems extremely cocky

I wanted to share this because it shows who is FOR the Sharon/Victor pairing and who is against it. Its an interesting read. This man REFUSES to accept reality that his role as TGVN is dying down. Its very possible that the new writers will sideline Victor. EB is not very happy about that possibility. Oh, and he mentions the BS on Twitter. In case your not on Twitter, here's the rundown. When Sharon and Victor FIRST hooked up, Sharon Case (Sharon) took to Twitter begging her fans to do whatever they could to end the relationship. As soon as we saw the couple share their first kiss, Sharon URGED her fans to contact CBS and do whatever they could to end it. She wasted NO time voicing her opinions and tweeted (every chance she got) how she HATED her character getting involved romantically with Victor Newman.

The ******* (sounds like mustard) he's referring to I believe is Nelson Branco

In the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest it features an article about Ronan lying to protect Phyllis...It starts with Michael bringing in Phyllis for questioning regarding Tim's death and once again Phyllis denies any involvement with Tim's death. Michael then challenges Phyllis to prove her innocence by handing over her computer so they can see if she tampered with the security cameras in her building. Phyllis refuses and Michael tells her he is going to obtain a search warrant. Ronan enters and announces that he was with Phyllis on the night Tim was killed because they were having an affair. Phyllis goes along with Ronan. Later Phyllis tells Nick that she was having an affair with Ronan but he does not believe her. She then comes clean and thanks Nick for not believing she was having an affair. Nick is furious that Phyllis continues to lie to him and that he now has to support her lie in order to protect her. Nick confronts Ronan about coming up with the affair story and punches him. For more pick up the latest issue of SOD.

**Due to the US Open Y&R will not be on in the states Monday.

Victoria & Nick want to know when Billy is going to publish his story about Sharon.
Victoria & Nick tell him they think Tucker is helping Sharon.

Unbeknownst to Sharon .. Nick & Victoria call a board meeting to turf Sharon as CEO.
The board arrives at Victor’s office & Sharon tells them she’s not going anywhere.
Sharon reminds them she holds the proxy for the majority of NE shares .. so .. she’ll be staying as CEO.

Later .. back at the ranch .. Sharon kisses Tucker and thanks him for his support.
Tucker leaves & Summer arrives to go horseback riding.
When Summer heads out to the barn .. Sharon steals two show tickets from Summer’s purse.

Jack tells Nikki her bags are packed and ready to go.
Jack is angry and tells Nikki .. she walked out on him & now he’s walking out on her.
Nikki is gob smacked when Jack stands up & walks out of the room.

Billy meets with Kevin & asks him to hack Tucker’s phone.
Kevin finds a message from Genevieve about a bar near the docks in LA.
Billy tells Katherine he needs to borrow her jet & Billy heads to LA.

At the bar in LA .. Victor doesn’t know who Genevieve is.
Billy arrives at the bar and sees them together.

Michael meets with Ronan to go over Phyllis’s alibi.
Michael visits Phyllis .. says he’s there as her “friend” & questions her about the night Tim died.
Phyllis refuses to answer Michael’s questions without her lawyer present.
Michael calls Ronan and tells him to pick up a warrant for Phyllis’s computer.
Ronan shows up without the warrant & tells Michael he & Phyllis are having an affair and he was with Phyllis the night Tim died.

I agree with him. It was pretty ugly of her to tweet that. I think if she had given it a chance and tried to not make it look so strained for her it would have looked better.

Victor tells her he think it has something to with the scar on his chest, Genevieve tells him e had a heart transplant and asks him if he is taking his meds, he says no
Genevieve tells Victor she is a nurse when he starts asking questions about how she knows all this
When Genevieve leaves to get help, Billy goes up and confronts Victor and is shocked when Victor doesn't recognize him
Sster Celeste comes along and learns of the heart transplant. Billy questions her about Victor and learns Victor is having trouble with his memory

Genevieve tells Tucker she found Victor and that he seems to have amnesia
Tucker wonders if he could be faking it, she said she thought maybe at first but not so now
Genevieve tells him Victor is not in good condition and he isn't taking his anti-rejection meds asks Tucker if he can find out what meds he takes and phoned them into a local Pharmacy
Tucker tells her to stay with Victor and he is not ready for him to come home

Billy leaves a message for Victoria saying he has t be away for a few more days but it will be worth it

Genevieve returns with Victor's meds and asks Sister Celeste if there is room at the mission for her because she would like to see over Victor's care, Sister Celeste agrees

At the court hearing .. Victoria & Nick give evidence regarding Sharon’s past mental issues & signs of her current instability.
The judge gives Sharon 24 hours to report to Fairview for a mental assessment & appoints Victoria interim CEO.

Adam approaches Sharon after the verdict .. but .. Sharon gets ticked off.
Sharon reminds him .. HE .. is the one who told her she’s capable of making her own decisions.

Genevieve thinks Victor is faking amnesia .. but .. Billy convinces her he’s not.
Billy phones to tell Victoria he’s found Victor .. but .. she’s so excited about being named interim CEO .. he decides not to.
Genevieve phones Tucker & tells him Victor isn’t faking .. he’s got amnesia.

Sharon goes running to Tucker & they do the deed.
Adam arrives to talk to Tucker & is shocked when Sharon comes out of the bedroom scantily clad.

Jack wants to leverage Jabot and BON to the hilt to buy NE stock.
Cane tries to talk him out of it .. but .. Jack orders Cane to get the financing and buy the stock.

Nikki shows up to plead her case with Jack.
Jack’s not buying what Nikki’s trying to sell him & after Nikki leaves .. Jack tells his lawyer to file for divorce.

Sharon goes to Fairview and is put in a room with Daisy

Victor admits to Sister Celeste that he is not ok and he is lost and that he can't remember things before being at the bar
They then talk about Genevieve, Sister Celeste tells Victor that she doesn't trust her
Billy hires Genevieve to keep an eye on Victor
Genevieve talks to Tucker and he tells her to make sure Victor stays put
Billy/Victoria have a spat when Victoria says she hopes Victor comes home soon
Victor becomes Suspicious of Genevieve when she inquires about getting a job at the bar
He tells her Sister Celeste doesn't trust and tells her to stay away from her and the mission

Michael Muhney (Adam, Y&R) took to Twitter to express enthusiasm for the new direction the show is taking under Executive Producer Jill Farren Phelps and Head Writer Josh Griffith. "First airdate under new management: Oct 12th," he wrote. "There is a cohesiveness in the overall story telling. Things seem less disjointed. You can feel momentum build from page 1 to 60…. It seems as though the show is on track. It feels like a strong ensemble. I feel like it is classic old show mixed with classy new energy." Muhney went on to predict, "this show will be a beacon for CBS."
