Wow, didn't know it was legal to sell a baby in any circumstances!

I do know several people this has happened to. An old boyfriend (still a friend) had an adopted older brother, mother was never supposed to be able to get pregnant, but 2 yrs later had him. Fast forward 25 years-he and his wife couldn't get pregnant, adopted a baby girl form China, and now have a biological daughter as well.

i would suspect that most of the money paid to adopt/buy a baby goes to the lawyers.

i'm sure medical costs are paid for for the birth but no way those lawyers do it out of the goodness of their heards.

designer babies - the wealthy can pick and choose and not just be given a child from the system

so the only one victor doesn't go make up with is Adam yet he framed Adam for Sky's murder. nice. looks like he didn't really change

Hope and Sabrina return to show Victor his past, present and future. His childhood is shown, the way he treats his kids, then the future where Sharon is visiting a murdered Adam's grave, Nick in charge of Newman and treating Noah the way Victor treats his kids, Ashley's engagement, and then Victor's death where no one really gives a damn that he is dead. On Christmas day, Victor temporarily changes and is nice to people.

Next - A determined Sharon says she will go look for Skye if she has to; Daisy is in the hospital, the doctor tells Daniel that she could give birth anytime now

it was a strange future. while Noah was the same age as he is now and Ashley is still engaged but Jack and Nikki are married and Victoria and Billy had what looked like a 5 or 6 year old little girl.

so how much time has passed? 6 years or only months???

i would have liked to have seen 10 - 15 years

Two Ladies and a Volcano -

Sharon is tipped off that a shipment of Skye's perfume is headed to Hawaii. Sharon plans to head out of town, and informs Nick. He doesn't care as MAB says his love for her kinda died in New Orleans. Victor, however, does care and is concerned. He heads down to Hawaii. Sharon follows up with the PO Box for the shipment, and tries to get some answers stalking the store, etc. Victor is looking for Skye where he left her, but she's no longer there. Skye ever the trill-seeker has gone volcano hiking at night, and Sharon gets herself a guide to do the same. Sharon and Skye wind up face-to-face and alone when they lose their guide. MAB says what happens next sends everything in a new direction.

Crazy and the Baby ---

Daisy signs a promise of custody over to Jana in exchange for Jana recanting her story about Daisy's role in the kidnapping/torture of herself and Lauren. She tells the police that Sarah was behind everything. Jana cooks dinner for Kevin, but he feels their ONS was just a fling, and doesn't want more. Meanwhile, Daisy tries to convince Daniel that he'll want more with the baby after it's born, but he's set on giving it up for adoption. Daisy is allowed to order a pizza, and Jana arrives as the delivery person. They slip each other secret notes. Jana warns Daisy not to cross her. Phyllis wants to adopt the baby, and tells Daniel. Daniel doesn't want Kevin or Phyllis to adopt it. So Phyllis tells Kevin they need to join forces, and he needs to support her in adopting the baby. Kevin agrees to think on it. Daisy/Jana's plans have to speed up when they learn she could go into labor ASAP.

Billy/Victoria - They experience unexpected joy, but there will be a catalyst that ties into the bigger umbrella story, and revisits an iconic story essential to Y&R. [Whatever that MAB speak means]

Sharon/Adam - Sharon embracing the darkside could cost her Faith, and put her into other serious jeopardy. There will be consequences to her choice.

Victor - His best intentions have ill results when Sharon becomes collateral damage in his quest for revenge. She will be injured because of his manipulations, etc, and feel betrayed by him. Victor has a soft spot for Sharon, and he'll respond to the situation in a different way since Victor doesn't really do apologies.

Jill/Colin/Kay - Jill wants him, but Kay doesn't approve. This just pushes her closer to him. It all leads to a family crisis where Kay and Jill will need each other.

Nick/Diane - She'll be juggling balls. Old flames and new - and the question is how long can she keep this up?

Kevin/Chloe - It'll be WhenHarryMetSally like with a PrettyInPink twist with a diff ending. Fun, romance, etc. [That's MAB's strange description].

* Sharon and Adam are with Leslie at the jail, Leslie says they need hard evidence to prove Skye's alive. Sharon will go find Skye, Skye is in Hawaii - hair dyed black
* Daisy gets pissed when Daniel arranges a meeting w/ an adoption agency without her knowledge, saying he had no right to do that. She has a say in her child's life
* Victor's on the search for Sharon, visits Adam in jail but Sharon is gone. Adam tells Victor if he didn't take after Hope, he took after him, will prove Victor framed him
* Sharon comes to see Faith, Nick says Faith is with Nikki. Sharon says she will be away for a few days, if he needs to get ahold of her call her cell. Sharon leaves
* Phyllis comes to see Adam in jail, she is continuing her story and suspects Sharon is on the hunt for Skye. Phyllis doesn't think Sharon can hold her own w/ Skye
* Nick runs into Diane at the coffeehouse, tells her to accept Victor's offer so they can spend more time together. Diane does, then meets Nick at the tackhouse
* Victor gets someone to look into Sharon's credit card records, he learns where she went. He makes plans to go to Hawaii. Sharon is already there looking for Skye

Next - Phyllis wants to make a deal with Kevin in regards to Daniel and Daisy's baby girl; Daniel wants his daughter to be adopted and far away from Genoa City; Victor in Hawaii, he calls out for Skye

ENID — Enid residents might catch a glimpse of two famous faces over the holiday.

Actors Thad Luckinbill and his wife, Amelia Heinle, are in town to spend Christmas with the Luckinbill family. They are staying with his parents, Dennis and Anna Sue Luckinbill.

They attended an office party with Dennis Luckinbill and want to catch a Christmas Eve candlelight service at church while here. Beyond that, the couple’s biggest plans are for them and their children, Rowe, 3; Georgia, 1; and August, 15, to enjoy time with his Luckinbill family.

“Then we’re going to Philadelphia,” Luckinbill said.

“Jersey, actually,” Heinle added. “That’s where my family is.”

Arguably, the actors, who live in Los Angeles, are best known for their roles in the long-running soap opera “The Young and the Restless,” which chronicles the lives of two Genoa City, Wis., families, the Newmans and the Abbots. Thad Luckinbill joined the cast in 1999, portraying J.T. Hellstrom, the former husband of Victoria Newman. Heinle portrays Victoria Newman, daughter of the scion of the Newman cosmetic empire.

Although Heinle continues in her “The Young and the Restless” role, Luckinbill is soon to be seen on the CW network series, “Nikita.” His character, Nathan, will premier Jan. 27.

Luckinbill describes Nathan as “one of the normal guys” on the show.

Luckinbill’s schedule allowed him to fly in to Oklahoma ahead of Heinle. He flew from Toronto, where he was shooting, on Sunday. Heinle arrived Wednesday night.

Luckinbill recently completed filming on a Hallmark channel movie that will air in the spring or summer. The final title of the movie has not been decided, Luckinbill said.

Both also have a number of other television and movie roles under their belts.

Luckinbill appearances include “8 Simple Rules,” “Undressed,” “Without a Trace,” “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” “CSI: NY,” “CSI: Miami,” “CSI: Providence,” “Nip/Tuck,” “Nash Bridges” and “Sabrina, the Teenage Witch.” His movies include “Once Fallen,” “The Essence of Depp,” “The Shadow Effect,” “Home of the Brave,” “5 Stages of Grief,” “Sleepover,” “Just Married,” “Boys to Men” and “Crush.”

Irritated by Sharon’s dedication to Adam’s cause, Nick shrugs the trip off

Visiting Adam at the jail, Victor discovers Sharon’s absence

* The store owner lies to Sharon about not knowing Skye, Sharon tells him someone is being charged with her murder
* Phyllis and Daniel have a very public argument about her decision to adopt his child, Chloe overhears goes to Daisy
* With Daisy due to give birth soon, Jana changes her statement to police about Daisy's role in her kidnapping

Skye slips off the cliff in an effort to keep Sharon from taking photos of her, Sharon holds onto her but Skye is unable to hold onto Sharon any longer for support she falls. Meanwhile, Victor is listening to their cries for help and doesn't help them!
* Nick and Phyllis talking about Sharon and Adam, Phyllis and her articles. Nick says if Sharon becomes collateral damage, its her own fault. Nick calls Sharon believing that Victor is with her, she says she hasn't seen Victor but did find Skye. Sharon is telling the cops about Skye, but no one believes her
* Jana tells Kevin the deal she made with Daisy, Kevin is pissed and confronts Daisy about taking advantage of a mentally unstable woman. Kevin says he tried to help Daisy but she hasn't changed and is using her child as a weapon, he now agrees with Daniel and won't help Phyllis get custody of his niece
* With the cops not believing Sharon and the store owner continuing to lie, Sharon is told to go back to Genoa City or be charged with fraud. Sharon insists Skye is alive but everyone looks at her with doubt. Meanwhile, Victor is shown destroying Skye's hut and any evidence of her existence in Hawaii

Next - Adam who was earlier told from Nick about Sharon finding Skye is in for a shock when Sharon comes home empty handed; Daisy goes into labor while Daniel tells Abby he will soon be free of Daisy
