* Diane escapes before Victor finds her, finds Nikki w/ Deacon at the coffeehouse calls her sugar mama. Diane is left embarrassed when her credit card is rejected
* Sharon goes to Phyllis and Jack about the perfume, Phyllis broke their deal, says Adam's luck just ran out. Sharon finds out that Adam is back at the station
* Ronan listens to Adam's theory that Skye had help escaping, but due to the blood it could also be that she was murdered. Ronan is holding Adam for the time being
* Victor asks to meet Diane, he has a job offer to her but she wonders if he's only hiring her to stick it to Jack. Victor says she has little time to think about his offer
* Sharon comes to see Adam, he is now under arrest again. Sharon promises to find Skye and prove his innocence. Adam is taken away to jail

Next - Daniel promises to win back Abby; Daisy tells Kevin that Jana is lying about why she is really here to see her; Colin has a warning for Cane

first of all - just how long do you have to not pay your bill before they cut up your card? months???

second - she was married to not 1 but 2 billionaires - she didn't get a dime in support after divorcing either of them????

third - she has a son with one of the billionaires - Jack - are we to believe that even though he never sees any of his kids he doesn't pay anything - not one dime in support????? and being that he's sooooo flippen rich i'm sure she gets thousands every month so what she has to scrape change together to buy coffee???

There are no small parts, just small...misunderstandings.

Just ask Neil Patrick Harris, who called actor Eric Braeden a "D-bag" on Twitter last night.

The exact tweet read, "Eric Braeden is a D-Bag. the actor, (Robin's dad) agreed to a cameo, then last night bailed, saying the part wasn't 'substantial' enough."

The Young and the Restless actor was slated to appear on the CBS sitcom, How I Met Your Mother, but decided to ditch the gig after seeing the size of the role.

And it didn't take long for the name-calling tweet to reach Braeden, who turned to Entertainment Weekly to share his thoughts on it.

"I really don't know who that fellow is. He's a guy who stars in that series," Braeden told EW. "It's very unfortunate. First of all, I came back from hip surgery. I was off for three weeks. I've doubled my work, 30 to 50 pages a day for me, alone. Everyone knows that I'm exhausted. I was not about to appear on a show for two lines, because that's what it amounted to."

Braeden, who said he "truly enjoyed" his previous outing on the show, had a few words of his own for Harris.

"His choice of words bothered me," Braeden added. "It seems to me like a young whippersnapper, having seen himself on a few covers, who's received a few awards, is now suddenly suffering from the first signs of hubris. I've been in the business for 50 years. I've seen people come and go and I'm still here."

But Braeden ultimately laughed off the whole situation. "If he is a worthy adversary, he'd better not cross my path. I will let bygones be bygones."

NPH, for his part, tweeted again three hours later, "Now I feel bad for the D-bag comment. Don't know the guy personally. I'm just fiercely protective of our show."

Maybe it was just those new parental instincts kicking in.

The celeb also announced that the role of Robin's dad has been re-cast by Ray Wise, "a fantastic actor who makes any part ‘substantial'. Super excited to welcome him to the family."

Is it just me? I got an email notification today that Honny had posted an update to the NPH/EB twitter mishap, but when I clicked the link it wasn't here. I was just going through the community board, and saw that Honny was listed as the last poster to this thread, but when I clicked on it Pixie was the last poster. I just looked below the box I'm typing in, and honny's post is there. I'm about to see if it shows up for me when I click reply.

Melody Thomas Scott gets interrogated on Castle

ABC's detective drama, Castle, continues its love affair with daytime stars. Melody Thomas Scott will appear on the show in January. She'll play a woman who may or may not be a suspect in her husband's murder.


Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki Newman) is doing a little moonlighting. The long-time Y&R star recently taped an episode of ABC's primetime detective show, Castle.


Scott will play the role of Tonya Wellington.


A rep for Castle describe's Scott's character as "a wealthy woman who was a client of the murder victim -– a well-known matchmaker."


Apparently, Tonya Wellington met her husband via the matchmaker, but she and her husband are estranged after she learned that her husband was cheating on her. Could that be a motive for murder?


Scott is just the latest soap star to appear on Castle, which stars former One Life to Live heartthrob Nathan Fillion (ex-Joey Buchanan), who, in related news, has recently expressed a desire to make a cameo on his daytime alma mater. In October, Eden Riegel (Heather Stevens) made an appearance.


Scott's episode of Castle airs Monday, January 3 at 10:00pm Eastern/Pacific on ABC.

Sharon gets to spend time with Faith and asks for more time with her daughter but Nick refuses saying they can go to court, Sharon says she won't argue w/ Nick on Christmas Eve but this is not over!
* Victor continues to be in the grinch mood when he runs into Victoria, then Abby who came to give him a gift. Victor tells Abby that he wants nothing to do with her since she is still a part of the suit. Abby wonders why she even bothers
* Traci is home for the holidays, she spends Christmas Eve with Abby, Ashley, Tucker, Kyle, Phyllis, Jack and even Diane is there for a short period of time before leaving to tell Victor she accepts his job offer. Jack and Abby are not pleased when Tucker proposes to Ashley and she accepts

Up on DC's website are some tidbits for 2011, which I'll paraphrase (but one of the tidbits really couldn't be written any other way than what they said):
•a character will have a "fiery" death
•another 'beloved' character will marry the "devil" (and it says she isn't blonde)
•and it says that one half of a 'supercouple' will "die"
Any thoughts or speculations on who is being referred to here? The first spoiler is too vague to even wonder about. But the last two actually could be related to one another. I'm thinking along the lines of Cane's character faking his death and fleeing town, with Lily eventually marrying Blake. Actually Lily is the only person I can actually think of who would fit this, though it could be a play on words. The beloved character could be Kevin remarrying Jana, who turns out to be as crazy a psychopath as she was during her tumor-induced homocidal mania. I don't think it's Daisy, because she's blonde. My mind is running with possibilities, including that MM might want out of his contract after his 2 year contract is to expire and they will write his "death" toward the end of 2011 during November sweeps.

Also, read yesterday that Phillip will be back in Feb, and he hinted that a major character will die.

So who here thinks that Billie will go to a legal attorney who sells baby's legitimately and it just so happens to end up to be Daniels and Daisy's but no one knows this for at least a couple years or so and they find out and turmoil begins. You know this is where this is heading.

Years ago I left working as a nurse in Labor and Delivery and went to work with one of the Docs I use to deliver with and he specialized in this. He had attorneys who would send the pregnant birth mothers to his office and the adoptive mothers would sometimes also come and they were bought for thousands of dollars mostly by Celebrities...

Yup celebrity's....they paid big bucks to go through a private adoption....it is all legal and legit. Bet they do this and after they get the baby she will also become pregnant....this also happened to many of the woman who came to him. they tryed for years no luck,..pressure is off after adopting and bam! they would get pregnant.

I missed working in Labor and Delivery so went back and stayed there. So instead of helping them with the pregnancy I helped deliver them.

The writing is on the wall.
